The good points: The bed was small but super comfy! We had an amazinge night’s sleep. The decor was giving Soviet 1974 and we literally felt like we were in a spy film! It was so interesting. The breakfast was plentiful however it was mostly salad. I mean all types of salad. As a Brit to my shame, I was hoping for beans, bacon and sausage and eggs! My Polish Husband was in heaven. There were eggs and sausages but far more sophisticated than I expected. The pastries were fantastic and fresh fruits were amazing. Had a pool Husband used and he said it was nice. Not so good: the bathroom was a little tired and some black in the grout (my personal ick). The room felt very “basic” and nowhere near a 4 star. The staff weren’t particularly friendly or warm. I forgot my toothbrush and was directed to the nearby zabka. Usually hotels at least have the basics covered for guests. No free parking… wouldn’t stay again but I doubt I’ll be in that neck of the woods in the future either. …

Old styilish very poor hotel, I stayed in superior room, tighny bed, dark room, very poor light, very poor furniture small TV set breakfest limited I would recomend to start investing other way you loose customers. Only 1 lift was working, i Was again very dissapointed.

We booked this hotel based on the amenities listed on booking.com. The hotel has a gym, spa and swimming pool advertised, but it turned out that at weekends the gym does not open until 10am, and the pool, which we were told opens at 8am is pre-booked for private use from 8am until 10am. So for most of our stay, any plans for a pre-breakfast workout or swim were scuppered. With a small child, we would not have booked this hotel had we known about the limitations of use. Another sting in the tail was the announcement at check in that there was a £5 per day car parking fee, again.. nothing mentioned at point of booking. The hotel is advertised as a 4 star, it is barely a 3 star in real terms. The rooms are dated, room service was intermittent, no iron, no tea/coffee making facilities and very limited shelf space for toiletries in the sink area. Would not book again.…

We got married here on the 5th of October this year. From the beginning the organisation from management was perfect. Particularly Miss Katarzyna Gawron who was very patient and extremely helpful. The food on the day was of a very high standard, and was enjoyed by all guests. Including many English that never had these dishes before as well as Polish who know how they should be. The staff worked very hard. Many guests commented on how good the venue was and how well the staff managed everything. Thank you! The rooms were all great. They were spacious and contained all the amenities that were needed. They were all clean and well maintained. We would like to thank once again everyone that made this day very special to us! The hotel is situated near the train station and 1 km from the bus station. The hotel service vas excelent. The hotel has all the stars shiny. Nice swimming pool inside. The hotel worths all the money. The breakfast was very good and restaurant room is very nice seems like a library. Perfect!

This hotel is absolutely worth 4* Great location, amazing customer service specialy housekeeping! Outstanding service. Stayed in apartment, very spacious and has everything you need for comfort. Breakfast - very good choices of food, quality and fresh. Beautiful spa, bowling and bar downstairs a plus. Reseption very professional and excellent service. Love it will definitely stay there next time.

Stayed here for three nights. I had not expected much, but the Beskid turned out to be adequate and reasonably priced. My room on the fifth floor was not very exciting, but comfortable, clean and safe. Very helpful and friendly staff! Really makes a difference. Parking on the property and it's suitable for ppl With a car, as it's quite a ways from the city center. Breakfast was ok, but not great.

I was there a few times. Good location, no far to the center (15 min walk). Rooms are look quite new and clean. Breakfast - standard -no surprise. I would recommend to add some regional food and cakes.

Very nice hotel, reasonably priced. Rooms were modern, and very nicely furnished. Free wifi worked flawlessly. Great water pressure in the shower and good toiletries. Parking fee was a little high, but par for the course in Europe. Staff was friendly, check in and out was quick and efficient. Bed was comfortable.

We stayed in this hotel over the Christmas period. The first room we were given was cold because the heating didn't work properly, they gave us another room but we didn't want to stay there as it was on the road side and it was noisy, we asked again and we were given another room and everything was okay there. The rooms were comfortable, well equipped, and cleaned every day. The staff is polite and helpful, whatever you ask they will try to provide it. What is really worth mentioning is the hotel restaurant, its just wonderful, they have amazing food served by amazing staff, real fine dining experience, if you happen to be near, I suggest you try the wonderful polish cuisine, highly recommended :-))
