Stayed at Bonerowskie Palace for three nights 4th to 7th September 2020 . A thirty minute transfer from airport to a perfect location on the town square . This Hotel although small is outstanding in every way .From the decor the ambiance the efficient friendly staff . Our room was extremely well furnished with antique furniture a huge comfortable bed with high quality linens . The e.suits was small but had everything you need with a powerful shower , toiletries and large soft towels . The breakfast was served outside on the square and was too quality ingredients cooked to perfection . I cannot fault this Hotel in any way .
I Had some issues with a refund due to Covid 19 but these guys were super helpful in getting things sorted, I hope to visit Krakow soon and stay in this beautiful hotel and visit all the places I had on my list!
Came to The Bonerowski for a 4 night long weekend break with my wife. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The hotel has done everything to ensure COVID is managed properly. From hand sanitising upon entering the hotel, to ensuring masks are worn inside the hotel. Upon entering our room we were also given complimentary masks and hand sanitiser, which was lovely touch. Our room itself was very tidy, clean and a good size. Although the hotel is situated on Market Square in Kraków it is quiet, peaceful and ensured a good nights sleep. Bathroom is lovely, with a huge bath and excellent shower. Our rooms were turned down everyday, so whenever we came back from our daily trips, we walked into a fresh and tidy room. Top notch!! Location is magic and couldn’t be placed any…
The boutique hotel, right at the Old Town Squere. This location is unbeattable, if you prefer staying as close as possible to the historic, but also touristic part of the town. Nowadays is rather calm and without bothersome traffic, but it’s easy to imagine, how noisy could be this part in a normal time. The interior is impressive, nice reconstructed, with great ceiling polychromes and amazing chandelier. The room was beautiful, with stylish furniture, but bit stuffy and with too small bathroom. The breakfast is served downstairs, tasty eggs, fresh fruits and nice service, however taking too much time. Because of the exceptional location, be prepared for the difficulties with car parking.
This is an absolute gem. It is located right on the main square in Krakow. The rooms are very well appointed and everything was so clean. Our room was really large and had a lovely bathroom as well. There is a safe in the room plus a mini bar. The people were so friendly. English was spoken by everyone. We had breakfast there each day and there is a order choice of any eggs that you want plus a really nice buffet laid out. I truly cannot speak too highly about this hotel. If I went back to Krakow I would without question go back here. A great experience.
What an a beautiful hotel. The staff were so polite and helpful. They literally couldn’t do enough for us. From the moment we arrived we were looked after as if we were the only guests. The location is second to none. The hotel hotel itself is a beautiful building and also the old furnishings. We will definitely be back to this hotel
Arrived early on a Saturday evening, restaurant was quiet but well staffed. Our waiter was very helpful and gave suggestions for our meal. Excellent English speaking. Food was very good. We had some local pierogi to start. Delicious and very big portion. Then we had steak , which was excellent and my wife had cod with lobster which was delicate in flavour. A glass of wine each which was also good. The overall experience was very good however more expensive than other superior restaurants nearby. But overall a very pleasant meal and worth a visit
Lovely boutique hotel in old building steps away from main square. Had huge huge bedroom with separate sitting room all with view of square which was beautiful especially at night. Numerous restaurants and bars close by but room was very quiet. Staff were helpful and helped make this a very enjoyable stay.
The location could not be better. The Bonerowski Palace has an entrance directly towards the Main Square (Rynek Glowny). So coming out from the hotel in the morning you are just in the middle of the old town (Stare Misto), and in the evening there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars just around the hotel. The Bonerowski Palace is in an old building dating back hundreds of years. Inside the hotel is nicely furnished and decorated suited to the historic building. We had booked an executive suite ( 2800 zlotys for 4 nights incl. breakfast) and it was a huge apartment (bedroom and living room), nice, but a double room would likely be a little more cosy. The breakfast is adequate, WiFi functions ok, and the staff in the hotel are very serviceminded and helpfull. We had a very…
I was extremely pleased with my selection of the Bonerowski for our stay in Krakow. The location puts you right on Market Square. Our room was called a luxury apartment and it was huge (I could have easily moved in and lived there)! The food both for breakfast and dinner in their restaurant was excellent. I enjoyed the roast duck so much that I ordered it on two occasions. The service is also top notch. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. My only negative was that being January it's cold and our apartment on the top floor had skylights that allowed a draft of cold air to filter into the room making it harder to keep warm. Other than that it was a great stay.
