The Bonerowski Palace is situated in the heart of Krakow, on the corner of Sw. Jana Street and the Old Market Square. It is seated in a meticulously restored and richly refurbished UNESCO edifice of the Middle Ages. The elegant interior of the palace contains both unique polychromes and beams, gothic column, antique stone safe, as well as modern forms and technologies, serving to the safety of the guests. The palace also prides itself on the Europe longest, 22-meter long chandelier. The palace windows face an incredible sight of St. Mary Basilica, Drapers Hall (Sukiennice), St.Wojciech's Church and the statue of Adam Mickiewicz.
Hands down… an elegant, charming, beautifully decorated hotel worthy of its 5 star status! Located right on the old square in krakow, the location is perfect for walking anywhere! No car, uber needed. In fact, our flight from Vienna arrived after 11:30 pm. By the time we retrieved our rental car and drove to the hotel, it was nearly 1 am. Sebastian accompanied my sister to the lot they use, about a 7 minute walk, which was above and beyond anything we could have asked for. The amenities in the room were very special…beautifully scented body wash, soaps, body creams and shampoo/ conditioner. The bed was comfortable as well! No noise could be heard from outdoors as the windows are so thick. We only stayed the one night, as we needed to attend to some family activities in the…

Reviews I was having a skim through Expedia at some new places to visit. I don’t know why, but Krakow popped up so I had a browse at some of the hotels available and saw this one. Well, when I saw the rooms. I knew that not only was I going to Krakow, but the hotel I was staying at was non negotiable too! The rooms looked so impressive online and decided I would treat myself to their most superior suite as it was very reasonably priced. I have so much to say about this place. It’s called a palace and as far as I’m concerned, it is! It’s the type of place I could see royalty actually living. The amount of space we had was unbelievable. Our room had a balcony and overlooked the square. It was a remarkable room! Everything about our stay was brilliant. Staff were so attentive.…

June 7 to 11, 2022 A New Yorker, I have visited Krakow several times over the years, one of the most beautiful and lively cites of Europe. This time I was fortunate to have stayed at the Bonerowski Palace, facing the grand square of the city, centered by the old Cloth Hall, and surrounded by charming cafes and restaurants, prancing horses drawing white carriages, and flanked by the late medieval Mariacki Church, sounding the hours of the day. My suite (201) was simply magnificent--the living room included a grand piano and a balcony with a panoramic overview of the square. In a recent renovation, large frescoes of the 17th-18th century were uncovered. Beautifully furnished. The bedroom with its own living room is vast, with elegant draperies, bed canopy, and many tall…

Without exaggeration I can say that our stay, in May 2022, was perfect! The hotel is superbly located on the main square. Every member of staff that we interacted with was friendly, courteous and professional. The breakfasts were great! I thought we would miss one because of a 7am start for an Auschwitz/salt mines tour, but they very helpfully made up some packed lunches for us instead. The highlight for us was staying in the Bonerowski Suite (Suite 201). I think this must be the best hotel suite in Krakow! There is a balcony looking out onto the square where you can sit and take in the atmosphere of the place - day or night. The grand piano is badly out of tune, but didn’t matter to me because I can’t play the piano! Highly recommended!

The Bonerowski Palace hotel is stunningly decorated with very comfortable rooms, excellent service and a great breakfast. As the hotel is located on the edge of the main square, the Old Town is easily within reach for exploration and people watching! The rooms are large and each is uniquely decorated. Very comfortable bed and good amenities. The staff are very polite and happy to help.

Just sent two nights at this magnificent hotel, great location right on the main square, hotel has charm and ambiance , our room was palatial, well equipped and very clean. Staff were attentive and professional and very friendly.. food was to a high standard but off a fixed menu and aimed the passing trade taking in the sights and having to compete with the abundance of restaurants also on the square. Would recommend this hotel

We got to Krakow via train from Warsaw. It was a bit of a trial to get a taxi. So once we got in, I mentioned Bonerowski Palace and he did not know where it was. So tip #1. Keep the address handy especially if your Polish is not too good. When we found the place, we understood why. It's hotel entrance is a tiny doorway on a side street. So, when we got there, no bellhop so we had to struggle to get our 4 cases thru the small door. Not a great start, but for such an old place, I was surprisingly ok with it. The check in was easy and the bellman arrived. When we saw the room, it was a suite with 2 separate rooms. It also had one window overlooking a small side street with many windows on the other side. We tried to change it to a room overlooking the square but we…

Dear Guests, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I am glad you appreciated our restaurant and our effort to make you feel comfortable. I agree that system of locking the doors and access to the elevator is not convenient. I can assure you that we have already started to look for the optimalization. We need something more classic than standard key cards but as comfrotable as they are.
