The Bonerowski Palace is situated in the heart of Krakow, on the corner of Sw. Jana Street and the Old Market Square. It is seated in a meticulously restored and richly refurbished UNESCO edifice of the Middle Ages. The elegant interior of the palace contains both unique polychromes and beams, gothic column, antique stone safe, as well as modern forms and technologies, serving to the safety of the guests. The palace also prides itself on the Europe longest, 22-meter long chandelier. The palace windows face an incredible sight of St. Mary Basilica, Drapers Hall (Sukiennice), St.Wojciech's Church and the statue of Adam Mickiewicz.

Great location on the Old Town Main Square (Rynek Glowny) surrounded by historic landmarks and plenty of restaurants and shops. Beautiful rooms with personality which are in keeping with the building. Standards of cleanliness were as expected of a 5* hotel. Breakfast was low key with a good choice of hot and cold options: hot options cooked to order which was a bonus as opposed to buffet style service. Arrived late in the day so opted for in- room meal service which was good quality and reasonably priced. Prior to arrival we had requested champagne and chocolates in the room, we were advised that the hotel would provide a complementary bottle of Prosecco and they would make arrangement for chocolates which would be an additional charge which we fully accepted. The hotel did not change for the beautiful box of handmade chocolates so thank you 🙏🏻 😊 All of the staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and efficient yet discreet and not overbearing as you sometimes get. Special mention to Michael - funny, cheerful, helpful and made it a pleasure to walk in and out of the hotel !

This historic boutique hotel has an excellent location next to the main square of Krakow Old Town. However, only the two most expensive suites have direct square views. Most rooms are facing the side street. There was an affordable offer for Bookingcom genius members: an upgrade to a Junior Suite and complimentary breakfasts. The prepaid price for one night was just 190 euros. Our suite was ready on arrival at 12:10, although there is only one Junior Suite. The hotel is small and you get very personal service. The Junior Suite is located on the 1st floor. It is a spacious suite although being just Junior. The decor had a very historic atmosphere. However, the room was surprisingly practical. The shower in the bathtub was not so convenient. Also, the towels were quite small for a five-star hotel. There is just tea in the room. You can get one complimentary coffee per person in the restaurant. Not so convenient in the morning when you have just woken up. We had a lovely dinner at the hotel restaurant, Amalia Brasserie. The service was excellent. The breakfast was served in the same restaurant. It was a little bit confusing for a first-timer. There was a small buffet that included bread but we couldn't find any plates. Most items were ordered a la carte.

The Bonerowski Palace is a beautiful boutique hotel positioned on the main square in Krakow old town. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The building itself is full of history and has some fantastic features - such as the main staircase with the amazing chandelier. Our room was a deluxe suite and was lovely. Breakfast was amazing and whilst the restaurant also serves non residents outside, the service for guests is second to none. The reception staff were very helpful and assisted us with booking trips and local recommendations - such as the Szara restaurant on the main square. I would thoroughly recommend for a visit to this beautiful city.

Had the absolute pleasure of having our wedding reception at the Bonerowski Palace Hotel. Even after having to delay the wedding on two separate occasions due to Covid, Blazej and Aleksandra could not have been more helpful. From the first visit to view the room, to checking out after the wedding itself, their attention to detail was faultless. The room that we were allocated as the Honeymoon suite was the most impressive room that either of us have had the pleasure to stay in. The period features are magnificent! The room for the wedding was equally impressive, as was the "night club" that we went to downstairs to continue the wedding party. The food at the wedding was also first class, as was the service of the waiting staff. I would not hesitate for a second in recommending the Bonerowski Palace Hotel to others. A massive thank you to Blazej and Aleksandra from my wife Ania and I for making our special day so special. We shall look forward to visiting you again!

We stayed here for 4 nights and by the end of our stay, we had fallen in love with the place. The room my wife and I stayed in was wonderfully spacious and very clean. The food in the hotel is sooooo good. The biggest thing for me was my interactions with members of staff.......they were all polite, friendly and very welcoming. I cannot praise them enough!! I would strongly recommend for everyone to stay here. The location is also brilliant, as you are right on the square and within walking distance of all the shops, bars and the sites.

Hands down… an elegant, charming, beautifully decorated hotel worthy of its 5 star status! Located right on the old square in krakow, the location is perfect for walking anywhere! No car, uber needed. In fact, our flight from Vienna arrived after 11:30 pm. By the time we retrieved our rental car and drove to the hotel, it was nearly 1 am. Sebastian accompanied my sister to the lot they use, about a 7 minute walk, which was above and beyond anything we could have asked for. The amenities in the room were very special…beautifully scented body wash, soaps, body creams and shampoo/ conditioner. The bed was comfortable as well! No noise could be heard from outdoors as the windows are so thick. We only stayed the one night, as we needed to attend to some family activities in the Nowy Sacz area. Wish we could have stayed longer. The breakfast was delicious. We sat outdoors, there was a breakfast bar with juices, cereals, breads and muffins, fruit, etc. we thought that was it. We were shocked to learn we could order off of the menu too! Absolutely yummy. We were even given decaf coffee from the espresso machine with steamed milk… a treat as no other places up until then in our ten days of traveling and staying and eating in 5 star places, had anything other than instant decaf coffee…. Even in Vienna! We met the owner and her beautiful two dogs. She was exceptionally friendly and offered us a 2 pm checkout as no one was checking in that day. I am embarrassed to admit I can’t remember the daytime young man who walked my sister to retrieve our car. I highly recommend this hotel! We look forward to staying there again when we visit krakow.

Reviews I was having a skim through Expedia at some new places to visit. I don’t know why, but Krakow popped up so I had a browse at some of the hotels available and saw this one. Well, when I saw the rooms. I knew that not only was I going to Krakow, but the hotel I was staying at was non negotiable too! The rooms looked so impressive online and decided I would treat myself to their most superior suite as it was very reasonably priced. I have so much to say about this place. It’s called a palace and as far as I’m concerned, it is! It’s the type of place I could see royalty actually living. The amount of space we had was unbelievable. Our room had a balcony and overlooked the square. It was a remarkable room! Everything about our stay was brilliant. Staff were so attentive. They answered the phone within one ring and sprung into action whether it be delivering room service or collecting our plates etc. They were great. When we arrived we were taken to our room and given a very warm welcome. That only happens when you stay somewhere really nice! We were given complimentary water, coffee etc. The amenities in the room were great too. Our room even had a piano! I’m a bit rusty, but I treated the square to the first verse of ‘silent night’. Ok it’s July… but it’s the only song I can play on the piano! The bathroom was brilliant, water pressure excellent. Bath was super deep! The furnishings were such good quality. Real solid oak products. Everything was spotless. Not a smear mark on any of the mirrors, no dust. The cleaning staff are clearly very good at their job. If you’ve stumbled across this review and contemplating a stay in Krakow… look no further than this review… visit and do yourself a favour- stay at this place too!!! You’re welcome! :)
