Redbrick appartments really lovely just a 5 min walk to the main square nice spacious app staff on reception very helpful and friendly plenty of lovely restaurants round about would highly recommend this place to stay what a beautiful city
Lovely room, helpful staff and very central, let us check out at 6pm for a small fee also which was extremely helpful when having a 3 year old and the flight not being until 9pm meant a lot of hanging around somewhere! Plenty of room in the apartment which gave us all space, I’d recommend and use again.
We stayed here for 3 nights. The location was great as everything was in walking distance. If were being honest we wouldn't stay here again as there were some things that did bother us in the room that do need looking into. The shower head for some reason which we didnt realise when booking was really low down which was strange so we had to take the shower head off the bracket and hold it to be able to wash which made it very difficult. The water when showering was also cold, the temperature never got warm however the sink taps did have warm water?? There was also a big smashed tile on the side of the bath which was not appealing. There was also an air conditioning unit which when we moved from the corner to reposition there was a huge amount of dust that looked like it had not been cleaned for quite some time. The room we stayed in was room 2.3 (II.3) which was huge and spacious. Even had a kitchen and seating area which we didnt really use however would be nice for anyone who would cook there own breakfast, dinner and spend some time in the apartment. If it wasn't for the maintanance issues and cleanliness we would come back and stay. When we arrived we were greeting by a really nice man (not sure on the name) he explained everything to us in detail, showed us a map of the area and the best places to visit, he also told us some common phrases in Polish we could use.…
The location is fabulous. However, the accommodation would have been great if not for simple lack of care. No hot water, broken bulbs, remote controlers batteries missing, air con not working, hairdryers only working for 1 minute. There is a coffee machines but no coffee capsules. We bought some, but not knowing what size we got the wrong ones. No tea bags. Cheap but not up to the basic standards of comfortable accommodation. On the info sheet it says the reception staff is in the building to help you. I reported the list of basic things missing or not working, but the staff only helped with additional hairdryer (stopped working too) and an additional fan, which was broken. But they did not bring any new batteries or bulbs. Hot water, working lights, TV and hairdryers are basics and Red Bricks do not provide it. I won't stay there again and will not recommend it.…
Five of us stayed at the Red Brick Apartments for three nights. Very easy to find, only a few minutes walk from the main railway station. Our apartments were on the fourth floor, spotless and tidy, the beds were very comfortable. The church bells were not intrusive to us, actually I quite enjoyed listening, our friends apartment was further down the corridor & they didn't hear a thing. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, they arranged all trips - Saltmines/Auschwitz - Birkenau Excellent place to stay, Krakow is a beautiful city.. We look forward to returning in the near future. We will definitely recommend The Redbrick Apartments.
