Just got back from Krakow and the Jordon Guest Rooms. It's in a great position for the market square and lots of amenities close by. The rooms themselves are very basic, if a little dated, but very clean and very comfortable and the shower was great, just what you need after a day of sight seeing. The staff are really helpful and the continental breakfast is good. We booked with Jet2 and I'd have to agree that the 2 star they give it is fair. The only other thing was that they do not have are drink making facilities in the room, but you can buy from the cafe within the hotel at a reasonable price. I would recommend the hotel if you are staying for a few days

Hotel is basic nothing fancy and no kettle ect . i knew this from reviews so took my own . tidy ,clean ,ideal location for main square .However we booked through jet2 a standard triple room and we had 2 beds and a small sofa . ok for a child but we were 3 ladies in our 50s . Hotel said they don't have rooms with 3 beds or even 1 double & 1 single . so i think jet 2 are misleading people really .Krakow is a great place to go ,this is our 3rd visit

Fantastic visit here! Three nights at the end of September, the staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. Great location. The room was really clean as were corridors and halls etc. Beds were so comfy, we were happy with all amenities. Air con/heater in room, which was easy to operate. Shower was fantastic!! Better than the one at home! Cafe downstairs is fab and well priced- great for a lovely cappuccino - Bring a travel kettle if you want a brew in your room. Nice breakfast included too with fresh fruit, meats, cheese, cereal and more. Couldn’t fault our stay here at all- we were told we had a small room but it was very spacious, had storage, and was really well presented. Would definitely return here if visiting Krakow again, Thankyou Jordan Guestrooms!

Just back from 3 nights bed and breakfast at this place. Can recommend it to all. Very clean. Brilliant location. 5 mins walk from the old town square. Room comfortable. Supplied with toiletries and hair dryer. Breakfast downstairs and plenty to eat. Cafe in front where we managed to get a vodka shot each night on our way to bed. Staff very friendly. No problems at all. Will definitely come back here again.

Just returned from 4 nights bed and breakfast at Jordan Guestrooms. Lovely spacious room on the 4th floor. Very clean room and comfortable bed with ensuite facilities and toiletries provided. Lovely varied continental breakfast which was perfect for what we needed. Location was excellent and just 5 mins from Old Town Square with many main attractions easily accessible. Staff friendly and helpful. No coffee making facilities in room so pleased we took travel kettle and cups. Would highly recomend😀

Not the best place to stay for us , (2 single Middle Aged ladies )room on 5th floor where you had to get out the lift on 4th and walk up a dark poorly lit staircase . Not good at night as there is no light whatsoever coming through so fumbling till you reached the stairs . Also there was a strange musty smell in the room that never went away , no curtains just a blind on window and door so didn’t like this either and felt there was no privacy. The only plus to this place was it’s location as it was close to main centre .

What a disgusting place to stay. On the fifth floor. The stench was horrendous in room 53. We asked to be moved but hotel was full. Asked them to investigate the smell they refused in a very rude manner. Cleaners will be up in the morning. As they’re was a party of 6 we had 3 rooms and ended up we all slept in room 52 on mattresses. The next day no cleaners to be seen. Went back to receptionist she said later yet again being aggressive and rude. Stayed for 3 nights all of us sharing 1 room yet we paid for 3. Also when dark there is no lights coming out of lift till you turned the corner to the staircase. Lucky for us we booked with Jet2holidays Oh still waiting on them getting back to us. This hotel should be shut down before it crumbles with all the cracks in the walls KEEP WELL AWAY GREAT VIEWS THOUGH

This was well located - within 5 minutes of the main square. Breakfast was adequate although the hot food (which was just scrambled egg and sausage) was cold despite us getting to the restaurant at 8am (breakfast was only served from 7am). There was plenty of hot water in the shower and there was shower gel provided. The room was very clean with fresh towels daily. The room was basic. There wasn't a single English speaking channel on the TV and no kettle in the room. The beds were really uncomifortable and the pillows were awful. I have come home with a sore neck as the pillows were too soft. Despite the negatives, I would recommend this place mainly because of its location.
