Fantastic visit here! Three nights at the end of September, the staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. Great location. The room was really clean as were corridors and halls etc.

Beds were so comfy, we were happy with all amenities. Air con/heater in room, which was easy to operate. Shower was fantastic!! Better than the one at home!
Cafe downstairs is fab and well priced- great for a lovely cappuccino - Bring a travel kettle if you want a brew in your room. Nice breakfast included too with fresh fruit, meats, cheese, cereal and more.

Couldn’t fault our stay here at all- we were told we had a small room but it was very spacious, had storage, and was really well presented.

Would definitely return here if visiting Krakow again, Thankyou Jordan Guestrooms!

Just returned from 4 nights bed and breakfast at Jordan Guestrooms.
Lovely spacious room on the 4th floor. Very clean room and comfortable bed with ensuite facilities and toiletries provided.
Lovely varied continental breakfast which was perfect for what we needed.
Location was excellent and just 5 mins from Old Town Square with many main attractions easily accessible.
Staff friendly and helpful. No coffee making facilities in room so pleased we took travel kettle and cups.
Would highly recomend😀

The staff in this hotel are 5* So friendly, informative, kind and patient with the guests.
The hotel is excellent located just a 5 min walk from the square & clean and tidy there is a good selection of continental breakfast foods on offer served by a lovely lady who tops it up through the morning. The rooms are clean and very warm of a night. Down stairs is a relaxed bistro where the staff serve hot & cold drinks! Try the most delicious hot chocolate it’s superb.

I Can not fault this place for customers service & location. And I would definitely return here.

Stayed for 2 nights with a friend in a twin room, cost us about 40 euros a night having selected the most basic option.

I felt we got great value for money from the experience, the room was a little worn, but everything had been cleaned well, and there was good storage space. We had been told there was no window but we had a skylight still, which was positive. I'm not sure if this was an upgrade or anything as it wasn't mentioned.

Very happy with the hotel for the price paid. Decent room although a bit of a quirky layout. Included breakfast was good and great that it was included. Staff were friendly and gave good advice, plus willing to provide and extension cord and bag storage.

A really nice place to put your head down for a few days, nice welcoming staff on the check in desk. Myself and my wife turned up to check in a wee bit early. " No worries. Your room is ready" she gave us or key, and away we went up to our room an hour and a half early! So thanks to the nice lady on the check in desk. The room itself was a decent size, well equipped with a tv , desk, chair , a nice wardrobe, and a nice bathroom with a brilliant working shower. It was cleaned to a very good standard. A couple of minor points, there is no tea or coffee making facilities, also the floorboards were squeaky! If you happen to be looking for 5 star luxury...... don't come here. But if you are after a decent size clean room with a private bathroom/ shower, and a really good breakfast thrown in, with hot/ cold continental buffet style food. For the money you pay, I think that you would not find anywhere close offering the value for money that this establishment provides. The jordan guest rooms will always get a good recommendation from me 👍🏻

Just got back from Krakow and the Jordon Guest Rooms. It's in a great position for the market square and lots of amenities close by. The rooms themselves are very basic, if a little dated, but very clean and very comfortable and the shower was great, just what you need after a day of sight seeing. The staff are really helpful and the continental breakfast is good. We booked with Jet2 and I'd have to agree that the 2 star they give it is fair. The only other thing was that they do not have are drink making facilities in the room, but you can buy from the cafe within the hotel at a reasonable price. I would recommend the hotel if you are staying for a few days

Just back from 3 nights bed and breakfast at this place. Can recommend it to all. Very clean. Brilliant location. 5 mins walk from the old town square. Room comfortable. Supplied with toiletries and hair dryer. Breakfast downstairs and plenty to eat. Cafe in front where we managed to get a vodka shot each night on our way to bed. Staff very friendly. No problems at all. Will definitely come back here again.

So sorry for the delay in replying. You have probably already been there by now. Yes you can book excursions from the hotel. We did the Auschwitz tour. We were picked up further along the road. Easily found and all went very smoothly.
