I had an amazing stay at this guest house. The staff and fellow guests were simply amazing. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect. It's in walking distance to the train station as well as the Old Town. I told the staff, "we're pretty much family now, so I'll have to come back for a reunion soon." Lol

What do we usually need having a trip? 1. Good breakfast. - The place can offer it. Very tasty breakfast in a very nice room by the way. 2. Comfortable bed. - It was. As my very sensitive back has not given me any "feed-back" after 2 nights. 3. Clean rooms and sheets. - No claim. 4. Quiet rooms. -... More

Very nice hotel with pleasant and courteous staff. My room was more than adequate in size for a single traveler with 2 beds and a sofa bed, decor a bit dated but clean. Not much of a view, but a bargain to get a hotel on the north side of Old Town that is within walking distance of sights, shopping... More

Ok, it's a little rough around the edges..... but it's clean, comfortable, close to the city centre and very good on the value for money front. If I go back to Kraków I would consider staying here again. Nice little cafe in reception as well, and the continental breakfast in basement in the morning hits the spot.

Nothing to complain about at this hotel, but nothing special either. I don't know if all the rooms are the same, but mine on the 5th floor was square and characterless, although well equipped with A/C, safe, tv etc. The reception staff were efficient but not particularly friendly. There was plenty of choice at breakfast, but the only member of... More

Ideally situated 10 minute walk from bus/train station, shopping centre and main square. Entrance is past the café counter to the right. Lift to all floors. Adequate breakfast is downstairs in the library, presented nicely, in clean, unique surroundings with fresh produce. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Buy stamps at reception for postcards. Room was very clean with a... More

Travelled to Krakow in April and was extremely happy with our choice of accommodation. Jordan's is literally a 2 minute walk from the Barbican entrance to the Old City. The room was adequate for our stay despite having skylights but no windows. Breakfast is served in what used to be the library room with the choice and quality of food... More
