Fantastic location right on the main square in Krakow. Apartment was first class, very spacious and spotlessly clean. Good communication before arrival and keys were waiting for me at agreed time. The perfect spot for a visit to this city.

It sounded like the roof was being renovated: ongoing stomping noises. One morning at 01:30 people coming upstairs to the apartment nextdoor were very loud&slamming doors. We both woke up. Went back asleep at 03:00. At 03:30 they put on loud music; it continued until 05:19. We got back to sleep after that. At 07:15 the stomping on the roof started&woke us both up. We complained&were ignored. When we were home, we got a response which ignored the detail we had provided, and indicated the noise was coming from a new bar. We were quoted 120 Zlotys e/w for transfers. 1st transfer was fine. The transfer back to the airport didn’t show up. We waited 10 minutes. Nothing. We’d left the transfer money in the apartment, and had to get the key back from security to get back in. There was a lot of unnecessary faffing that we didn’t need at 8am starting the journey home. We got a taxi, off the street, for 90 Zlotys. Afterwards, I looked at the small print on Hotels.com-their own information says transfers are 160 Zlotys for a round trip. Not 240. Unclear why the term ‘upmarket’ is used. The apartment is fitted out from Ikea. Nothing wrong with Ikea-but it’s not upmarket. It says there is a ‘kitchen’, but there is no oven or grill or toaster. The ‘kitchen’ is very poorly designed. It is a struggle to get things in/out of the drawers. It says there is a microwave-there isn’t. We couldn’t get the satellite TV to work, so had only Polish TV. The phone number provided didn’t work. Location is fantastic. We raised the noise issue while we were in the apartment. We chased for a response along with the answer to a question that we had - no responses despite the initial request and 3 chasers, by email and text. We tried to call also but the number didn’t work. We raised the airport transfer not arriving, in real time, as it happened. When we got back home we were told all of this was due to a broken phone. They didn’t respond to the fact that their small print information says 160 Zlotys for a round trip and they charged us 240 Zlotys. Initially they asked how they could make up for the issues - which really was too late as we were at home. Before we could actually respond, they then said, next time we are in Krakow to tell them and they’ll make sure we have a good time. Not sure what that means. We won’t be going back to Krakow (it’s great but we have seen it). There was no explanation or apology about the difference in transfer prices and no offer to refund either the night we couldn’t sleep or the difference in the taxi money. Very poor attempt at customer service.

We stayed here in July 2019 in a very spacious apartment. Acommodation and service (like arranging taxis, sorting out issues) provided to us was excellent. If you are coming to Krakow, you should try this place.

We stayed in apartment number 1 for 3 nights at the end of april , the apartment is a studio but very spacious with a sofa bed so can sleep up to 3 adults (sofa bed too cosy for more than 1 but ok for 2 children) the decor is lovely and the place was spotless , the location is a dream on the main square but we slept just fine . I would recommend this we didnt cook anything but theres also a lovely small kitchen with a spotless bathroom . When i come back to krakow i will stay here again i

My daughters and I stayed here for four nights. We had a one bedroom apartment that was large and clean. It was on the third floor inside a courtyard. They have all amenities you require from hairdryer, shower gel, coffee pods and machine. Someone from the apartment contacted me prior to arriving and said they would be their to meet us. It was very easy to find in the square. The taxi can’t drop you outside the apartment as they aren’t allowed to drive in the square, they will drop you off just On the edge of main square. We were also allowed to leave our luggage with them on the last day as our flight wasn’t until the evening. Couldnt here any noise from the main square, a very quiet apartment and great location and everywhere we wanted to visit within easy walking distance. The only negative comment, but it didn’t effect our time at the apartment was that the duvets for the double bed and sofa bed were quite thin and single, so didn’t cover two people, their was only one small pillow per person and the towels were quite rough. I’m sure if we had asked for an extra pillow this would of been provided but it wasn’t a big thing so we just used the cushions from the bed. All in all a great apartment that I would definitely return to.

This place is perfectly located on teh main old town square adjacent to St. Marys Basilica .We had the biggest apartment and it was amazing. View to a cobble stone street, old world antique decor. The ac in each room was a total hit and worked great - even had remotes for it. Which is hard to come by in Old Town apartments throughout Europe. The wifi was also a hit - as I believe we had our own router in the apartment - which is also rare as some properties only have one per floor or one per building. It had a modern kitchen and everything else you would need for a longer stay. There was also a nice bar downstairs and a lounge. So you can start your evening here or finish off with a nightcap. One of the best properties we have stayed at when travelling Europe.

Beautiful apartments, great location with as other posts have said stairs and lots of them. The apartment is on the top floor. We knew all that booking and it was clean with good amenities including a kitchen with fridge etc. My only issue was we spent hours trying to find the location on our first day, anybody we asked didn't know and it isn't sign posted. We were following google maps. Eventually two kind workmen rang the phone number and got directions for us, even drew us a map and all. Can be noisy enough at times during the night but I suppose this is to be expected due to the location.

Stayed here at the start of Feb, and it was a lovely apartment. Located on the top floor (no lift so if you have a lot of luggage good luck), luckily we were only there for a few days so was easy to carry up. Location is spot on, right in the centre of krakow, couldn't ask for a better location and the apartment size is perfect. Plenty of rooms, plenty of space in the livingroom and the bathrooms were also a good size. Kitchen was more than enough and the dining area space was perfect as well. I'd stay here again without question.

Unusual being from the US to rent an apartment instead of a hotel but we wanted to be in the middle of things so we chose Apartments Renek Glowny. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Robert was always available to help with any concerns. There is no lift however they take care of all luggage. Apartment extremely clean, updated and well equipped. Kitchen, bath, living room all terrific. Bedding plus and comfortable. Large window that looked out onto a backstreet but quiet. Tho on the "square" we entered thru a courtyard and our, again, stay was very quiet. AC worked great too. Just step outside the courtyard and there are too many places to chose from to eat. Small grocer within a 10 minute walk as we had to buy toothpaste, toothbrushes and sleep shirts as our flight delayed out of Munich which meant our luggage did not make the Lufthansa connection. Our luggage did arrive about 1:00 AM and the staff left it in our foyer so it was waiting for us when we got up. Would stay again and would highly recommend it.

We couldn't have picked a better location for our trip to Kraków . The apartments are very spacious , clean and right on the main old town square. We arrived just as the Christmas market was starting and the atmosphere and smell of the food on offer was breathtaking . A visit to Auschwitz had been arranged and I have to say it was a very humbling and thought provoking experience , we also visited Schindlers factory which at the moment is free to enter on Mondays. The restaurants on the square are reasonably priced but if you search the little side streets that go off the main square you can find plenty of little bars and restaurants that are absolute bargains, it also snowed which completed the whole experience
