Lovely hotel within walking distance to the main square and bars and restaurants. Breakfast excellent and rooms clean and spacious. Staff happy to organise the trips for you. Only one negative was no kettle in the room. When it's cold a nice warm drink would have been nice. The wodka bar is a must aswell as Buddha cocktail bar for drinks. Lots of places to eat. All in all a good trip made easy by Jet2 Citybreaks.

Our go to hotel in Kraków this lovely friendly independent hotel is so well situated to explore Kazimierz which for our money is the best part of the city but trams to the main centre stop outside the hotel and you can buy tickets from the machine. Otherwise it’s a gentle 30 minute walk. The staff and lovely with great communication. The rooms and clean and comfortable with fridge, mini bar and safe but no kettle. Breakfast is very nice and there is a light and airy breakfast room and outside terrace. Hotel can arrange a transfer for the airport for 100 zlotys.

We stayed here for the first time for my birthday weekend,it was however our fourth visit to Krakow. Really lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. Our room was big, clean and comfortable. It’s location is good with a nice walk from the hotel to the main square,in the past we have stayed in the square but actually enjoyed the extra exercise. Breakfast was good and plenty of it too. Whilst we were there we did have a lovely take away but had it in our room, speaking to other guests the next morning they said the staff allowed them to eat in the breakfast room which was brilliant, they were very accommodating in this strange time where the restaurants and bars were closed. The only thing we missed having was a kettle in our room so we could have hot drinks. The reception staff were brilliant, booking us a taxi to the airport as we could no longer take the train. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travellers. Was sad to see Krakow so quiet, hope things get back to some sort of normal soon and tourism back to this usually bustling city.
