Stayed here for 2 nights for a short sightseeing visit during a business trip in Poland. Location - not the best as it is away from the city centre tucked in housing district. There is a mall right opposite but the mall is run down with majority of tenants moving out. There is a cinema, a McDonald’s and a supermarket in the mall. There is a tram station nearby which have direct access to the city centre (30 mins away). Room - surprisingly big and spacious for Hampton standard. Comfortable and all necessary amenities are there. Breakfast - as it is connected to the Doubletree, breakfast is served at the doubletree buffet bar. Breakfast is good with wide selection (as you will expect for doubletree standard) and not like your usual Hampton hostel style breakfast. Staff - generally staff are nice and polite. Other than the location which can be slightly far, I’ve no complaints on this hotel. Real value for a Hampton! …
Stayed in this hotel on a recent visit to Krakow and was very impressed. Staff very friendly and the room was very comfortable. The spa area was lovely and very relaxing and this is an ideal place to stay to visit in and around this beautiful city.
We have stayed here for 2 nights 5 person's family. We got 2 connected rooms (after additional request on reseption) and it was excelent for us. The breakfast was ok, even better compear we had on Hamptons in USA last year. The location of the hotel was not very good, but we had own car and it was not big deal for us. We have enjoyed the spa (pool, jaccuzi and 3 type saunas) at the basement of the hotel for extra price. It was very good for our family to enjoy it after long day after Wielicka salt mine tour - no extra driving somethere etc. It's interesting that we found no any information at the hotel, that this option exist, only read some people reviews on internet... So, you can ask about this service at the reseption and definitely enjoy it for extra price of course. Recommend the hotel for sure.…
Great standard of accommodation & great breakfast- don’t let its out of town location put you off as easily accessible by cheap & frequent trams. Staff friendly & helpful. Only thing to note is the 40 Zlt fee to use the pool.
Upgraded to top floor both times I stayed at the property. The breakfast is wonderful, and I can make my own pancake. There is a business center to print out boarding pass. Luggage storages are available if you arrive early. Huge parking lot so you could park your car anywhere you like.
