Great location l, lovely clean room and bathroom. So easy to get everywhere with bus and trains right beside hotel. Bakery and lidl next door for getting food for trips. Q Hotel staff were all lovely with nothing being too much trouble.

About 15/20 mins from the old town and airport- however this is only about £5 in an Uber. Very comfortable beds, clean room, There is a petrol station with a shop and a kfc right out the front which is very convenient. Very kind helpful staff who all spoke English. Polish supermarket round the side of the hotel and an ice cream shop.

Lovely hotel, great staff, amazing food. Very comfortable and clean. Supermarkets nearby, very close to Kraków’s airport, there is nothing we could complain about. We would definitely return here in the very near future with friends and family.

Nice hotel, with free and paid parking. Bed was so comfortable! I like everything! Near is Lidl, Zabka. Also a Buffet to eat. Staff was also very nice and helpful. So, I recommend stop her, it's near airport.

We found the room good value for the price. Very comfortable, clean and close to a grocery store for anything you need at short notice. Reception is open 24 hours, staff spoke English and were very helpful. The girl at the bar gave us ice and milk when we needed it with a smile. We also had dinner one night at the restaurant (we stayed two nights) and it was great too. Only downside is that it is not in the pick-up area for the Auschwitz and Salt Mine tours but it was only 30 PLN in a taxi so not really a problem. Thank you Q Hotel.

Clean, Innovatively-Designed, and Comfortable hotel. The food selection for breakfast was delicious. The staff was so friendly and they went above and beyond t be helpful. However, if you'd want to be somewhere close to downtown Krakow, this is probably not the best choice for you, as it would take 20-25 mins to get there with taxi.

I speak only english and most of the staff spoke Polish. They left their post in order to find someone that could understand me and help. I did not understand the A/C readings and they took time to teach me. I needed a taxi and they gave advice and then made the call for me.

I have spent 5 days at this horrible dirty hotel with my mother of 58 the whole hotel is rude disrespectful and very dirty. The staff look laugh and point when walking past the reception we had a gentleman come into our room one night which he shouldn’t have access to get into our room. The food is absolutely horrible the serve is dreadful avoid and save your money!!!!!!!

Dear Madam, I am sad to read your opinion about our hotel. I am sorry that you did not find anything positive in our facility during your stay. The hotel is cleaned daily and practically non-stop, and so are hotel rooms, unless guests post a note that they do not wish to be cleaned. When it comes to cleanliness on this and other portals, we have the highest marks from our guests. The restaurant has a new menu - everything is prepared with fresh products. We also have brand new porcelain. I talked to the restaurant manager - you did not raise any comments during your stay regarding the ordered food and drinks or any reservations regarding the service. We make every effort to ensure the standard of service, many people from our team work in the hotel from the beginning and approach all our guests very professionally and with a smile.
