My friend and I had a brilliant stay at Relaks Apartments. Krakow is a beautiful city and this fantastic establishment provided the perfect base. Nothing was too much trouble for our host, Adelina, and she took the time show us places of interest on the map as well as the location of the places we had booked for dinner. She also arranged lunch for our trip to Auschwitz as well as our transport to and from the airport. The apartments themselves are very classy and the beds super comfortable. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending. I look forward to my next trip to Krawow.
These apartments are beautifully designed and thoughtfully furnished. Just a short walk from the centre - but very peaceful and quiet - they are ideally located for a city break which is both relaxing and near all the buzz of the centre. The owners care about every detail in the apartments and care about the experience of their clients and it shows. If there is a better apartment in Krakow I'd be surprised.
We had a very nice stay here. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It is in a convenient location as well. We had no problems walking from the apartment to everything we wanted to see in Krakow. We were also able to easily walk to and from the train station, which gave us quick and affordable access to the airport and Wroclaw, which we also visited on our trip. Finally, Adelina was an excellent host! She answered any questions we had about the local area and was very helpful.
It's always tricky going somewhere new for the first time. Will you be near the main sights, will the place you're staying be okay, will the people be friendly. So if it's Krakpw you;'re heading for then stop your search now - Relaks Apartments are incredible. They're industrial cool, beautifully designed living spaces that feel better than a home from home, are warm with chic lighting, exposed brick and even Netflix. The walk from the apartment is a brisk three minutes to the Main Square, shopping centre and station, and the place is surrounded by mini supermarkets for those little treats if you want to cook something up in the nicely equipped kitchen area. Finally Adelina, the host, was amazing and couldn't do enough to make it a relaxing stay.... or should that be Relaksing stay. We will definitely be back. Thanks, Catherine and Jim…
We stayed for 4 nights over the New Year . A stunning modern apartment, close to the main square. The apartment was spacious, clean with plenty of amenities. Great communication from the owners. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay there when I return. Thank you for making our New Year.
Perfect location for Krakow city break. Everything you could need great space if you won’t to relax Adelina is a fantastic host from start to finish would definitely recommend a stay here if visiting krakow you won’t be disappointed.
Beautiful big apartment with two bedrooms. Modern and renovated, just two minutes walk from the entrance to the old town. Quiet and very clean, and a wonderful hostess who was helpful all the time, whatever we needed. Krakow is an easy small city, transport works smoothly and painless.
We stayed in a deluxe one-bedroom apartment for a weekend break. The apartment was immaculately clean, very stylish and with everything that you could need. The bed was really comfortable, Netflix on TV and reliable WIFI. Adelina was incredibly friendly and is very passionate about her city, nothing was too much trouble. she helped us get our bearings when we first arrived. The hotel is very close to the main square between 5-10 mins walk. We would stay again in a heartbeat and would thoroughly recommend to others.
I stayed with my daughter at the Relaks apartments for three nights at the beginning of September. We were met by Adelina who was very nice and showed us to our apartment We had a one bedroom apartment and the sofa in the lounge converts into a double bed as well, which my daughter said was very comfortable. The apartment was lovely. The living room had a TV which had Netflix and there was free WiFi, there was a kitchen area with a fridge, dishwasher, toaster etc and all the utensils for cooking if you wanted. The bathroom was large and modern with a good shower and space for toilet bags etc. There was shampoo and shower gel etc, just as you would get in a hotel. The bedroom was roomy with a king size bed and wardrobes with hanging space and shelves. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean and we loved it. There is a bit of noise outside from the trams going past but I just used earplugs as I am a very light sleeper. We would definitely choose Relaks again as our first choice when we come back to Krakow.…
