only 3 rooms and each is exquisite! we stayed on top floor Emperor's suite. It had rooftop access and a private jacuzzi. Very modern. The lower level Royal Suite is a mindblower. You will imagine yourself as royalty lived in the 1700s. the artwork and furnishings amazing! Michal the general manager, makes sure everything runs smoothly and anticipates your every whim. One night we has extraordinary violinist come to our room during dinner! The restaurant is world class and also makes delightful breakfast of your choosing. The location is next to castle and a block from Vistula river and great running. we loved and will be back

We just spent 3 nights at the Royal Suite. The room takes you back to the 18th century with its furniture, a historic ceiling dating back to 1688, a modern 5 fixture bathroom with a tub and a shower. The service was impeccable. The restaurant is on the Michelin recommended list. The location is phenomenal just outside the castle, footsteps from Europe's biggest market square etc. etc. A dream...

Booked a Christmas Market break and had 3 nights at the Kanonicza 22 Fabulous!!! Had the 2nd floor room/suite/apartment with my wife and 2 daughters. This is the ONLY hotel listed on the tourist map as a site to visit in Krakow. People stopping and taking pics outside all day, my daughters loved it and said this is how it must feel to be a Kardashian on holiday. Breakfast was served when we wanted and how we wanted. In the room there was a complimentary carafe of Brandy and Vodka - wasted on us as we don't drink but what a touch. The location of the hotel is ideal for visiting all that Krakow offers.

We have just had a fabulous stay at Kanonicza 22; the top suite is stunning with its own private roof terrace and hot tub! There are 3 apartment suites housed above a popular restaurant Pod Nosem. Each suite has its own theme. We chose the imperial for the novelty of sleeping in a round bed and of course the private terrace/hot tub. The bed was comfortable with plenty of space and a good mattress. The hot tub was heated well and had various jet/light options. There were views of the castle and the river. Free mini bar and 2 bottles of wine. Good toiletries including toothbrushes, sewing kit etc. very spacious and luxurious (different to minimal style hotels!). The staff were exceptional. They prepared breakfast (served from 9am onwards), booked taxis (at good rates) and answered all queries. Breakfast- beautifully presented on the table. Pastries and eggs cooked to order. Good WiFi connection. This is a unique hotel with a great location in the old town with easy access to tourist sites/ICE/river etc. If you want to book something different to a standard posh hotel, I would highly recommend.

The hotel is in an ideal spot for sightseeing, near local shops and attractions. The room is unbelievable and the staff are incredibly accommodating. My partner forgot his adaptor so we asked them where we could get one, the manager sent someone out to sort this and it was waiting at reception when we returned. Best hotel I have stayed in by far.

Stayed here for a weekend in May. The hotel was much smaller than anticipated, and had only a few suits over a restaurant. Our suit was very spacious, with good facilities. The food in the restaurant (breakfast and dinner) was very good. A plus was that the breakfast was made just for us and felt very private. The hotel is located near the castle and rest of the old town. A small minus is that the private jacuzzi was closed.

This is a great little apartment located in Krakow. There are three apartments and we stayed on the one on the second floor. The online information doesn’t make it clear that only the top floor suite has access to outdoor space including the pool The suite is very nicely set up with great old furnishings and nice accompaniments. As this isn’t a usual hotel you will have to be out early in the day if the cleaning crew are to provide any service to your room. Also there is no way to call to get any service, besides negotiating with someone who works in the restaurant downstairs on your way in or out of the hotel while you walk through the kitchen enroute to the stairs to your apartment. We did eat at the restaurant. The food is amazing and worth a long journey to try. Andre was a highlight and turned out to be someone we thought was adorable. Meeting us as we arrived and asking if we were traveling with dead bodies as he lifted our luggage. Not delighted to take time from the restaurant for such tasks as providing assistance with luggage, but actually providing some good humour for us. Before staying we had made some arrangements for tours with Patryk. Though we never saw him, we were referred to spectour and Sebastian who ensured we were taken care of for two full day trips out. Should mention the electrical switches in the room are quite the techno challenge. We had no orientations as to how they work, but some times a switch will turn on lights and later that same switch will do absolutely nothing. Still after days have no answers as to how the loop or process of these lights and motion sensors really worked. Bring your own shampoo and supplies as it will be hard to find Barbara and amenities along the way. But the location of this apartment could not be better and the room has been beautifully put together. Nice bedding and great bathtub. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your property.

Highly recommend this place for a city break, so central for Auschwitz, salt mines, Wawel castle. The apartment is very luxurious. All drinks in mini bar are free, fresh flowers and wine are a lovely touch, bowl of fruit supplied. Restaurant is a Michelin, the food is of a very high standard. Breakfast was included, the breakfast was good, service was a bit hap-hazard each day the service varied with each different waitress. We weren't told if they had WiFi. The lighting in the apartment was entertaining, could not work out how to turn certain lights on/off. No where to store luggage after checking out, this was kept in the lobby. Besides a couple of things we would definitely go back and recommend it.

Very friendly hotel beautifully situated very near to Royal Castle on an old (very old) cobbled street. Amazing suite opulently decorated but comfortable as well. A tray full of beverages and fruit greeted us. Oh and don’t forget to eat in the restaurant which is equally good!

We stayed in the Royal Apartment for a long weekend in March 2019. The apartment is different class and we have no negative comments. Bed so comfortable! Bathroom superb! Lounge very well planned and welcoming. The welcome drinks in your room is a lovely touch, fresh flowers and fruit as well. Great location for staying in Krakow. We asked concierge about a trip to Aushwitz and it was arranged straight away at a reasonable price for the next day. We ate in the restaurant at night and had a great romantic meal. Breakfast was incredibly good. The staff are available for advice if needed. This is an absolutely amazing place to stay when you visit Krakow.
