Spatz is located an easy walk from the Castle, Main Square, easy access to loads of super places to eat. My single room was small, but functional - however room cleaning wasn't great. My toilet & wash basin weren't cleaned once in my 4 night stay. My bedlinen was changed on day 3 after I asked at reception. I am totally in favour of protecting the environment but when linen needs to be changed, it should be changed. There was no please change card in my room. I was out lots, the restaurant is good bar has great atmosphere& breakfast & reception staff too are genuinely friendly. Shame about the cleaning

Stayed at the hotel, was welcomed by the 24 hour reception, the bar and restaurant was set out lovely. All staff where extremely helpful and friendly. We was given a room on the 3rd floor, this hotel does not have a lift but the staff would carry your bags if needed. Room was adequate with tea making facilities. Breakfast was help yourself with variety. We did eat one night in the restaurant and could not fault the food and service Would happily stay again.

Hotel is right in the beautiful Jewish quarter, 15 mins walk from main square/castle so great location! Lots of lovely bars, restaurants and food market v close to hotel. Hotel itself - room was way too hot (we visited in Feb) luckily we were able to turn radiator off and open window but still too stuffy during night. That being said we didn’t ask to change rooms or complain so may have been one off! You do hear external noise when in room, people walking to their rooms and from outside in the courtyard but nothing too extreme. Room fairly basic but beds v comfy, room was clean. kettle with tea/coffee provided and also a fridge. Shower was fantastic! Staff helpful and reception manned 24/7. Nice offer of a welcome drink each on arrival which was good. check out is at 10am so earlier than we are used to but they do keep your luggage in reception for you if needed. …

Girls at the reception were really helpful. They arranged us the best shooting trip ever and gave a chance to check out later. Room service included and the restaurant area is a plus! Highly recommend to visit Poland in summer, a lot of spots nearby to go!

Excellent accommodation, central access for all areas of interest. 15 minutes from Central Square. Staff all friendly and approachable. Excellent choices for meals, usual continental breakfast and hot buffet also available. All excursiins picked up from Hotel. Only downside was lack of lift for those with mobility issues, did not affect our stay. Had a great time, well recommended

What a beautiful place to stay in Krakow 10 mins walk from the main square Lovely rooms and bar This is a lovely place but not suitable for those with mobility issues as there are 3 floors and no lifts We were right at the top and I'm not the fittest person but I would certainly stay here again in a heartbeat

Lovely hotel in a perfect location with the best buffet breakfast served 7am till 12. All the reception restaurant and bar staff were amazing we even booked our trips and return airport taxi with one quick email before we travelled.

What a gem of a hotel. Wonderful staff, spotless rooms, excellent breakfast choices. We also had one lunch in the hotel and one evening meal...both equally good. Super bar staff and choice of beers and wine. Fabulous location for both the old town and the Jewish Quarter. An asset to beautiful Krakow. Thank you.

Excellent hotel ,room was clean and comfy nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were very friendly, we asked for extra coat hangers and an iron which they sorted out in no time at all . Breakfast was fabulous good variety , we ate lunch there on our first day which was lovely ,they also give you a complimentary drink s voucher on arrival to use at the bar or restaurant,can highly recommend this hotel,we would definitely go back and stay there.
