We needed a calm budget place where would be possible to rest and to see Krakow a little bit because our plans changed every day. We have found this hotel and stayed here for 4 nights. The room with own toilet and shower, windows to the calm small street. The small kitchen with everything that we needed for fast cooking is next to the room Guest rooms on Cibulskogo - it is a great location: everything is in a few minutes of walking: the main square and the Castle across the nice city park. As well as shops, cafes and main city railway station are close to the hotel. But the most important in this hotel is - the people who work there. They touched our hearts when cared about us like beloved kids. A huge thank you Pawel, Domenik, Patricia, and Julia; we have only the best wishes for you.

We have spent 4 nights in this guest room in the scope of a Krakow citytrip. And this was the perfect choice for various reasons: first of all quality of the people in charge of managing the guest room. We had plenty of question for them and they were always always very kind and taking all the time needed with us to explain us where, how and when to go. That has been highly appreciated. They also helped us in organizing certain visits, booking taxis, bringing us breakfast in the room as leaving very early the day after, ... The room was very clean and had all the equipment needed. Not very luxurious but we are in a guest room and not a 5* hotel !! Also, this guest room is ideally located, only 5 min from (beautiful) city center. The only (small) negative points were the noise of the outside door which is very loud and only Polish programs available on the TV. But again we were here to visit and not to watch TV. In a nutshell, this guestroom is to be highly recommended, really the value for the price.

These apartments are quite old fashioned, but they are clean and all the staff are very pleasant. Just the two of us and the bedroom had three beds, a little kitchen and a great bathroom. Shower was great. The breakfast in the morning had a good choice, bread, eggs, jams , yogurt's, fruit, fruit juices, all kinds of different teas, and coffee. There is no lift but we had asked for a ground floor as I have a trapped nerve in my back and can't manage the stairs. This was my first time in these apartments, but my partner had stayed here previously with his friends and had enjoyed their stay. If I get the chance to visit Krakow again I would book these apartments. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, they booked taxis for us, gave us little maps and when we asked them about certain restaurants they would write on the maps to show us the right way to get there. We had a very pleasant stay. My thanks to all the staff

We stayed here during conference. We were very satisfied with the room-clean, big bathroom, comfy beds. Stuff was super friendly, advising the great restaurants, calling us a taxi etc. We also liked the breakfast-even the coffee was really tasty.

Booking and email communications to Cybulskiego was hassle free and fast. The guest room is located in a quiet road, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay. However, they are located very near the sights and bus stop that we walked almost everywhere. It's a great walk as there are many shops and sights to see. The staffs are informative and approachable. We were given lots of information by the staffs during our check in. Do let the staffs know your arrival time so they can plan accordingly. Just a note that there is no lift in this guest house. So for those with mobility issues, you might wish to check if you can have a room on the lower floors. Our room was spacious with a mini kitchenette and bathroom attached. Room was clean and cosy. There was a nice variety of food provided for the free breakfast with a nice coffee machine provided as well. We also kept our luggage at the reception after checkout time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Room was very clean and quiet. Bed was excellent and there was enough space for our luggage. We arrivered late in the evening. The reception was closed, but the hotel gave us clear instructions how to enter our room. Breakfast was good: bread, yoghurt, cereals, different kind of cheese, ham, salad, fruit and boiled eggs. In case you have to wake up early, they are willing to prepare your breakfast the day before and bring it to your room. Next to our room we had a small kitchen + fridge where we could prepare coffee and tea. Bathoom was ok. Clean!! Shower was really good. Hotel is located just a 10 minutes walk from the city centre and public transport!! Friendly staff.

I stayed in the triple room on the ground floor with my daughter and my friend. The beds were really comfortable and so were the pillows. The place was clean and the breakfast was sufficient. It was cheap and not far from the main square (10 minute walk) The reception staff were so helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. They booked a taxi to pick us up from the airport and booked again to take us back to the airport, the taxi drivers were really friendly.

I wasn't expecting much due to the price but was really impressed. The outside looks a little drab but once inside it is clean and spacious. Our room was a very good size with a lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. As an unexpected extra there was a kitchenette which was shared by two rooms. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. The staff were really helpful, advising best places to visit and chasing up a late taxi. Would highly recommend.

We have just returned from 4 nights at the Cybulskiego Guest Rooms. The location was great, only about a 10 minute walk to the old town. The receptionists were very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed regarding location, places to eat, etc. They arranged a taxi back to the airport for us. The room we stayed in was spotlessly clean and it was useful to have a kitchenette area, albeit, shared with 2 other rooms. We would not hesitate to recommend these guest rooms to other travellers and would definitely stay again should we return to Krakow.

I have been in Cybulskiego Guest Rooms twice. The first one in 2005 and the second in October 2015. Both times the staff has shown the highest standards of customer service. It is in a 1930s building. No lift. My room was on the 3rd floor, but the stair are not very steep. Do not expect rooms decorated like the ones in interior design magazines. The style is a bit old fashioned, "kind of 70s style-communist era", but they´re spacious (around 15sq meters), with a little kitchenette (with a stove, fridge, kettle & sink) separated from the room and the bathroom. All very clean. Breakfast is served in the basement (formerly a cellar). Very good: Bread, ham, salad, tomato, a great Russian salad, eggs, paté, sausages, fruit, youghourts, cereals, toasts, butter, jam, juices, tea & coffee and something else I may forget. They provide bike rental for their guests at very good prices. I hired a bicycle from them for my whole stay of 4 days at only 25 zl per day. They´re Dutch bikes. Cracow is really well prepared to be explored by bike, especially cycling around the Stare Miasto by the Planty and along the Vistula River. Very safe cycling lanes. Their customer service is excellent. If you need some information they will do their best to help you. They also provide a map made by themselves with bars / restaurants they suggest to their guests. It is a really personalised service. I have tried a few of them and I can tell they are genuine (with not publicity / commercial interests from the places suggested) Hightly recommended if you travel on a budget
