We stayed at hotel farmona as recommended by our tour guide on a previous stay, We had a fabulous stay, well located, cheap Uber taxis to local venues. Our rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Well Stocked mini bar. Reception staff spoke excellent English and dealt any queries we had inc dealing with a telephone call I had to make which had a language barrier. large choice of continental breakfast, food was excellent. We didn’t have time to use spa facilities but I was told that the Balinese massage was great but we couldn’t book due to time restraints. We definitely would recommend the hotel and we would stay here again.
We spent 2 wonderful nights in Farmona, this hotel is rated at 3 stars, but it should have at least 4 stars. Our room was spacious, the bed super comfortable, calming colors in the room. The restaurant is pretty amazing with waterfall-walls, the food was tasty and plenty. Because we came here in Coronavirus time, they had hand sanitizers everywhere in the hotel, on the tables in the restaurant, even in the rooms. We were very satisfied with the service, amazing job done!
We regularly go there. This time for the weekly lunch menu. Very good price for 2 course. We had the mushroom soup and then chicken potato and beets. Atmosphere, music fireplace, service, park views, price all perfect. The even have a spa for massages, do weddings and are a hotel
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Would definitely recommend. Perfect for a girly weekend away! The staff are extremely helpful, and so polite! Had to leave early one morning, reception staff ensured we made it out on time, ordering us a taxi and even handing us a packed breakfast for our day! Overall we’ve had a fantastic weekend in Kraków, made all the memorable by the lovely, attentive staff at Farmona.
First time writing a Trip Advisor review but the service at this hotel has been impeccable that I just couldn’t not leave one. Came for a girly weekend away and needed to leave early one morning and the reception staff order a taxi and made us a little pack up for the day. Had dinner in the restaurant one night and the gentleman serving was hilarious and very attentive. Overall, I have had an amazing weekend in Krakow and that was helped by the lovely staff at Farmona. Would 100% recommend.
Had a wonderful Spa experience at the Farmona Spa in the suburbs of Krakow last October. My massage therapist and facialist was a very friendly young lady called Monika who performed an excellent Lomi Lomi massage (super touch) and a Collagen Facial Treatment. Monika was excellent and explained everything step by step. Spa was really lovely decorated and very clean. I was there on Monday morning and finished by 2 pm (that means 10% discount) but they had a great promotion (I think 30 %) so it was a great deal. I also loved the natural collagen facial products and plan to get a few on my next trip. I wish I lived in Krakow, I would be at the Farmona Spa at least twice per month.
We chose this hotel because of facilities, price and location - it wouldn't have been our first choice for a main holiday but as part of a 'flying visit' to Poland it ticked most boxes adequately. The room was adequate but is probably needing a little freshening-up. Breakfast was adequate and dinner good - staff we spoke to at reception and in the dining area/bar were very pleasant and helpful (and as usual, we relied on people to speak English). The hotel is easily found just off the ring road, has adequate parking and is pretty convenient for the Wielicka Salt Mine Museum and trips to Auchswitz too. Public transport to/from the city centre is easy, nearby and inexpensive, though the suburban trains are off 'off-peak' for massive refurbishment till end August 2019. We did not have time to use the spa - which seemed a possible benefit when we booked.…
It was my second visit and I was satisfied again. Perfect hotel, clean, smaller rooms, but friendly service and excellent breakfast. Free bottled water, kettle + instant coffee and tea in the room. My wife was happy about the Farmona cosmetics samples. The location is not near the city center, but close to the trams station (5-7 minutes walking) and there is also a big shopping center. Fully recommendable, we would come back without a hesitation.
rooms are pretty small, enough for one person, if you are two persons and two bags, it is too small. you need one bed for the luggage. hotel advertises with the spa and sauna area. in fact it is free of charge for hotel gueste BUT only between 10 pm and 9 am. so I felt really cheated because I chose this hotel because of sauna. nothing else around the hotel exept a shopping centre.
All staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It's located close to tram stop and a big shopping mall. Lovely place to stay when visiting Krakow. We would gladly come back.
