What a lovely hotel. It is easy to find, right off the main road into Kraków. The parking is very secure and a real plus in this area of town. You can walk to everything in the old town area. Spacious two room suite and a great breakfast. Air conditioning is a plus. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Not handicap accessible but fine if you can walk up stairs. Lots of charm.

This is a small, friendly hotel. It is ideally located, being about 10 minutes from virtually everything. It is quiet, clean and friendy. The only downside for some people would be that there are no porters or lifts and the stairs are quite steep. Other than that it is an excellent hotel and I would not hesitate recommending it and staying there again.

Authentic, friendly and very small boutique hotel, located right outside the crowded old town (5-6 min walk) in a quiet neighborhood where nearby passing trams are not heard. Got a very small single room with all basic facilities except a/c. Bathroom modern and functional but also small. Breakfast served in cosy restaurant in basement, small choice but OK quality. Friendly and helpful staff. Very steep stairs. Some websites advocate the hotel restaurant which is however closed. Didn’t try the Italian restaurant next door.

This is the perfect place to stay if you are traveling by car as there is a large secure car park to the rear of the Hotel. Our room was at the top floor of the building and was beautifully appointed with everything we needed. Breakfast was served in the basement and was of a high quality. We will definitely be going back the next time we drive to Poland.

The Pugetow is a beautiful little hotel, only six rooms, three of which are apartments. My husband and I chose an apartment as it was a treat for his 60th birthday. It was beautiful with a large lounge area, a beautiful bedroom and ensuite. The hotel itself is about a 15 minute walk to the main square of Krakow. The breakfast, although continental, was very plentiful and you could also have eggs if you wished. The staff here are incredible, they can't do enough for you.

Hotel Pugetow is a very small (six rooms) hotel which is perfect for visiting Krakow. It is perhaps a 200 metre walk until you cross the Planty (the parkland which replaced the ring-wall and fortifications which protected to old city; twenty minutes to the railway station. I had a single room on the first floor and the bed was a European single (narrow by our standards) but comfortable. The room had a very generous bathroom with a shower recess. I was very happy with the room, which was filled with light during the day and early evening. What really makes this place even better are the lovely staff and the breakfast room. All the reception staff where wonderful but Barbara really deserves a special thanks for all clear advice on preparing for the trop and her…

This is a lovely boutique hotel with about six rooms. Our room had a bedroom, plus a sitting room attached. Very nicely decorated. About 30 minutes cab ride from the airport, and walking distance from the old town. Modern bathroom, and good Wifi connection. Breakfast was included, including a hot meal, and service was excellent. Highly recommended.

I can't really add much more than has already been said in the reviews. I stayed here for 3 nights with my 77 year old mother and it was perfect for our requirements. We had the suite on the first floor so we're able to have a room and z bed each. The bathroom was lovely and big. My mother managed the stairs well and we both enjoyed the breakfast, especially the excellent coffee. Highly recommended!

Excellent location minutes from the main square. Quiet location. Fantastic service with an excellent breakfast. We were welcomed in from the cold and offered warming cups of coffee when we got there. We had a suite and the room was beautiful as well as comfortable. The only drawback I think would be that it did not seem to be accessible to those who are mobility-impaired. The stairs are quite narrow and steep. I would gladly stay here again.
