I booked the "Premium room" for 2 days. The room I got was cold, dirty and without towels. After 3 hours I decided to leave, as there was no service, cold and dirty. Receptionist told the guy who is washing is not here and won't help us. When I decided to leave they told we are not giving you back money, but according to rule they had to return half price. I wrote down in booking and they told that will handle it. I was there 3 hours and couldn't stay longer.

It's about30 min walk from train station or 15 by bus. My room of 4 was big enough all beds on the bottom or no bunk beds. Clean room and bathroom that was ensuite. Kitchen clean and big. Only thing I would have liked is a toaster.

Rooms are nice and tidy with, comfortable beds, nice clean bathrooms. Great location not too far by walk to the main Rynek Główny, 7 minutes by bus to Galeria Krakowska and Central Railway Station. Small market in the building, Good price . I stayed in the room 40 and I liked that windows had thick curtains and blinds on the windows. - Pillows needs to be replaced and light in the bathroom is too dark.

I'm really dissatisfied. The room and bathroom were not cleaned. Hair in the shower and on the sink. Soap after previous visitors was not thrown away and it was also coverd in hair of the previous visitors. Hostels services were not kind when it came to us asking them if it was possible to clean the bathroom.

Incompetent reception, when I got home I found out that the payment was taken from the pre-authorization card, even though I had paid with a different card at the hotel. Pre-authorization is only about holding funds, not charging them! The reception's mistake costed me an additional 10 euros (currency conversion plus an additional fee at the bank). The reception desk has no basic knowledge of banking transactions, and unqualified personnel shouldn't handle operations with the client's money!!! When I contacted them, they simply ignored my complaint. I was also denied contact with the manager. After two days of arguing with the staff who simply shouldn't work in hospitality, I decided to contact Booking.com directly. Booking.com solved the matter immediately, but remember - if you have any problem, don't count on the staff! About the room - no towels, most of the time cold water, even after waiting longer, is warm, not hot. They don't clean the rooms. Dirty sheets in the corridors. There are suspicious people walking around the facility. You can hear everything from the neighbors next door. There are much better accommodations in Cracow, for instant Dizzy Daisy Hostel - cheaper, closer to the Old Town and with friendly staff.

Modern and well organized accommodation close to the old city. There is an airport bus stop in close proximity. I stayed in a three-bed room (no bunks) with attached shower and toilet. There is a computer for general use close by and a well-equipped kitchen with a view! Coffee and tea are included in the price. The hostel is at an upper floor of a renovated building. The lift was in excellent order. WiFi worked well. Good value (stayed in two other hostels in central Krakow that were slightly more expensive, but less in quality). Behavior of some of the guests was not always social, but staff was quick to address any issues. E.g. they moved me to another room after I made a remark about disturbance caused by a room mate.

Violation of the laws of buyers. Paid for 7 days in a room for 4 people. I was charged 35 zlotys per night, and neighbors who buy one day via the Internet pay 25 zlotys. I paid for a week and in the middle of the week wanted to move to another place. First, at the reception they said that they would return the money except for paying an extra day. And then they said that they would not return anything at all !!! The police should be their only clients.

Very nice and big hostel. Rooms are comfortable and just looking like on the pictures. We stayed at this property for New 2020's. Since the hostel is very large / extends to the 4th floor above ground /, has an elevator, however, the main complaint is at the entrance, where there is no entrance ramp that can bring the suitcase to the level of the ground floor / first floor where the reception is located , and where the lift is located, you should already carry your suitcases up the stairs. On the other hand, if there are more guests in the building, this is most often reflected in the warmth of the shower water, since everyone at the same time shower / in the evening / pay attention when entering the shower. It happened to me a couple of times that I had to get out of the shower because there was no warm water, but something lukewarm, too cold. Of course in the morning everything is ok.And yes, there are no trash cans down the hallways. Everything else is great and for every recommendation! Every day at the same time cleaning of the building is carried out, coffee is waiting for you in the dining room, and the dining room was decorated with a beautiful Christmas tree! The hostel is about 15 minutes walk from RYgnar Square. Across the hostel are tram stops so you can also take the tram to the center. Also, if someone needs it, there is a market place nearby. i would definitely stay again at this hostel. its on the great place, its very very clean, cosy and I like it :)

5 of us stayed here on a bed and breakfast bais, The rooms were clean , comfortable and warm , clean towels and a warm shower ,,The hostel is about a 20 min walk from the main market square . The staff are all friendly and helpful, even concerned that we would miss our last breakfast due to our flight departure time and early check out. The breakfast ws adequate witha filled roll . a yogurt. and piece of fruit . would be happy to stay here again . We discovered some of the buildings past history during our stay , so if you want to find out you better check in....
