One of the biggest and newest hostels in Krakow. Located just between Main Market Square, Jewish District (Kazimierz) and Wawel Castle. Atlantis Hostel is a front-runner on the hosteling market in Krakow. With ten years experience, we have been able to cater our space to your needs. We are constantly improving the quality of our services, and from 2013, we also offer rooms with private bathrooms of high standard. In these rooms we offer you hotel standards for the price of a hostel. Clean, simple and affordable rooms are our trademark. Our young and experienced personnel will help you custom plan your stay in our city. We not only offer affordable accommodation in Krakow, but also 24 hour full reception service, city information and the organization of tours. The decision is yours – the lowest price in Krakow for a ‘basic’ room, or more comfortable rooms with bathrooms. You can choose from 2-, 3-, 4-, 6-, 8- or 10-person rooms, some of which offer a fantastic view of Wawel Castle and neighboring cloister gardens. Our great advantage is undoubtedly our location – right in between the Old Town, Kazimierz, and Wawel Castle. We are only two tram stops away from the main train station, 1km away from the newly-built Congress Centre, and a mere 500m away from the cheapest parking in the centre of Krakow. We invite you to come visit our hostel, right in the centre of Krakow!

I had the booking till January 6th ( the check out time in this hostel is 10 am). So, normally I left my bed with a hand towel on it, closed the storage shelf and went exploring the city. I came back at 3 a.m. and found a guy lying on my place and having a deep sleep. I went down to the reception to solve the problem, 'cause normally I didn't use this booking night and had no chance to sleep at least 2 hours before the early flight. The lady there told me that it's a normal practice that people sometimes didn't know where to lay and choose the «cleanest one». I asked for the refound and they refused to give me my money back for this night. But I didn't use this night and they even didn't bother to somehow smooth the situation. Awful place, I will not recommend you to visit it

Nice hostel with multi floor of rooms. Reception is helpful and courteous with info and tour bookings. They have kitchen with lounge and bar to enjoy. Bathroom shower are clean enough and does the job. Hostel rooms itself is nice enough, beds are squeaky with every move you make, and climbing can move the whole bed. The creaky wood floors are creaky enough to vibrant every step you take. Add a little history to each step in old “historic” building. FYI. No elevator is available so be prepared to take few steps and with luggage. WiFi is good enough on 3rd floor. Occasionally would drop but reconnect again. overall a good stay, Karina receptionist and other ladies and gentlemen will be here to welcome you at Atlantis Hostel.

I stayed at Atlantis Hostel in June for 3 nights and had a great stay. Some of the rooms have been newly updated and are all very clean. Only downfalls are the rooms are quite loud as the train passes by on a regular basis and there is no air conditioning so in summer I can imagine it will get quite hot. The hostel is also currently under renovation so there is also a little noise from that.

Great place, great location and great staff. The location is just in between touristy must see old town and hip, preferred by locals Jewish quarter Kazimierz. The only thing are the beds that are a bit old, they are still very comfortable but they make noise, in my room we were just 2 and then in the middle of the night 2 more guys came so it wasn't really an issue, but if the room is full I can imagine that it might be a bit problematic, as when I came I tried 2-3 beds and all of them were noisy. Nevertheless, still recommendable big time!

First off we found this to be a great option with a decent location that suited our fairly large group. We booked several rooms and although basic they were adequate for showering and sleeping. This was keenly priced and meant we could spend our funds elsewhere which was a consideration. We had a couple of the rooms on a high floor which was a fair old hike after a heavy night out and getting back at 7am in the morning, They were a little light on the required and supplied towels which they said they would sort and did the morning after. The hostel had a system of leaving the key with reception so whoever came back first could gain access - this was perfect. The bar was small but adequate, there were a number of times when there seemed to be no staff which meant regaining entry to the hostel could be a little time consuming. There was some in our group who were not keen on a hostel but I suspect after staying here they would happily consider one in the future which should say all you need to know.
