My partner wrote a review on here during our trip stating that our stay was horrendous and the staff were rude. The hotel have replied and stated that the staff were not rude and the scenario we described was made up… I have a recording of the staff being rude and the door being closed behind us if you’re interested. I would never stay at this hotel again if you paid me. The good reviews are not accurate, this hotel should be shut down or at least called a Hostel because that is what it is. This hotel had the worst bed both of us have ever slept in. The pillows weren’t pillows and the tv was as big as my shoe. We spoke to the receptionist as asked about a refund for the remaining nights that we would not be using as we checked out and she stated that they would be in touch, we have still not heard anything. Awful.... hotel staff are incredibly rude and do not care. Very noisy, you can hear everything going on. Does not feel safe and am sure if I pushed the door whilst locked I will go through. Bed is rock solid and extremely uncomfortable. Building looks awful. Room is tiny. Did not apologise when we checked out after 1 night due to it being so bad.

Didn’t even stay the 3 nights we had booked! Room should of been a twin room, but was a double bed, room & bathroom stunk of cat wee! Reception staff rude, didn’t in anyway want to help. Kept saying they were fully booked when they weren’t! Avoid this place, it only has 20 rooms the rest of building is apartments (flats) that locals live in.

Dear Ms Brown, We need to disagree with Your opinion. First of all; You made Your booking by Hotelbeds. This broker doesn't give us the possibility to know if You need a room with one double bed or two single beds. You visited us on Friday, so we were fully booked then and that's why we weren't able to change Your room. We couldn't treat this case seriously, when You kept thinking about new reasons, why You don't like Your room. Firstly it was the type of bed, later it was dirty bathroom and at the end it was ,,cat wee" smell. Two people checked Your room and we could feel or see nothing. Kind regards, Hotel Nowa Panorama***

The worst hotels we have ever stayed in. On booking we were told the hotel was close to everything which it is not. The room was tiny and we were expected to sleep in bunk beds. The blankets weee so small they didn’t actually cover you. Wires hanging out of the wall and dangling down the wall with extension leads trailing from them. Unable to open bathroom door properly because of the bunk beds so had to squeeze through. We asked at reception a few seconds after arrival if we could change rooms, we were told they had rooms available however they could not / would not move us. Had the worst nights sleep in the freezing cold tiny room then checked out 3 days early to move to another hotel. When we were asked why we were leaving the staff member smiled and shrugged. We are sorry, that Your stay wasn't perfect. However, we have to disagree with You. What do You mean by ,,the hotel was close to everything which is not''? As we know, You knew the location before booking (which is actually very good- 15 minutes by train to the old town or 10 minutes by train to the Sanctuary of Divine Mercy). Booked for a couples break to be met with bunk beds, room compared to a youth hostel rather than hotel. Complained at reception and asked to change room and was told it wasn’t possible, even though booking.com showed plenty of availability? Bedding smelt of smoke and the mattress was terrible. Stayed for 1 night and checked out 2 days early. Avoid

We decided to visit Crocow in November. In the beginning we were scared of bad reviews, but it turned out that our stay in this hotel was great! The staff was helpful and nice, rooms were clean and breakfast was very delicious! We are happy that we spent some time here. The price was also great.

We booked one room with dbl bed, the price was low, that’s why We were afraid of the hotel. Luckily, it turned out to be cosy place with delicious breakfast. I recommend it to anyone. We felt like at home here.

I was in the hotel on business, there was no problem with renting a conference room and I was able to work in peace. Pros deserve: + good access everywhere + clean rooms + hotel away from busy streets + continental breakfast + very polite staff I'll come back for sure :)

Great stay, good breakfast, really kind stuff and a lot of joy from staying in this hotel. We were on our family trip with my grandma and we weren’t expecting such kind and helpful welcoming. I will recommend this hotel for sure for anyone who need to rest and have just a good time in a good price.

Arrived at hotel for a four night stay and wish we hadn’t bothered, room was tiny had two single beds which were very uncomfortable we were lead to believe we were getting a double room on booking the holiday , the tv was the size of a postage stamp, a wardrobe u could only fit a couple of jackets in, no where to put luggage, bathroom was also tiny the shower head couldn’t be adjusted so when the shower was turned on the water hit the shower screen, so you had to hold the shower head over ur head and body. The noise on our second night was horrific informed staff they spoke to the people in the room but it got worse banging doors shouting etc until 3am, couldnt continue our stay so had to book another hotel ( which was amazing ) and move, when we handed back the keys staff didn’t even ask why we were leaving 2 days early obviously weren’t interested. How this hotel was given three stars I will never understand I wouldn’t have gave it one star it was more like a Borstal than a hotel the issues with this hotel is endless, it would take all night to write about them AVOID AT ALL COSTS if I could give less than 1 star I would…
