This boutique hotel is in the middle of the Old Town and very quaint. the rooms were large and bedding comfortable. The hotel is short walk to the Town Square and there are lots of restaurants and stalls on offer. The hotel is across the road from a lovely old church where there were classical concerts at night. The breakfast buffet was down int he basement with sand blasted walls which added to the fairytale feel.
This is a lovely hotel, best location in pedestrianised street, everything within walking distance. Staff extremely helpful organising transport, excursions and generally very accommodating. We had a suite with balcony overlooking the street and it was super, spacious, spotless, everything we could wish for. Breakfast was also very good, couldn't recommend highly enough.
We had been recommended this hotel as some friends had stayed there previously. We stayed there in February 2020 just before the COVID19 pandemic hit. The staff could not do enough for us and arranged trips, restaurants etc. This was really helpful as my knowledge of the Polish language is non-existent. Our room was very comfortable. It was on the first floor overlooking the main street. Breakfast was in the cellar and there was a superb choice to eat. I do hope that the hotel survives the current crisis and opens again for visitors, as it deserves to.
The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was clean and functional, breakfast was included so the overall cost was of the stay was good value for money. I had a lovely time staying at this hotel which was perfectly located in relation to all of the main attractions in Kraków.
Really nice hotel, all the staff are very helpful and polite. Very convenient for the main square. Rooms comfortable clean, nice bed and pillows. Breakfast was plentiful and a good choice of continental and warm food. Will definitely book and stay again.
We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Senacki. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellant, very varied and well presented. All the staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful with arranging trips and airport transfers and general information about Krakow and the surrounding area. Due to Covid 19 many attractions were closed down so we are planning to go back and will certainly go back to the Senacki Hotel
What a great find. Great location. Lovely small hotel. Excellent helpful staff. We had a massive room on the top floor. Very comfortable. A bit noisy from the busker outside but nothing that ear plugs difmg fix and it's not the hotels fault. Lovely breakfast, very well displayed and inviting. Staff very helpful. Always offering yo arrange things for you and checking all ok. Due to Cv19 lots of things in Krakow were closing down so we will go back to do what we missed and would definitely stay here again. Thank you
This is an excellent hotel, with loads of character, right in the heart of Krakow. Our room was clean, large and with a very spacious bathroom. the breakfast was great with plenty of choice. The hotel staff were warm, welcoming and very helpful. I'd definitely stay here again if in Krakow.
Had along weekend end of February beginning of March. Originally had a single room booked but on check-in was upgraded to a double. Had a room on the 4th floor and it was fantastic. Room was big and bed was comfortable. Reception staff were really friendly and always asked if I was Ok and if there was anything they could do or arrange for my stay. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of chouce svailable each morning. On leaving was given a little bag if sweets which was really nice. I enjoyed my stay so much I had already booked to go back before I had even checked out. Can't wait to return in December.
We had a fabulous 4 night stay at the Senacki Hotel. We arrived early but not only was our room ready, we had also been upgraded free of charge to a superior room looking across to the beautiful church opposite. Clean & well furnished, coffee & tea making facilities in the room & friendly, helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Ideally positioned in the old town with cafe’s, restaurants, shops & bars all within walking distance but we found our room peaceful & quiet. Breakfast was plentiful, with hot choices if required. It set us up well for our busy days ahead looking around this beautiful city. Would love to return to Kraków & this hotel again soon
