Hotel Santi receives commendations for its pristine and peaceful ambiance, with its spacious interiors often highlighted, although a rare review points to a less satisfactory room experience. Nestled in a prime spot close to Old Town, guests have called out the hotel's convenient location despite occasional tram noise.
The staff's warm demeanor and efficiency are routinely celebrated, and the rooms' cleanliness and comfort are a recurring theme in reviews, though noise and the third-floor layout have drawn some criticism. Additionally, the hotel's value is acknowledged, with reasonable pricing offsetting some minor room feature disappointments.

We were a group of 4 ladies who booked a 3 night break to enjoy the sights and experiences that Krakow has to offer. The hotel location was perfect being just off the main square, we were a little bit concerned to learn the trams ran straight past the front door but it turns out this wasn’t an issue during our stay. The staff were extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough to assist, from providing additional towels, an extra hairdryer and plenty of tea, coffee and sugar when requested. Breakfast was freshly prepared, hot and well presented with plenty of choice each day. The room was more than big enough, for the four of us with lots of space and additional seating areas. Within the room and on the hotel landings. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Santi Hotel to friends and family and will definitely be back.

Ideally placed in the heart of the old town of Krakow. The Hotel Santi is on a street called Dominikanska, a road that that runs from east to west across the roads that lead to the Main Square in Krakow, it is only about 300 metres, that’s only 5 minutes walk to the Main Market Sware and about 8 minutes to Wawel Royal Castle. The location is ideal to help you get the very best out of this city, it is on a tram route with several services stopping just a few metres from the hotel door enabling quick access to almost anywhere in the city. The short streets leading up to the Main Square have in them a good selection of restaurants and a couple of grocery shops which is very convenient. As to the hotel, it is quite charming. The interior shows some traces of the original 13th century building and that has been tastefully added to over the centuries. The rooms are comfortable and the served breakfast is very good. Altogether, an ideal place to stay in Krakow.

I have just returned from spending two wonderful weeks over Christmas and New Year at this delightful hotel. My adult daughter, son and I shared a huge three bedded room, and we had a great sleep every night with the most amazing comfortable beds. Our room at the side of the hotel was very quiet and everything was clean with towels and toiletries replenished regularly. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food and the staff were always happy to make a cooked breakfast on request. Being in the centre of the breathtakingly beautiful Krakow which was like a film set with it’s Christmas decorations, we could explore it all and the Jewish quarter with ease. We booked the excellent tours to Auschwitz and the salt mine at the hotel reception. Our dream of seeing Krakow at Christmas was made all the more special by staying in this hotel. I was very sad when it was time to leave but have high hopes of returning again soon!

The hotel is located close to the center of Krakow, in a very favorable position, which allows you to reach all the points of interest in the city on foot. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, with decent furnishings. The bathroom is medium in size. In this decidedly positive context, we are not in a position to be able to evaluate the stay positively, due to a series of critical issues that emerged during our stay at the facility. First of all, the fact that, contrary to the initial agreements, the total cost of the room was taken from my credit card on the day of arrival, and that the bill for my colleague's room was also debited from the same card, for which I had made the reservation through booking. This obviously meant that I reached the monthly credit limit of the card, with all the resulting inconveniences. In addition to what has been said, we should also point out the unfriendly and rude attitude of the reception staff, from whom only with difficulty, and after speaking to three different people, did we at least manage to obtain two separate receipts, essential for the reimbursement of expenses. The same staff, moreover, failed to inform us upon our arrival that the basic room was not cleaned (absurd, for a 4-star structure), unless it was explicitly requested in the morning. This resulted in the fact that for two days the room was not made up, and the bathroom towels were not changed. In light of what has been said, it is not possible to avoid a negative opinion of the structure, and, consequently, of the quality/price ratio.

Central location, excellent for visiting the best of the city in a short time. Not very quiet due to the constant passage of trams under the hotel, so try to get internal rooms. Upon arrival the room was clean and quite spacious. Minimal furnishings. Attention !!! ... The room is made up only on request, including the replacement of bathroom linen. Basic breakfast buffet (sweet only), savory dishes from the menu on request (waiting a bit). Very young staff who are generally courteous and helpful, but with some exceptions. Overall it's a 4 star maybe just because of the location.

We come to Krakow at least one a year and have a usual hotel but thought we would try this one for change. It is quite a nice Hotel with a good location , however the tram noise is serious if you are at the front of Hotel, ( if a light sleeper bring heavy duty earplugs or it may ruin your holiday) The Hotel said it stops between 1200 and 0600 but they never mentioned the hourly night trams in peak season!
We requested a quiet courtyard room with Aircon which was confirmed by email but disappointingly the quiet room was not available. We had an aircon room on third floor so at least windows could stay shut reducing tram noise. If I was on a lower floor I am sure it would be intolerable.
On the plus side the rooms were large and very nice but could have done with black out blinds on the main roof window. After our trip to mountains we returned to our regular hotel and agreed that whilst this Hotel has some plus points we will stick with our regular one in future.

We stayed in the Santi hotel for the duration of our stay in Krakow. The location is very easy to get to from the airport, at around 25 minutes in a taxi. It is in the old town, in a very clean and quaint part of the city. The hotel staff were very welcoming, our room was ready early which was a bonus. The room we had was very spacious and pleasantly decorated, with a small lounge area in the room and a large shower room. It was very clean and well presented, with complimentary bottles of water. We were at the front of the hotel and the tram line does run directly outside, but you get used to them during the stay. I did not find them to be a problem. The breakfast was a great selection of sweet and savoury foods, and the staff were always polite and eager to greet us when we came in. It was a truly lovely stay and I would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Krakow.

When you first arrive it appears to be a very unassuming building and could be easily missed or passed by.
But if you do you will be sorry.
What a lovely authentic hotel right in the middle of the old town. The trams are literally on the door step so getting around is no problem. The staff are very helpful and friendly and speak great English, all credit to them.
There is a taxi rank opposite the hotel, but a word of warning they charge tourist between 3 to 4 times the rate ( I nearly got caught in this). So strongly suggest you get the Uber or the other taxi app as these are extremely reliable and very cost effective. You have been warned. Also just across from the hotel is an excellent coffee shop that sells all sorts of pastries etc if you so wish. There are plenty and I mean plenty of places to eat at good prices and good quality.
Not to mention if you are coming for the Christmas market you will be no more than 10 minutes walk away.
Highly recommend.

The hotel is fantastic. The decor is lovely, the breakfasts are excellent and the staff are extremely helpful. The location is central so there is tram noise but there are ear plugs available and we asked for a room at the back to minimise this. Would highly recommend

Lovely, quirky, authentic hotel. Warm welcome from friendly, helpful staff, who were great all through our visit. Room was enormous and very well equipped. Bed very comfortable and decent shower. The hotel is located right on the road with a tramline in front of it and bars / restaurants near to it. We were at the back so didn’t hear a thing. The location is great - well placed for exploring Krakow, with the main Old Town square being a couple of minutes walk and only a short stroll to the shops / castle and the Jewish Quarter / river.
