Hotel Amber Design is a new quality enlightening the walls of the historical tenement house, located in a quiet street just 5 minutes away from the Main Square. As part of the Amber Boutique Hotels complex, it will enchant you with its art deco and Art Nouveau ornaments.Being a brand new facility, commissioned months ago, on the structure of an interestingly and richly decorated façade of a tenement house, it draws attention from passer-bys and invites to enter the reception desk. The historical details harmoniously blend with the other elements of its equipment. Trully comfortable, great location and very good breakfast. Very well maintained and friendly staff. It’s located 5 min walking distance of Rynek Głowny, where you can find lot of restaurants. Charming architecture, nice atmosphere .

The help I received in the booking proces was excellent. During our stay, the staff was very friendly and helpfull. The rooms were nice and very clean. Good beds. Breakfast buffet was very extensive.

I reserved this place for my children friends who came to visit krakow and It was a mistake. Room was clean and tidy but nothing more. Basic, small and no window. Very shame to book such a crap place.

The wonderful ladies at the front desk selected a room to suit our needs. We came to Krakow with a 1.5-month-old baby. For the budget, we received a suite with a separate room, where our baby could sleep and calm down in peace. Delicious breakfasts, a smiling staff, location close to the old town. Many restaurants nearby. In the room refrigerator, kettle and coffee maker made our stay easier and more pleasant. We can recommend this place with pleasure.

Very nice boutique hotel with 3 minute walk to old town and trams. It is on a quiet but safe street. The staff was great with a good breakfast served daily. Our room overlooked a courtyard which had outdoor seating. It was easy to walk to old town each night for meals and the trams nearby will take you everywhere in the city.

The hotel offers an excellent location, just 200 metres off bagatella tram stop and five minutes walk from the main square. This is a fabuluous hotel for families, business people and for any guests looking for quietness. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The room immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed and good shower pressure. The only BUT is the breakfast they serve, which does not offer much variety and does not include good coffee either. In spite of that, I have stayed there twice and I intend to do so on my next visits to Kraków. A really good 4 star hotel. El hotel está muy bien ubicado: a 200 metros de la parada Bagatella de tranvía, y a 5 minutos de la plaza central (Rynek). El hotel es ideal para familias y en general para quien busque tranquilidad. El personal es muy amable y ayudan en todo lo que se les consulta. La habitación y todo el hotel están limpiamos, la cama cómoda y la presión de la ducha muy buena. El único pero es el desayuno: poca variedad y café mejorable.
