Very well located, close to everything in central Krakow, the train station, old town, Kazimierz. We were given a room with garden view which was dark and without a kitchen, not like the pictures on booking.com. It was changed to a room with balcony and a kitchen, but without air-conditioning. It was ok, but all rooms were supposed to be with air-conditioning…. Breakfast was ok at best, in a tiny room with horrible chairs. No eggs available. Basic. Friendly service, though and a fabolous location.

Excellent location. about a 7 min walk to the market Sq. Apartment clean and easy to access. Breakfast on offer ok but only continental and nothing exceptional. Good value for money. We stayed in apartment 125. Small supermarket right next door. Recommend house of beers for craft ale and pub food about 5 min walk

This was a great apartment for our stay on a long weekend. It is very central, not 5 minutes walk from the Old Town, very comfortable and tastefully furnished and has plenty of convenient features (a small washing machine, a microwave etc.) that would come in handy for a longer stay. The bed was firm and very large, the sofa and armchairs very comfortable and the buildings themselves well kept. My only two criticisms are the lightness of the blinds: in summer too much daylight too early for me, and the breakfast. We only did the breakfast once as we were leaving early and had no time to sort anything out ourselves, but it wasn't up to much. Plan ahead and buy something from the shop next door. Reception very good and parking nearby wasn't as bad as we thought it would be. All in all, a strong recommendation. Pierogi place across the road v good as well.…

Fabulous apartment. So quirky. Our apartment was on the 4th floor and had fab views from the balcony. 5 minute walk to main square . Very central. Local shop next door. Shopping centre and ice rink within 10 minutes of a walk.

Amazingly up to date apartment with the nicest hotel manager. Amazingly placed for all types of travel into the city. Really reasonably priced too. Building works next door woke us up pre 7am on the Monday morning but all weekend it was as quiet as could be. Great apartments for a great city.

The management and staff are exceptional! Whether you need help scheduling a tour or an after hours arrival, the Parkside personnel go the extra mile to ensure your needs are anticipated and met. They also welcome pets, which is rare to find this close to the Old Town in Krakow. I will stay here again and again!

Excellent apartment accommodation! Really great service from reception (booked a salt mine trip for us), extremely friendly. Great location for central Krakow but also Jewish quarter. Plenty of local food shops but also masses of excellent restaurants nearby. Went with kids, great wifi, and good shared space and bedrooms. Highly recommended!!!

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. It is a great place to stay for sure. Receptionist was friendly and helpful, we were in room 215, also known as Euphoria. What a great room it was. Large open area with lovely circular bed, sofa and chairs for sitting on, a large kitchen area with full size integrated fridge freezer and all the things you need for self catering. Large bathroom with very spacious shower. All in all a fantastic room at a very reasonable rate. Location is also super, just a 10 minute stroll to the old town. In summary, I would highly recommend to stay here and we will definitely be back.

The apartment was fabulous and very clean and there were some nice touches on our arrival. It had everything we needed for a great stay. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Staff were very helpful and friendly including the driver, Michal. We were also able to book day trips and airport transfers through them which saved time and was so easy to do. The location was excellent. Only 5 minutes walk to the main square and St Mary's Basilica, a short walk to the Galleria shopping centre (it's huge), short walk to the Old town, the Jewish Quarter and approximately 20mins walk to the Oscar Schindler factory. Have already recommended Parkside Apartments to friends.
