This is not a hotel. Youth hostel is a better word. Carpets on the floor, terrible beds and very very simple. The breakfast is simple and not good. You can hear everything from the other rooms. And there are many youth running in the hallways shouting and screaming. The staff has no controll and I wouldn’t expect it to be very safe. Don’t go if you doesn’t have to...

We choose this hotel because we stayed in Kraków at New Years night, so prices and demand was very high. Plus, there was free parking space and quite near city center. Probably these too aspects is all from plus side. First, we ordered room with double bed, but we got with two separate beds. After short talk in reception all was good. Next, we had a lot of doubt about cleanness - there was mould in bathroom and I saw an insect. Also interior was very old school. Sheets were holey. Walls was holey too. View was to a bus park or something like that. Internet was very slow or there was no internet at all. Breakfast was not included in the price. It cost 20 zlotys per person. In the hall was very dark and quite scary. So, we do not recommend to stay there. In case you don't have any choice.

We stayed for one night. The room was simple, but absolutely clean. It overlooked the main road, but the windows closed any noise out. There was TV with only Polish channels. The breakfast was a good buffet with nice choice (sausage, egg, mayonese, cold cuts, cheese, different types of yoghurt, bread, cereals, etc. We were satisfied. Hotel staff was helpful. The hotel is very close to the tram stop that takes you right to the centre (5 stops).

I would never have chosen the hotel myself however it was fine. Basic but clean friendly staff. breakfast was good value although it was in a building 100m from where I was staying and I was never quite sure I was in the right place.
