Stayed for 4 nights on a package deal on a B & B basis. Ideal location for the Old Town and other attractions- all within a few minutes walk of the hotel. Our room was quiet, adequately equiped with very comfortable beds and a fair sized bathroom. Breakfast was adequate - plenty of choice but limited on hot items. The...

The hotel was fairly standard - I had a single room at the back of the hotel. Quite jaded but I didn't go to Krakow to spend time in the hotel. The hairdryer was ineffective and there's no tea/coffee making facilities in the room (there's a bar/cafe in the reception area). Breakfast offered something for everyone. Most importantly, this hotel...

Very much enjoyed my stay here. There were ample electrical outlets and I could get channels in English. A lady at the front desk, Izabela, is a charming princess who helped me with so many different things. When you are pressed for time and someone makes things work for you, there is a big value in that, of course. Thank-you...

The hotel was lovely and very central, the only downside is that there where no tea and coffee facilities in the room that would be my only complaint, there is a shop downstairs tho that has a coffee machine so we made do with that. Would highly recommend
