Just got back from a one night stay in Krakow and couldn’t fault this hotel or the staff at all. We arrived at 11:00 and wanted to go to Auschwitz and straight away the hotel transport was called and we were taken there and back for just £66 (2 people) in a private taxi. Whilst at Auschwitz the driver waited for us to look around both camps (3 and a half hours) and then drove us back. Agnus on reception is a big credit to the hotel and made us feel very welcome along with the driver. Standard rooms are standard but for the price you pay it’s perfect, especially with breakfast included. Reception, bar and restaurant of the hotel is lovely and also in a great location being just 5 minutes walk from the old town. Will definitely return to this hotel if I go back to Krakow.

I am really pleased with this hotel and would definitely recommend. The rooms were huge for our family of four and spotlessly clean. Short walk to main square. Friendly staff who arranged airport transfer with a very nice taxi driver. We didn’t have breakfast as it was only a one night stay and we had to leave early but the hotel did us a nice packed snack with water.

Stayed here for 4nights at the start of December and it was great. The location is fantastic (very close to the train station and old town). The staff were very friendly and arranged all of the trips we wanted to do so that we didn't have to worry about anything. Room was not as I imagined after seeing some photos but it was still good and was cleaned every day including having new towels. Breakfast was lovely and lots to choose from and the bar area was beautiful. Definitely recommend a stay here if you're visiting Krakow.

On holiday with my friend, last minute decision and picked this hotel because of the location, so close to the main square in Krakow. This hotel is superb, so so clean, nice rooms, basic rooms but that’s all you need for a few days away. Beds comfy, shower is so nice and hot, not like some hotels where water is luke warm. Breakfast was very good, great choice of foods and drinks. Staff here are lovely and very friendly, even the hotel owners dog has captured our hearts. Recommend this hotel 100%. Definitely stay here again when we come back. We’ll done Atrium staff. Your doing an excellent job.

Our room was not of the newly refurbished ones but downstairs looks great, breakfast was good and specially the staff went beyond our expectations. They respond to emails promptly, call you back abroad on missed calls, open the bar when it is closed (we arrived late) and organise tours effectively (many thanks to efficient and very pleasant Agnieszka). Also good location for easy access to Old Town. City exceeded our expectations too: Xmas market, Salt Mine, St Mary's Basilica, Wavel Castle, Schindler Museum not to be missed and of course there are the camps. When in Poland one must have Polish food but it relies on ingredients grown in Poland, it is of course less varied and tasty than what we are used in London or Paris but needs to be sampled nonetheless for authenticity and as a lesson in sustainability as unlike us they do not fly their ingredients from Kenya or Peru.

Booked off of the internet but really pleased with our choice. The location was as described; only a few minutes walk to the market square. The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We booked a double which actually was 2 singles pushed together annoying as they moved apart. However the room was warm and had everything we needed. We only ate in the restaurant for breakfast. There was a wide choice and whilst I like full English I also like to try local things. The closest they came to full English was deliciously prepared scrambled egg, chopped mushrooms and a smoked sausage but there was more than enough continental alternatives. I liked the pancake with cream cheese. Trips were available from reception and seemed reasonably priced. We enjoyed the salt mines. There is also a restaurant recommended on the map they provide. We went back as the food was so good, restaurant Galicyjska. The questions on hygiene below are difficult to answer accurately but I saw nothing to cause any concern other than guests who were asked to wear masks when walking about the hotel and restaurant WHO DID NOT!

3 night break - friendly and helpful staff; good support with arranging tours, taxis etc. Ideal location for walking to the Old Town. Clean room; excellent breakfast choices… Only criticism was the air con didn’t work. Would definitely return.

Stayed 3 nights at this Hotel. From our initial communication in advance of arrival to the morning of our departure it was a very pleasant experience. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful at all times. The Hotel is very central, less than ten minutes to the beautiful main square. Room/en-suite lovely, spotless clean, fresh and well equipped - bed extremely comfortable. Tea/Coffee making facility in the room + a small fridge which was great. Breakfast was lovely - nice of variety of hot and cold food plus teas/Coffee/Juice. Dining room, like all other areas of the hotel is bright and fresh. Agnieszka (reception) organised trips for us with a local tour company to Auschwitz and the Salt Mines which was great as we were picked up and dropped at the hotel. We had a very early start (4:30am) on the morning we were leaving. When we arrived down to reception the hotel had arranged two bags for us each with sandwiches/cake/drink - a lovely touch and very much appreciated. We would like to thank Agnieszka for all her help and her very pleasant humor during our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself was nice, the staff on the reception couldn’t be more helpful. I put average as the room was basic and the air con didn’t work. The breakfast was poor which was a huge let down for me. They had breakfast teabags then didn’t. Then if you didn’t come down early enough there was no hot food. Basically left with jam on toast. If you did get down the food was cold that should of been warm. Very bad breakfast service. Couldn’t help us more when the country locked down and they rang up for taxi and refund process. Again hotel was basic and breakfast was poor. Ladies couldn’t help us enough on reception. I would stay again if they improved the breakie.
