This was our first ever visit to Krakow and we were not disappointed by the lovely warm welcome from Hotel Copernicus and it’s staff. They could not do enough for us and we felt truly blessed to be staying here. Perfectly situated for the city and all that it has to offer, and the Spa in the basement was 5 star too. The staff were so attentive and friendly and we had the best massages and facials that we have ever had ! We would highly recommend and will definitely return ! Thank you so much and a Happy New Year to you all !

Hotel Copernicus has a unique floor plan but very cool. The tall, wooden ceilings are beautiful. The small pool in the basement is very inviting and relaxing. We stayed in a junior suite which was very spacious. The only minor complaint is it was very dark in the hallway and at the entrance, at night, to our room. The location was excellent as it was very close to the Wawel Royal Castle and a few blocks from the Old Town. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful.

If Copernicus had stayed here he might never have gotten out of bed and we might still feel that everything revolves around us. At this hotel, however, it actually does all revolves around you. This old town charmer is worth every penny, wake up to views of the castle (we were in room 203), dine in the glorious sun filled atrium, get a spectacular massage and splash in the cavernesque pool. Huge rooms, fluffy pillows, high ceilings and a bed you can get lost in welcome you to this Krakow chateau. You pay more but why wouldn’t you want to treat yourself the way you deserve! Staff is helpful with getting around town or teaching a few words of Polish. And you’ll love their Christmas spirit. Puts you in the holiday mood no matter how you started the day.

Lovely hotel full of character! You will not regret staying here if you are wanting something more than the standardised hotel chain properties have to offer. The food is excellent both for the evening "taster" menu and the variety at breakfast. In fact the evening meal was one of the best we have had in a long time. The staff team are absolutely fantastic. Nothing appears to be too much trouble for them from organising tours at short notice to sorting a last minute Covid test (the one purchased from Boots in the UK having failed to function). Our thanks to all the team at the Copernicus who were so helpful and made our stay so memorable. We would definitely stay at this lovely hotel if we return to Krakow.

Hotel Copernicus really is a special place to visit. Was great to be back here after a long time not travelling and it did not disappoint. First things first…COVID precautions. The hotel is running really well and almost ‘as normal’ but with all the precautions they could sensibly be taking. Had to come back to hotel mid morning and the team of staff cleaning and sterilising the communal areas was impressive and great to see. OK…some things have changed. No breakfast buffet so all table service (which is just as good). A slightly amended menu to help the hotel manage I’m sure but still a lot of choice and everything we ordered was delicious. Recommend the local egg dishes and local pancakes… Rooms are decorated to reflect the age and history of the building and are an attraction of the hotel I think. Pool is worth a visit…very cool down there and a great place to relax. Look forward to coming back.
