Couldn’t find better location than this hotel. Hotel itself is also very good but I think is time to do some renovation as there is so many items to fix. Pool is amazing but bit cold, breakfast very average. Hotel is bit pricey!

Lovely hotel, located in the perfect spot for exploring Krakow. Rooms well equipped with L’Occitane toiletries and bed very comfortable. Staff very attentive. Massage at the spa was excellent and so relaxing after a long day exploring. Would recommend.

Dear Travellingnurse32, Thank you for your lovely review and your recent stay at the R&CH Copernicus Hotel. Indeed our hotel is perfect spot for a city break. You feel the history in our XIVth century house, it is perfectly located - on Cracow oldest street and it is quiet as for touristic part of the Town. After all day walking you can have a dinner at the Copernicus Restaurant, drink on the roof top terrace in the summer time or have a moment of relaxatgion in Copernicus Spa by L'Occitane :) We would be happy to welcome you back when you are travelling to our Royal city again! With best personal regards, Joanna Wilgierz General Manager

Celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary with an amazing meal at Hotel Capernicus. Service, food and wine all excellent. We had 7 course tasting menu with some excellent Polish wine - who knew? Dominic, our waiter was superb. The chef Morcin Filipkiewicz is outstanding - very creative and some unbelievable tastes provided. If you enjoy fine dining and you are in Krakow - you have to come here. And its a fraction of the price you would pay in other cities. Highly recommended.

We were as 2 friends visiting given a double bed with a ridiculous wooden frame. I have limited mobility so highly unsuitable. We did get moved to a room with a sofa bed which was ok. The rooms are huge but very dark. I appreciate Krakow is cold but you cannot control the temperature in the room the switches don’t work. The room is a furnace. The towels are scratchy and in need of replacing. It just lacks the 5 star touches and the staff didn’t even ask if we enjoyed our stay.Overall disinterested in our experience. The hotel should not be listed 5 star dud not even have hand soap. Would not stay here again although loved Krakow and location

Dear Wander21205889604, I am sorry to read that your experience in our hotel was disappointing. During the reservation process, our receptionist did her best to describe the luxury suite that was booked, she has also sent you the images of the room via e-mail. When you arrived, the room was presented to you and you said that the room is fine, however, in the evening you kindly asked for a room change so we did our best to help you and upgraded you to a luxury suite with fresco to provide you with an extra sofa bed. We double-checked the switches in the room and it's working correctly. We service our rooms twice a day, during regular cleaning and during the turndown service, if there is something missing or is not working, we always appreciate feedback from our Guests so we can react and assist you as soon as possible. We provide L'Occitane amenities in the bathroom (shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, and soap bar). It was placed on the ceramic soap dish. I know that you liked it a lot. Again, I am sorry that your stay with us was a disappointing experience for you as we did our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible throughout your stay. With best regards, Joanna Wilgierz General Manager

Our stay at Hotel Copernicus was most enjoyable - the staff looked after us very well: delicious meals and outstanding service. They arranged a very good tour of Auschwitz and Birkenau extermination camps for us and were very helpful with other arrangements.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff, room, dinner, breakfast, bar and spa were all wonderful. The room was decorated from the period and with modern conveniences. The meals were delicious, fresh and local. The spa is a hidden gem.
