Beautiful hotel in heart of Krakow. Don't be fooled by its compact size. This is a top notch hotel with 5* cuisine and service. It had a lovely pool area. We had an atrium-facing room which was very quiet with a very comfy bed. Just a short walk from the main square.

I had the opportunity to see the wonderful Saski Hotel last weekend. The hotel has been lovingly restored and has a great history. The location is perfect : just a few meters from the market square and surprisingly: thanks to the excellent soundproofing, the room was completely quiet. The room surprises me with a great attention to detail and lot of effort put to make the stay pleasant. During my entire stay, I met a very nice staff who responded to my service in a very attentive way. Food was above expectation. During your stay, I recommend using the breakfast options, which are served by the service on request, e.g. avocado toasts or fruit pancakes. I would also like to say a few warm words to the chef, who prepared a delicious dinner for us (I especially recommend the duck) and surprised us with a tasty amuse bouche. I will definitely come back there.

There is a lot to love about Saski Hotel. First the location is unbeatable, only one block from the main city square. Second the room was of excellent quality. We stayed at a handful of Curio Collection hotels in the past which were middle range, but this one was by far the higher quality one, in fact I think it would not take much to make it LXR level rather than Curio. Unfortunately at the time we arrived at the hotel, a suite upgrade as Hilton Diamond was not available (housekeeping had not cleaned yet) but we were offered a suite if we could wait but we took a non-suite upgrade immediately instead rather than wait. That room was obviously not as spacious, but it was very nice nonetheless.
The breakfast was also excellent including sparkling wine, berries, and there were small other details that stood out as well such as a choice of beans for the cappuccino machine (Honduras and Brazil) which I never see from other hotels.
The hotel bar had good cocktails all professionally made, with large completely clear ice cubes which is always a sign that they know how to make cocktails that will not become too watery quickly which unfortunately most hotels do. Again, the attention to details at Saski was not missed.
Last but not least the price tag was not even high, if I compare with lesser chain hotels in less ideal locations such as Sheraton Grand, Hotel Saski was priced in a similar range so it did not even feel like we had to pay more in order to end up in a premium hotel.
I would return at Hotel Saski without hesitation, and to Krakow as a whole as well which was a lovely city especially during Christmas time when we visited.

The Hotel is brand new and looks stunning. Everything is of the highest quality and the design is well thought through to the detail. Whilst it is in a prime location just around the corner of the market square, the rooms are absolutely quite and provide fantastic beds and the highest sleep comfort. The staff is welcoming and provide personal service including the General Manager who looks personally after his guests and staff. The best Hotel choice in every aspect in Krakow!

I hate writing this review because I may have trouble getting a room in the future since everyone will want to stay here. I have spent more than four years of my life in hotels. This is one of, if not, my favorite.
Most important is always comfortable bedding and this hotel's bedding was the best.
The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I don't know if it is just Polish nature (they were friendly everywhere) or excellent training, but they were always eager to help.
I am Hilton diamond. I won't spoil it for diamond members, but the welcome platter was amazing and top quality.
I always dread asking for the late checkout. They were extremely accommodating and didn't act like I was asking for the world. Quite the opposite.
Location, location, location!!! Right next to main square! Lots of bars and restaurants but still quiet in the room.
OK...this is maybe petty, but they don't put little wasteful, non-ecologic plastic bottles of shampoo by the sink. (Who washes their hair in a hotel room sink?) They have dispensers in the shower. And the shower controls are not beneath the flowing water!
I did not eat here (other than the yummy treats), but the bar was fun and friendly.
Bottom line, this is one of my top five favorite hotels. Thank you, team Saski!

An incredible, beautiful boutique hotel with an unbeatable location in the heart of Cracow, a walking distance of seconds to the main square with coffee shops, restaurants, and bars as well as St. Mary's Basilica and Cloth Hall (Sukiennice). One of the best hotels we ever stayed at with fantastic staff. Aleksander from the front desk and the entire front desk team makes you feel at home and there was not a time that they weren't willing to help us with anything. Kamil, who runs the bar, deserves more than five stars. All the drinks were phenomenal. The design of the rooms and the entire hotel is luxurious and sophisticated. The rooms were not only comfortable but also very clean. You feel the 5-star hotel standard while still inside the historical Polish boutique tenement (the hotel had just recently opened when we arrived and is completely new and renovated). The restaurant offers a variety of food with many options for traditional Polish dishes. Everything we tried was great. Pool, fitness center and spa (including saunas) located on the lower level all feel very relaxing. There is a lot more to compliment this place for, but to simply state it, this is a “must stay at” location when visiting Cracow. We will be back next year when we are in Poland.

Fantastic stay, we stayed from Monday till Friday in this amazing hotel. Nice rooms, fantastic location, and attentive staff. The swimming pool and sauna are very nice. The staff was very helpful, we informed about a rental car and they arranged everything. The car was dropped at the hotel at agreed time , when we didn't need the car anymore we dropped the keys at reception and they took care of the rest. Perfect. Good restaurant advice and very helpful making reservations for them. We are not real fans of hotel breakfasts. We tried one day , it was good but there are also many great cafés nearby ( Camelot lulu ) which also serve great breakfasts.

The great location of the hotel in the heart of Krakow allows for convenient sightseeing of the city, luxurious interiors of the hotel preserved in old tenement houses right next to Krakow's main square, modernly equipped rooms with a reference to the history of the building. Very comfortable and large beds allow you to relax after a day full of attractions. Great breakfast with a choice of delicious dishes from the menu, a selection of local cheeses and cold meats from around the world on the buffet, fresh fruit such as raspberries and Prosecco were also a nice surprise. Professional and friendly service. Definitely a place worth recommending.

We have stayed for 4 nights in the heart of the city and enjoyed it to the fullest. The hotel is new and smells very nice right from the moment you step foot inside. You will be impressed by how clean the place is and how well maintain the furniture is.
We were pleased to be welcome by Piotr, who went above and beyond for our comfort. The food was very good as well, and it was a delight to see Klaudia and Dara always smiling and friendly. We enjoyed their recommendations in terms of food and drinks and had some very nice authentic beverages.
The rooms were very comfortable and designed with fine taste. On top of that, the housekeeping team did a great job leaving our rooms spotless at the end of each day.

The staff at Hotel Saski Krakow were the most attentive and courteous I've ever experienced, and there was no shortage of staff members ready to meet your needs! The hotel was spotless and well appointed; however, additional lighting in the room and more hooks or an additional table in the bathroom would be useful. The breakfast buffet offering a tremendous variety of delicious fresh foods and drinks was superb. Relaxing in the pool and sauna, which were also well-attended, was a lovely way to regroup after a day in the city. Location, location, location...this hotel has it! Only feet from the main square, where there was shopping, many beautiful churches, and hundreds of restaurants, added convenience and ease to our first trip to the beautiful city of Krakow. BTW, the rooms are soundproof, so when inside, there was no noise from the very busy city below. You will not be disappointed if you book your stay at Hotel Saski Krakow, Curio Collection by Hilton!
