The room was clean but old and could do with a fresh coat of paint. The breakfast was average. Good walking distance to Warwel Cathedral and about 10-15 minutes stroll into the Old Town. Nice to have opening windows for fresh air. However, the blinds didn't close, so sleep quality wasn't great.

I spent there only 1 night and moved to another hotel because it was later 100 % booked. Hotel is located in ,,Kazimierz" district about 20 minutes walk from main square in Kraków. I have got a room just near reception. You could hear everything there so not good. Room was very small and bathroom as well. I have moved to hotel just near main square which is much better for similar price so better to consider if it is worth. Breakfast was also very basic.

This hotel is in a corner of a maun rd within the Jewish quarter which is the best area to eat both, the best Polish or international food. 15 min walk to the Old Town Square. The workers were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is a very good spread of various cold and hot food! I was glad to have booked my stay in Krakow there!

Located in the Jewish Quarters, there are lots of cafes, restaurants, shops and attractions nearby. Fantastic free breakfast with lots of selection is included in the price. There is free bottled water in the room and is replenish upon request. Front desk staff provide excellent customer service. They are a good source of information for places to go or places to eat. Room is very clean with large pillows. Price is reasonable. I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in the old Jewish quarter. The bathroom in our room was the biggest I have ever seen in an hotel. Breakfast was included and it was more polish than international, as there were many dishes with fish or liver. There wasn't a great choice of sweet dishes, anyway I would say that it was overall good. Friendly staff and very good cleaning service.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The staff arranged our pickup from the airport. Booking in was simple. We had room 106 and it was a good size with separate areas for dressing and bathroom. Breakfast is included and it was plenty to set you up for the day. There are lots of pubs and clubs nearby. The staff sorted out a trip to Auschwitz and to be honest there was nothing more they could have done for us. The hotel is clean, the food was good and the bedroom decent. I have no problem recommending this hotel. The price was really good. We like to walk every where so the main square is about 15 minutes away and the castle about the same.

A lovely comfortable and clean hotel that offered great service. Our room was very comfortable and immaculately clean with very comfortable beds and bedding. There was an enormous choice of dishes at the continental breakfast. The receptionists couldn't of been more helpful. Free WiFi is provided and the hotel is only a walk from everywhere.

Dissappointed beyond comparison. Booked a stay for May2020. Reservation got cancelled due to Covid19. After we contacted the hotel and wanted a refund for THEIR cancellation we were offered a voucher or a refund. We wanted the refund but up till now( Feb.2021) no refund. We were told the refund would take 6 months. The hotel can only be contacted by phone, they deleted their email adress. We will never book here again and we won't recommend it to family or friends. Shameful!!
