We booked this hotel after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor - and I can safely say that we weren't disappointed. Once we got over the look of the surrounding area (which was a little deserted - but in no way threatening), we had a fabulous time and found all staff to be extremely helpful and genuinely interested in helping...

This lovely hotel is a real find. It is an oasis of peace and tranquility set in the midst of busy roads and retail park. Despite its setting, there is no traffic noise at all as it is set well back from the highway and has its own lovely grounds. We spent four nights here and enjoyed every minute. Our...

We spent a week during Easter Holidays at the Crown Piast Hotel, Krakow. The overall impression of the hotel is a good one. Although the Hotel is a 10 min. drive from the city center, it is not expensive to go by taxi, or walk 10 min. and take the tram. The current price when you take a taxi from...

The hotel is very nice. Clean and comfortable, the staff were extremely helpful and all spoke English, breakfast was pleasant (slighty odd, but then you expect that in Eastern Europe), and there is a gym and sauna (though we didn't use these). The restaurant looks very nice but we didn't use that either. I have no complaints at all about...

The Crown Piast is located about halfway (and a cheap cab ride) from the airport and/or the old town. The hotel itself is a lovely trip back to the late 70s early 80s. The rooms (and some public areas) could probably do with a modernising refurb but the delightful staff more than make up for the slighly depressing decor. The...

I visited the hotel as the tour leader together with 90 of my collegues. The hotel is situated in the outskirts of Krakow, you can go to the city centre by tram, but we preferred to take a taxi, price about EURO 5-6 (depending upon the traffic situation. The hotel is kept very nicely, the rooms are of high class...

Date: Sept 3rd 2006. We (2 couples, 30-40's) recently spent a great weekend (26th - 29th Aug) in Krakow staying at this excellent hotel. When we secured the accommodation for 3 nights at £204 per couple we did wonder as to what to expect. From the minute we entered the foyer any doubts vanished. We have only one negative comment,...

We recently took a 2 night break in Krakow staying at this hotel. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly. It has most things you would expect of a 4 star hotel and breakfast was a buffet style serving - really good food. The hotel is situated about 5 minutes from the centre of Krakow and the...

Have just returned from a 5 night stay at the Crown Piast. We had struggled to find a hotel right in the town as it was a busy week for a number of reasons and were a bit concerned about being 3 or 4 miles out.- however we needn't have worried. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful...
