Although this hotel is situated at about 10 minutes walk from the city center (along the river), I can't believe you find a better hotel than this. All staff is very friendly, the room was big, modern and very clean. I had a room along the road but had no traffic noise in the morning or evening. Breakfast is served...

We booked this hotel as part of a trip to the Christmas market in Krakow. It was perfectly adequate- reasonably well situated, quite quiet and comfortable, but the staff were not at all friendly and in some cases, quite awkward. We paid a lot extra for the breakfasts which were expensive by Polish standards and not good value for money...

The reception staff are extremely helpful and friendly, all requests were met efficiently. Location is very good, with a riverside setting. It takes about 20 minutes to walk into the city centre via the riverbank and a couple of streets. If you don't want the walk there is a choice of 3 tram routes to the central area. Room was...

Just returned from a 4 night gut stay at this hotel - would not hesitate to recommend it to everyone. We had a first floor room overlooking the river, which was immaculately clean and well set out - large comfortable bed, bed settee, comfortable chairs and a desk. The bathroom was lovely and again, well set out. The pizza restaurant...

I booked through Amoma and despite not having a record of my booking on arrival, the receptionist made sure there was a room for us & even let us check in at 10am! The room was a good size with a nice bathroom & minibar available if needed. It also had a hairdryer in the bathroom which I'm told by...

Short walk from the town centre and the main square, easily walked in under twenty minutes. Rooms are pleasant, clean and come with the expected amenities. Breakfast spread was very good with a little bit of everything and served until 1030 which suited my stay. Staff were excellent, very polite, courteous and always smiling! A great base for a stay...

We arrived for a 2 night stay on Thursday to be told there was not a double bed available yet would be 2 single beds. We were told this would be rectified the following day ready for Friday night. We had a trip booked Friday so left the hotel at 7am and did not return until nearly 11 pm that...

We arrived to a very pleasant receptionist who showed us to our room. Room was small but had lovely view of the river. There is a nice pizza restaurant and Italian in the basement. Wouldn't recommend to young families as the city center takes a while to get to and there is a main road to cross too. However, good...

We arrived in Krakow quite late at night and were greeted with a warm welcome. The hotel has a modern feel to it and sits on the riverside. Check in was easy and fast. Room – 3.5/5 The room at the hotel had a great view of the river and was modern and clean. The bed could perhaps have been...
