We stayed here while on a 4 night break & have no regrets. The hotel is spotless , staff very helpful & friendly. The breakfast is ample & not dissapointing. Rooms are small but very clean & comfortable. A short walk from the square & tourist hotspots. If we return to Krakow we would not hesitate booking into the Logos! 😃
This hotel was a perfect choice. Less than 10 mins walk to the City Centre and the famous Rynek in Krakow. Quiet location, close to shops, restaurants, and a park. We discovered 2 fantastic places on the way to the centre where you can have a delicious breakfast and lunch at a great price. (Charlotte and Fitagain). We had a deluxe room, with a double bed and a single bed for our little girl. Very comfy, spotlessly clean and quite specious room with modern decor. No bath, but a specious shower. The room had a mini fridge stock up as well and a big TV. Air conditioning in good working order! We were on the 5th floor at the back of the hotel. Not a great view from the room, just some roof tops. But we didn’t spend much time in the room and didn’t really come here for the views. Staff very friendly, and helpful, especially the lovely young lady - always smiling. We never dined in the restaurant as we wanted to visit local restaurants and bar…. Our room was literally next to the lift. It did not bother us at all to be honest, it was pretty quiet. Ot maybe we were just to tired and fast asleep. There was a group of lads on our floor, they made a bit of noise, not considering other hotel guests. Apart from that it was very quiet. The room did not have iron, ironing board. We thought there wasn’t many sockets in the room, considering each of us had a few gadgets that needed charging At night. We had to ‘fight’ over who is charging what….…
Rooms and the hotel are spotless and very good staff would recommend will be returning! Listed as a 3star somehow found absolute gem I'd give it 5 The only negative I have I'd there was no safe in the room but the fridge locked..
This is hotel is AMAZING! Great location and great rooms with a unique floor plan - had a type of bay window with the comfiest char I have ever sat on in my whole life! (I googled it and am totally getting one!) Best hotel staff I have ever encountered, extremely helpful and kind! Anna W. in reception is THE BEST and you can see how hard she works for you in everything that she does, she is also pretty funny! If you happen to encounter her, tell her "Maggie says Hi!" :)
Everything was perfect! Staff was very friendly and helpful, excellent location and very close to downtown, room was crystal clean and comfortable, strong internet connection. Good price! I highly recommend this hotel and will come again next time!
Stayed 3rd to 6th of April 22 with my daughter. Beautiful Hotel, not too busy when we visited, we stayed in rooms 23 & 25. One double and one single, rooms were spotlessly clean, comfy beds, tea coffee and mini bar. Two bottles of water left daily from the maid. All the staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was nice, scrambled eggs, quiche. Cereals, cheeses and lots of nice bread. Around a 10 minute walk to the main square. Thank you for our lovely stay.
Amazing hotel and excellent service! Very impressed how kind and helpful was personal! Very cozy room with lovely view on Krakow old city. Breakfast was very tasty. I will recommend this hotel to all I know.
My friends and I really had a very nice stay in Hotel Logos. The receptionist (Beata) is very friendly, kind and helpful when we arrive as well as the other staff. Our room, breakfast & overall experience are excellent. Location is great. Few minutes walk only to Old Town Market. We would love to stay here again on our next visit.
The hotel is situated perfectly just a five minute walk to the old town. The room was spacious and spotless, the staff were excellent and helpful and the breakfast was delicious, with a good range of food. I cannot fault this place and the whole experience for our stay in Krakow was perfect.
We stayed in this hotel as part of a Newmarket tour. It is situated about 5-10 minutes from the square but in a quiet location. Our room was a double but it was quite small and the bed was small. The bathroom was integrated in the room with glass doors which I did not like. After a night I asked if we could change rooms and I was able to look at and change to a better room for no additional cost. Breakfast was a buffet mainly Polish type foods such as salami, cheese with some hot options. I would recommend for the price in a good location but check which room you are in.
