Rooms and the hotel are spotless and very good staff would recommend will be returning! Listed as a 3star somehow found absolute gem I'd give it 5 The only negative I have I'd there was no safe in the room but the fridge locked..
This is hotel is AMAZING! Great location and great rooms with a unique floor plan - had a type of bay window with the comfiest char I have ever sat on in my whole life! (I googled it and am totally getting one!) Best hotel staff I have ever encountered, extremely helpful and kind! Anna W. in reception is THE BEST and you can see how hard she works for you in everything that she does, she is also pretty funny! If you happen to encounter her, tell her "Maggie says Hi!" :)
Everything was perfect! Staff was very friendly and helpful, excellent location and very close to downtown, room was crystal clean and comfortable, strong internet connection. Good price! I highly recommend this hotel and will come again next time!
Stayed 3rd to 6th of April 22 with my daughter. Beautiful Hotel, not too busy when we visited, we stayed in rooms 23 & 25. One double and one single, rooms were spotlessly clean, comfy beds, tea coffee and mini bar. Two bottles of water left daily from the maid. All the staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was nice, scrambled eggs, quiche. Cereals, cheeses and lots of nice bread. Around a 10 minute walk to the main square. Thank you for our lovely stay.
Amazing hotel and excellent service! Very impressed how kind and helpful was personal! Very cozy room with lovely view on Krakow old city. Breakfast was very tasty. I will recommend this hotel to all I know.
My friends and I really had a very nice stay in Hotel Logos. The receptionist (Beata) is very friendly, kind and helpful when we arrive as well as the other staff. Our room, breakfast & overall experience are excellent. Location is great. Few minutes walk only to Old Town Market. We would love to stay here again on our next visit.
The hotel is situated perfectly just a five minute walk to the old town. The room was spacious and spotless, the staff were excellent and helpful and the breakfast was delicious, with a good range of food. I cannot fault this place and the whole experience for our stay in Krakow was perfect.
We stayed in this hotel as part of a Newmarket tour. It is situated about 5-10 minutes from the square but in a quiet location. Our room was a double but it was quite small and the bed was small. The bathroom was integrated in the room with glass doors which I did not like. After a night I asked if we could change rooms and I was able to look at and change to a better room for no additional cost. Breakfast was a buffet mainly Polish type foods such as salami, cheese with some hot options. I would recommend for the price in a good location but check which room you are in.
We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Good location. We enjoyed our stay, brekfeast was really nice. Our room was ok, clean but not speacious at all. Bathroom also really small, not big enough for a room for 3 people. Overall we recomend the hotel, the only thing that bothered us was the sofabed we had in our room. It was so ridiculously hard that my ribs literally hurt me when I woke up (after sleeping on my stomach)...
Location: For the price, the location of this hotel can’t be beat. The hotel is literally a five minute walk to the old town square, just over ten minute walk to Wawel Castle and other tourist attractions, and minuets away from a number of restaurants. Value: The price of the room came with a fantastic breakfast buffet. The buffet came with hot items like scrambled eggs and bacon along with cold items like cereal, fruit, and salad. The kitchen staff was nice enough to give me a to-go container one morning because our tour pick up was too early and we can’t eat breakfast at the hotel. Everyday, you get two small bottles of water with gas as a part of the room service. Room and Hotel: You can tell the hotel and rooms are newly renovated. The rooms look new and modern. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the furniture uses all the spaces efficiently. My favorite spot is the alcove with the lounge chair, it was super cozy and relaxing. Overall: Fantastically good hotel. You really can’t beat the location and value. The only reason they got a star knocked off is the size of the bed. Two adults on a full size bed gets a bit tight at night, especially when you start tossing and turning. 😅…
