The hotel doesn't look very encouraging on the outside, the paint is peeling off. The reception area is also not very modern, but rooms are nice and clean, beds are really comfortable. Breakfast buffet is quite nice. The place is pretty busy as it is a complex of two hotels and a tourist guest house, so it's quite noisy outside...

I've stayed in lower-end Junior Krakus Hotel (1*), and it's almost perfect for the price. You should definitely go there only if you need to sleep and/or eat for a good price in Krakow. If you are that kind of person, I highly recommend going there. The rooms were reasonably big, the beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, but a...

Let's be honest: this hotel looks like it has been converted from a student hostel or dormitory. But they are trying and trying very hard - and if you take a look at the price tag, I can say it's a very good value for the money. Location: very good. Not close to the city center but on the other...

We stayed 2 nights there. It is located in the suburb of Krakow. It is an industrial area, so don’t expect too much. You can easily reach the city centre by taxi or public transport (you pay after the time what you spent with travelling, so it is better to go by taxi). It takes 20-30 minutes. The hotel is...

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is not wheelchair friendly the sheets had not been changed. The place was really dirty and I found it lucky when I managed to get a clean glass. The security was lovely but the reception staff were bad except the men. If I was you even though it is...

I have stayed there for a two nights, during our school trip in Poland. Hotel itself is located far away from anything but we had our own bus so there was no problem getting into the old town which is about 20-30 minutes of ride in a morning traffic. Rooms are clean, furnished with a bit old furniture with a...

Rooms are simple without any added extra feature. Fair service, good value for your many. If you look for a cheap place to sleep without any expectations, this hotel is a good choice. The public transportation from the city centre is not the best, but you can grab a taxi from 17 to 50 zloty, depending on the route and...

Rooms are simple with TV only, but modern and clean. The bathroom is OK. The only problem: the walls are as thin as paper, you can hear any noise of the neighbours and people walking in the corridor. Breakfast is good (milk, coffee, tea with lemon, yogurt with fresh strawberry! cheese, salami, salads). There is beer on tap in the...

It's not that the Krakus is bad. It's just that there's nothing particularly good about it. Located a good 20 minute coach ride from central Krakow, in a complex overlooking a grey towerblock, a clinic and a power plant, the Krakus offers nothing in the way of entertainment for students. Aside from a tiny plaza shop in the housing estate...

As it was the only available hotel we booked from their website. There is a guarded parking outside. The hotel is in a location far from the centre in a worker's suburb. By the time we stayed there were many school groups from Sweden and Norway, students drinking and making a lot of noise. As they did not have a...
