Hotel nice, rooms clean and spacious with newly decorated en suites. Food was good, especially buffet style breakfast. As we had coach booked each day cannot comment on distance to city centre. Would recommend for groups as have differing room sizes.

We were here as a part of a big group. I was a bit afraid when I read most of these reviews. But- this hotel was great. Super clean, easy to access by tram+bus from the center. Breakfast- great choice, try to avoid rush hour (8.30-9.30). Room are bit outdated, but you have everything you need. Wi fi is a problem- poor connection or no connection.

Thank you very much for these nice words. We are glad that you could see that the opinions are sometimes harmful to the hotel. Sometimes an object is confused with another... We try to raise the standard of the facility and improve what can be. Thank you for any comments. We have already improved the internet connection. So we invite you to Krakow again to be able to evaluate the changes that have taken place .. :) My best regards Ewa

After checking in, it turns out that we have to carry luggage to the 3rd floor, because the elevator does not work. Room clean, bathroom well equipped, room also. Unfortunately, the mattress is very uncomfortable - collapsing. Night in this bed was a nightmare. In the morning, all the conversations from the corridor and the next room were heard. Location - convenient for travelers with a car. Parking spot included in the room price. Parking person very friendly and helpful :)

The Hotel is ok, the room was a bit small for two persons and it was hot, it doesn’t have AC. The bed was good. The breakfast was ok but without that Many variety fruit wise. It’s not that cheap for the conditions that it has.

Spend there just one night but I was quite satisfied with overall "performance" of this facility. Even though got 2 separate beds when asked for 1 double bed. Room so as bathroom was clean and ok. Noise isolation isn't that good as advertised - almost no isolation from corridor. Breakfast was just slightly bellow average - tiny cups for tea, not really wide selection of different meat/non-meat courses. Location isn't really central but served our purpose OK.

Dear John, Thank you for your opinion about the hotel. We are sorry you were not completely satisfied. The bed must have been an oversight as we always fulfill our guests' wishes in this regard. The opinion on breakfast is a bit surprising for me, as we rather have a very rich breakfast and a large selection of dishes. Regards, Ewa Hotel Krakus

This hotel was given to our 25 pax group on a budget package tour by our trave company for 2 nights stay. Even though the hotel is in the outskirts of krakow city, the facilities are good. Hotel located in a very peaceful, spacious & soothing environment with greenery around. There is a family store in a walking distance. Even though the rooms were Non A/c, we could manage to get fresh air by opening the windows thru out day & night to beat the heat in August. The room size was ok comfortable, neat toilettes, good Basic amenities in room, Restaurant service was good with nice spread for breakfast, friendly staff all over & free wi-fi sevice were the plus points. so over all it was a satisfacory experience for all of us.

This winter holidays I visited Krakow with my friends. So we stayed in Krakus Hotel for 3 nights. My room was clean with new bed and TV, the bathroom was also renovated and new. But the room of my friend was looking very old. It had uncomfortable old beds and the shower cabin doors were broken. I think that that's unfair because we paid the same price for different conditions. To conlude, we had to pay to use wifi in the hotel. It is 21 century, the internet should be included in the price! The hotel staff were very polite and professional.

The hotel doesn't look very encouraging on the outside, the paint is peeling off. The reception area is also not very modern, but rooms are nice and clean, beds are really comfortable. Breakfast buffet is quite nice. The place is pretty busy as it is a complex of two hotels and a tourist guest house, so it's quite noisy outside - a lot of school groups, and as I was there during very hot days and Krakus does not have an AC, it was sometimes difficult to fall asleep with the windows open. It is quite far from the city center, so I would recommend the hotel only if you have your own car.
