When we arrived at the hotel the receptionist was very friendly. We wanted to book a trip to Auchfitz, which was done there and then for £60.00, very cheap. Breakfast was typical continental but ok. A good position to walk to all attractions, and lovely bars and restaurants

We went to Krakow as a Christmas Present to each other for a 4 night stay. Plus it was my husbands birthday on Valentine's Day. We found this hotel on the Internet and it was in the Jewish Quarter in Krakow. What a lovely hotel, lovely staff and a clean tidy room. Very big room overlooking a little square. The...

We stayed at the Eden Hotel for 3 nights in Feb 2017 and couldn't recommend it enough. I severely sprained my ankle on arrival in Poland and the reception staff at the Eden Hotel were extremely helpful - they organise the best (and cheapest) way for me to receive medical treatment, taxis to the local A&E and even a take...

We stayed here for a few days recently. The hotel has only 27 rooms, ours was a twin, ideal with a snoring husband, as the beds were far apart, in a large room. Very comfortable and clean.Room serviced every day. There is a small sitting room by reception, with good wifi.No kettle in the room, we found out late and had to...

This is a jewel in the Jewish quarter. The hotel is lovely, very clean and well cared for. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and plenty of it. There is so much to see and do and the hotel is very well situated. I will definitely stay there again.

Spotlessly clean, staff friendly, room comfortable. Very quaint old building on numerous different levels. Breakfast served in an old salt mine in the basement. The hotel arranged a fast comfortable taxi to and from the airport, which cost 80ZL each way (around £16) this saved a lot of hassle....always nice to have someone waiting for you with your name on...

Amazing location in the Jewish quarter. Room size was good. We were however disappointed with the beds (narrow and extremely saggy), but the rest of the room was ok (good shower). Room numbering was confusing.

Stayed for three nights in the Eden hotel. Excellent value with lovely friendly staff who could not do enough to help with anything we asked. Traditional cosy hotel in a super location. It is in the Jewish quarter which is really nice with lots of bars and restaurants close by. Breakfast is really good and included in a very reasonable...

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of the Jewish quarters in Krakow. I paid fifty pound for two night including my breakfast and this was fantastic value for what we got. The room was spotless and so well presented and of a good size. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh. The hotel was...

Stayed here for 4 nights recently, and have to say this is one of the easiest reviews I have ever written. This is a lovely traditional, small hotel situated in a great location in the heart of the Jewish quarter, the facilities cannot be faulted, a huge sitting room with chairs sofas, desk , table, wardrobe , complimentary safe, TV...
