What makes us special:

Hotel Eden is the only hotel in Poland with mezuzah (a piece of parchment inscribed with specified Hebrew verses from the Torah)

Hotel Eden is the only Jewish hotel in Poland with a mikvah (ritual Jewish bath). In its pre-renovation state Hotel Eden can be seen in the film "Schindler's List", as some of the film's scenes were shot on Ciemna Street and inside the future hotel.

We stayed for 5 nights in this lovely traditional hotel.

The room was very clean with comfortable bed and powerful shower.

Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice including hot food, fresh bread/rolls, jams, cake, biscuits, fruit, yogurt, salads, fish and was continually replaced.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and booked our trips and airport taxi transfers which were excellent.

The location is excellent and is within easy walking distance of both the Old Town/Square, Wawel Castle and Schindler museum in opposite direction across the river. There are lots of cafes/bars and restaurants nearby.

Overall it was a great stay in Eden Hotel

Hotel is located in the Jewish center, next to a cemetery. Nearby there are countless restaurants and pubs.
Very safe zone. Hotel well located and with recent structure, well soundproofed and clean.
Breakfast suitable for 3 stars. Nice rooms. There are no double beds and tap water always comes out warm. The TV has only Polish channels. Room with air conditioning and refrigerator.
Friendly and accessible staff.

I’ve never experienced a more delightful pillow. Oh so fluffy and clean, a bed suited for a king. Spotless upon arrival, could not recommend higher. Hotel located in an extremely convenient area, incredible access to all sites and attractions in the local area. Toilet paper so light and prevented difficulty wiping. Air conditioning completed the most incredible experience. Could not reccomend The Eden Hotel in Krakow higher. Well done!

I just spent five days here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is clean and quiet (my first-floor room overlooked the street, and the only tiime I was vaguely bothered by the sound of voices was on a Friday evening, which is understandable - start of the weekend). The hotel has tremendous atmosphere, is beautifully clean, and the bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Breakfast is copious, varied and served in a beautifully restored cellar. The restoration of the entire hotel is first-class and gives you all the amenities you want without destroyiing the character of an ancient and historic building. Bravo for that! The staff are lovely, and I slept like a log every night, which was crucial, since I spent eight to ten hours every day dashing around Krakow trying to see all my 'mustn't miss' sights. What a city! Staying at the Eden, right in the heart of the old Jewish quarter, yet only ten to fifteen minutes from the Market Square in the Old Town and less across the river to Podgorze, will enhance your trip no end. It did mine!

Hotel Eden was centrally located in Krakow's Jewish Quarter, within walking distance of restaurants, nightlife, public transport and Krakow's Old Town. The area around the hotel was safe and quiet with a nice and relaxed atmosphere.

The guest rooms were large and comfortably furnished with a desk, work chair, minibar and a large and comfortable bed. The interior seemed somewhat old, but was well maintained and in good condition. The bathroom was simple but conveniently decorated and there was a good selection of towels and toiletries.

The cleanliness was very good, but due to Covid-19 restrictions, the rooms were not cleaned during our stay. This is to avoid the spread of infection.

The hotel's common areas were clean and well maintained.

Breakfast was served as a buffet and had a rich selection of both hot and cold dishes. The dishes seemed to be homemade and there were some variations from day to day, which helped to lift the impression. The staff in the breakfast room appeared friendly and attentive.

The reception staff were very friendly and attentive.

It should be mentioned that the hotel is not a new and trendy hotel, but that it has an old charm and a high level of service. I would visit the hotel again and can safely recommend it to other travelers.

Just returned from a 4 night stay at the Eden Hotel, this is ideally located in the Jewish quarter. If you turn left outside the hotel and then head slight right through the little alley you are at the restaurants and pubs (about 2 min walk). The main square is about 15 mins walk away. The rooms were really clean and spacious. The staff were really friendly and organised all the trips and taxis to/from the airport prior to our visit. The hotel is very authentic and breakfast is served in the basement which has lots of lovely features. The range of food available at breakfast is huge, we were really suprised by the choice. You will not be disappointed if you book here. I would book in the future were I to visit Krakow and will definitely be recommending to family and friends.

We stayed here for 7 nights and are more than happy with our choice. If you are looking for a modern, hi spec, tendy hotel, this is not for you. If you want a hotel in a great spot in the old Jewish quarter, close to everything you need and oozing with history and character, this is a great choice. It could be argued the hotel is dated, I’d kind of agree but the bed was comfy, the air con worked, plenty of hot water and the staff were all helpful and kind. It was a bit stuffy too, but I’d imagine it would be toasty warm in a bitterly cold Polish winter.

Breakfast was great, super coffee machine too. Plus the Wifi worked a treat.

You could do a lot worse than staying here just base your expectations properly.

Centrally located hotel in the Jewish quarter. It is about 25 minutes from the center of the old town. There are many restaurants in all price ranges nearby.
We had a very large room with a view of the Jewish cemetery. Breakfast was in an original cellar and very tasty and everything was freshly prepared. There were also Jewish dishes for breakfast. Overall, we liked it very much. Others might not like the decor because it is not modern, but we thought it was just right for the hotel and the Jewish quarter.

What a delightful hotel. We were very happy with our choice,
The location is perfect. Located in the Jewish Quarter, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants and it is an easy walk to the Old Town.
The rooms are comfortable and surprisingly spacious. The beds comfortable, and the shower had lots of hot water.
Breakfast had a great selection of both hot and cold things. We actually really enjoyed the breakfast.
The staff was friendly.
We have no complaints at all. Yes the furniture is a bit worn, maybe a paint job would be nice but remember the price you are paying.
The salt grotto was under renovations which was disappointing but that wouldn’t have changed us staying here but if that is what you are coming for, maybe check.
We would recommend and have no hesitation about staying here again. Loved it!

Very nice clean and friendly hotel - all the staff were friendly and smiley. It is the perfect location - right in the middle of the Jewish Qtr - 10min walk to the main square in Krakow. Lovely local bar just 50 yards away. Room was clean and spacious with en suite. They booked some trips for us and had good local knowledge.

I booked Auschwitz directly with them as I wanted the early entry without a tour guide. That entry is free. As for airport transportation, we just hopped on the local bus. Easy to do and cost us a couple of quid for the 3 of us.

There was fruit available but I'm sure if you email the hotel they could accommodate you. The staff were lovely and very helpful.
