The room was very clean with comfortable bed and powerful shower.
Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice including hot food, fresh bread/rolls, jams, cake, biscuits, fruit, yogurt, salads, fish and was continually replaced.
Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and booked our trips and airport taxi transfers which were excellent.
The location is excellent and is within easy walking distance of both the Old Town/Square, Wawel Castle and Schindler museum in opposite direction across the river. There are lots of cafes/bars and restaurants nearby.
Overall it was a great stay in Eden Hotel

Very safe zone. Hotel well located and with recent structure, well soundproofed and clean.
Breakfast suitable for 3 stars. Nice rooms. There are no double beds and tap water always comes out warm. The TV has only Polish channels. Room with air conditioning and refrigerator.
Friendly and accessible staff.

The guest rooms were large and comfortably furnished with a desk, work chair, minibar and a large and comfortable bed. The interior seemed somewhat old, but was well maintained and in good condition. The bathroom was simple but conveniently decorated and there was a good selection of towels and toiletries.
The cleanliness was very good, but due to Covid-19 restrictions, the rooms were not cleaned during our stay. This is to avoid the spread of infection.
The hotel's common areas were clean and well maintained.
Breakfast was served as a buffet and had a rich selection of both hot and cold dishes. The dishes seemed to be homemade and there were some variations from day to day, which helped to lift the impression. The staff in the breakfast room appeared friendly and attentive.
The reception staff were very friendly and attentive.
It should be mentioned that the hotel is not a new and trendy hotel, but that it has an old charm and a high level of service. I would visit the hotel again and can safely recommend it to other travelers.
Breakfast was great, super coffee machine too. Plus the Wifi worked a treat.
You could do a lot worse than staying here just base your expectations properly.
We had a very large room with a view of the Jewish cemetery. Breakfast was in an original cellar and very tasty and everything was freshly prepared. There were also Jewish dishes for breakfast. Overall, we liked it very much. Others might not like the decor because it is not modern, but we thought it was just right for the hotel and the Jewish quarter.

The location is perfect. Located in the Jewish Quarter, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants and it is an easy walk to the Old Town.
The rooms are comfortable and surprisingly spacious. The beds comfortable, and the shower had lots of hot water.
Breakfast had a great selection of both hot and cold things. We actually really enjoyed the breakfast.
The staff was friendly.
We have no complaints at all. Yes the furniture is a bit worn, maybe a paint job would be nice but remember the price you are paying.
The salt grotto was under renovations which was disappointing but that wouldn’t have changed us staying here but if that is what you are coming for, maybe check.
We would recommend and have no hesitation about staying here again. Loved it!
"Email the hotel directly well in advance if you have any special requests. Quieter rooms would be at the rear of the hotel."Read full review
"Trams not too far away, but even main square not too far to walk. (Watch the cobbles) rooms comfortable and clean. Some furniture maybevolder but makes place friendly."Read full review
"It can be a little hard to find the first time. When you reach Szerowa St just turn into Lwowa St. The lane becomes Ciemna halfway up. "Read full review
