We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a 5-10 walk from the train/bus station and is close to the town center. We arrived early and it was no problem to check in early at no extra cost. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good. We checked out and did some siteseeing before traveling home. It was no problem to leave the luggage in storage at no extra cost. The only negative was that the wifi didnt work very well in our room. I had to sit by the window to get it to work.
Hotel was. Clean beds were comfy and to be honest thats all you need. It isnt bo far from the main square its around 10-15 mins walk. Breakfast we went once out of 2 day stay and to be fair it wasnt anythinf special but for a 3 star hotel it wasnt bad. Overall not a bad stay at all.
Stayed for one night. This is a small and old hotel right outside the main square. Takes about 15 min to walk to square. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is clean, just dated rooms. The bed was very comfortable and I would say it meets the 3 star standard. There is a breakfast included in your stay and it’s very good. The staff can’t do enough for you. It’s in a very nice and safe area of towns. They have parking available on site if you are with a car.
This hotel is clean and tidy, at breakfast there is more than enough choices typical continental, sausages and eggs, cereals, fruit etc the rooms are big enough and the shower hot enough, the woman who works in the restaurant at breakfast is absolutely brilliant the daytime reception staff can come across a bit frosty at times so I let the wife deal with them and the night time workers were all helpful, safe to safe I would use this hotel if I was in Krokow again.
We stayed for 5 days here - first day we found that our room is not possible to lock due to malfunctioned locking system - hotel changed the room as fast as possible. The rooms were very clean and cosy , no noise from the street disturbed us ( the hotel is in front of hospital) . Breakfest was perfect : classics plus polish local products and many more . Service is absolutely friendly. The parking is a bit problem , because the hotal parking lot is strictly limited for approx 12-14 cars and the parking places around are charged and mostly full. The major sightseeings are available by walk so a location is very good. This hotel is my option #1 for the next visit in Krakow.
We know this hotel for more than a decade. We have been staying there everytime when visiting Krakow. The hotel is located in between the Old Square and Jewish Quarter. There is a cery nice restaurant in the hotel serving bespoke meals matching all palates and dietary preferences. It is family run and offers great services including trips and excursions. The owners offer flexible covid safe office space adding additional options for business travelers
Had a great stay here, the room, I believe a deluxe was perfect, plenty big enough, great size bathroom and the bed was comfortable enough. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast had plenty of choice but didn’t differ over the 5 days we were there, not that it was a problem. We ate in the restaurant on one night and the food was great and much cheaper than out in the square, I had steak and it was perfect for me. I would have no hesitation in booking the hotel for any future stays in Krakow, it wasn’t badly placed either for the Market square or the Jewish quarter, can,t fault it really
I have made good choice by choosing this hotel for mu buainess trip. I stayed here with a group of 4 business partners for traveling to Warsaw. The staff were helpfull, rooms were clean and sorrounding great. I recomend this hotel.
I was recommended this place to eat by another restaurant as there was limited places open on Christmas Day. It was such a shame that i was sick this day as the Chicken noddle soup and dumplings was great. First experience of Polish food. The email correspondence was quick and simple and the waitress on the day was fab. Thank you to the chef
We were delighted with a warm friendly welcome, helpful advice, spacious room, everything as you would like it to be. My son forgot his toothbrush, but reception supplied one immediately free of charge. We asked for extra pillows, they arrived within two minutes. The toilet seat accidentally broke and we apologised, offering to pay for a replacement, but the owners were understanding and helpful, telling us not to worry. I downloaded our boarding passes the day before we left and the reception staff printed them for me immediately. Overall if we return to Krakow, this is where we will stay. Thanks for your consideration. Oh , yes, the breakfast was fantastic too, great selection of varieties.
