We stayed for 5 days here - first day we found that our room is not possible to lock due to malfunctioned locking system - hotel changed the room as fast as possible. The rooms were very clean and cosy , no noise from the street disturbed us ( the hotel is in front of hospital) . Breakfest was perfect : classics plus polish local products and many more . Service is absolutely friendly. The parking is a bit problem , because the hotal parking lot is strictly limited for approx 12-14 cars and the parking places around are charged and mostly full. The major sightseeings are available by walk so a location is very good. This hotel is my option #1 for the next visit in Krakow.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're glad to hear that despite the initial issue with the room lock, we were able to swiftly resolve the situation to your satisfaction. It's wonderful to know that you found the rooms clean and cozy, and that the noise from the street wasn't a disturbance. We're particularly pleased that you enjoyed the breakfast, highlighting the variety and inclusion of Polish local products. Also, it's great to hear that our service met your expectations with its friendliness. We understand your concerns regarding the parking situation. Due to our central location, parking can indeed be challenging, and we're continuously exploring ways to improve this aspect for our guests. Your mention of the hotel being your number one option for future visits to Krakow is the highest compliment we could receive. We look forward to welcoming you back on your next trip and hope to continue exceeding your expectations.

We know this hotel for more than a decade. We have been staying there everytime when visiting Krakow. The hotel is located in between the Old Square and Jewish Quarter. There is a cery nice restaurant in the hotel serving bespoke meals matching all palates and dietary preferences. It is family run and offers great services including trips and excursions. The owners offer flexible covid safe office space adding additional options for business travelers

Had a great stay here, the room, I believe a deluxe was perfect, plenty big enough, great size bathroom and the bed was comfortable enough.
The staff were very friendly and the breakfast had plenty of choice but didn’t differ over the 5 days we were there, not that it was a problem.
We ate in the restaurant on one night and the food was great and much cheaper than out in the square, I had steak and it was perfect for me.
I would have no hesitation in booking the hotel for any future stays in Krakow, it wasn’t badly placed either for the Market square or the Jewish quarter, can,t fault it really

Nice size rooms, nice size shower room. Very clean and beds were comfortable. The room was cleaned in the mornings with bottles of water left for us. The breakfast had a good selection and a coffee machine and plenty of choices of tea available. The location was a 10-15 minute walk to the main centre and train station. A local shop and pastry shop was about a 5 minute walk away. The hotel was busy but rooms very quiet and we didn't hear any noise at all in the night. We didn't see much of the staff but those who we did see where polite and friendly. For the price we paid, it was exceptional value for money.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights at the start of December and was not disappointed. The location is perfect to walk to either old town or the Jewish quarter. I walk everywhere so didn’t try public transport; but it is literally at the end of the road - trams/buses etc. The surrounding area felt safe, and there were always people around. The hotel itself was warm and welcoming. My room was perfect for my needs. Comfy bed, nice en suite and a lovely sitting area if you needed it. I was out pretty much all day, so it was literally a base for me and I cannot complain at all. I had breakfast one of the mornings, as the other 2 unfortunately I had to be out and about earlier than it started! (6:30am for a tour and the same for my airport run) It is a shame they don’t start breakfast at 6 for those who do need to be out and about. They day I did have breakfast there was plenty of choice. Don’t expect traditional British breakfast items, you won’t find them; but what was there was delicious, even if different to what you would have at home. I especially liked the pancakes and gooseberry yoghurt with granola! Overall a great base for a wonderful break away

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a 5-10 walk from the train/bus station and is close to the town center. We arrived early and it was no problem to check in early at no extra cost. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good.
We checked out and did some siteseeing before traveling home. It was no problem to leave the luggage in storage at no extra cost.

The only negative was that the wifi didnt work very well in our room. I had to sit by the window to get it to work.

We stayed for two nights while exploring beautiful Krakow. Location has great railway connection and is close to yhe vity center. The room was comfy with a homy feeling, and you could tell that it was recently renovated. The breakfast was the best we had during our vacation with a great selection of food, and the cappuccino that they made for us was the best I had in Poland as well. They were even kind enough to let us have our breakfast a bit earlier since we were on a rush to catch our trip on the last day. A perfect value for money experience.

We stayed for 4 nights. This is a budget hotel and no doubt could do with a little updating in places but there are so many positives. Rooms are clean and well serviced with fresh water and towels . It’s a short 10 min walk to the city centre and Breakfast spread was great.
Would certainly recommend it as a budget friendly hotel

Still here another 3 nights to go. We are in a deluxe room it is beautiful and clean. Housekeeping staff are tremendous. Reception staff tremendous and restaurant staff tremendous. Very friendly and nothing is a bother. Near to the trams. The only thing is does not have a bar. Spoke to reception not a bother to bring a bottle of wine and you can have it on the outside area where there is tables and chairs and it's covered and addition to the hotel. GREAT. CAN'T Fault anything. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel, excellent location within easy walking distance of the city centre, train station, shops, restaurants etc.

Good sized room, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, would recommend for anyone travelling to Krakow.

Only minor thing missing was the ability to get a coffee or drink in the hotel after breakfast was finished, I.e when arriving back at the hotel mid to late afternoon.
