Detailed Reviews
Stayed here for 3 nights as a literally last minute booking while still in Krakow.
Given the short notice that we gave, to the very polite and helpful lady on the phone, who helped us from front door to the apartment, we were very suprised to see how good the room was.
It's based in a residential apartment block on one of the floors, once you get the front door code you then go to the reception and retrieve your key from the safe and then head upstairs.
The apartment is very spacious and contains a kitchen with a fridge, cooker microwave etc and a bathroom.
The apartment was very clean and good value for money.
It is a bit of a walk to the main square but uber or a taxi are able to take you there for minimal cost.
If your looking for somewhere to stay for a short break then try the Nobel Suites out.
I would stay again.

What an amazing place to stay. There was 11 of us with 5 apartments and all of them were great. Clean and easy to access once you have your keys.
Location was perfect - short walk to train station which is linked to the HuGE shopping mall and further on to the square.
We will be returning - thank you for a great stay.

This is a decent budget option for a short stay in Krakow. We found the apartments quite old and the bathroom in particular was very shabby, but it was all clean and the bed was very comfortable. For the price, can't complain. There is a good carpark just down the road (Parking 24h - płatny) which is helpful.

I booked this hotel on-line and arrived there about 2 days later at 6:05 PM. It was dark and cold in Krakow Poland. I was on the sidewalk and could not get into the hotel. I pressed the buzzer continually but no one answered. Finally some people came out of the building, and I slipped into the open door (read whatever you like into their security). I managed to find the office but it was in darkness and no amount of knocking was going to help because no one was there.
I tried talking to some other residents at the apartment hotel,, but they had no idea how to get hold of the manager. Finally, a kind gentlemen lent me his cell phone and I phoned the number on the placard on the front of the building. I got a MESSAGE CENTRE!!!!! So I left a message and then waited for another 1/2 hour. No one showed up and no one called back. I even checked with the clerk in the store next door.
THE HOTEL WAS A NO-SHOW!!!!!
It was now getting on to 7 PM and it was obvious I wasn't staying here tonight. So I had to walk aroung lugging my suitcase until I finally found another place to stay (but they could only give me one night--I need to find two more).
The manager of Nobel finally got me by email. She had previously sent an email asking me what time I would arrive but I was already "on the road" and did not get it. Nor do I carry a phone when I am travelling. I did have a confirmation of the booking and NOWHERE did it indicate that I should call the hotel to "make an appointment for my arrival:!!!
The clincher was when the hotel charged me for the THREE NIGHTS, when it was the Hotel that was a no-show.
I post this so that other travellers will be wary of the tactics of the place.

Nobel Suites is not a hotel, but apartments – we don’t have 24hours open reception and we organize only individual check-ins. On website by which you made a reservation there is information in section KNOW BEFORE GO: "Guests must contact the property with arrival details before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation". We always send confirmation with all of this informations to every guest who is going to stay in our apartments. We have been working in this system from months and until now we didn’t have any problems with guests arrivals, even if they were not expected. From our side I can guarantee that we made everything to prepare your check-in properly. We send an email with confirmation of your booking, information that we don’t have reception 24h and our contact number. We were trying to contact number provided in this booking by whole day when your reservation was started, but number which was given us in the reservation wasn't correct (it turned out at 9 PM when wife reached the phone and told us that there is no possibility to contact you and asked us to wait). When we got your voice mail message, we called back shortly and in 15 minutes to the Nobel Suites arrived receptionist. Finally, we arranged the 16 hours shift and waiting for by whole night - unfortunately wthout any effect. As the option chosen in this booking was non-refundable (so the lowest price) and we proceded according to the policy od booking service which was used n this case. We hope that this is one and last that kind of situation in Nobel Suites and we are very sorry for all inconvenience caused.

Very spacious apartment which was tastefully decorated. Nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Kitchen with fridge, cooker, kettle etc.. Free wi-fi too. Definitely recommend this place to anybody visiting Krakow. Can't wait to go back again.

Really close to train station
Be sure to check out room. First one had a old musty smell 2nd was great; however the street noise from tram was really loud.
About a 15 min walk to old town. Pretty safe feeling walking the street at night.
Staff were great.
Overall nice apartment.

I booked our hotel In Krakow on hotels. Com and found Nobel suits, a whole appartment with a lovely double bedroom shower room and kitchen with spacious dining room. The accommodation was close to the town centre and train station. Lot of shops near by and bakerys everywhere with amazing cakes.
Highly recommended and I would definitely use them again.

+1
The main reason for booking it was the proximity to rail station.
There is no elevator. On first look the apartment appears to be a good one with a large bedroom, a small room for 3rd person if there’s any, kitchen, balcony & a tiny bathroom with a shower area. The theme of the apartment was Dalai Lama.
This apartment in Noble suits Krakow lacks many things.
The hot water in bathroom comes thru a boiler installed in kitchen but after a minute or so, cold water starts coming and you need to increase the hot water inflow but it doesn’t last long. The kitchen has basic utensils and a water boiler to make tea or coffee. We didn’t try to cook any meals. Though the place looked clean, it gave a feel of very old smelly place.
There were many power sockets provided. Has a TV as well. The wi-fi is available and working fine.
The reception is open till 5 PM. You can keep your luggage here after checkout also.

Great hotel. Nobel Suites was a bang for the buck. Centrally located-just a 10 minute walk to Old Town, about 15 to the Jewish Quarter, and 2-3 minutes walk to the Train/Bus Station, and the Galeria--for some good mall ratting. Good spacious suite--nice and clean. I stayed in the Albert Einstein---how can you wrong with Big Al looking after you.
But, it was the people that made the stay totally awesome!! I checked out, but I left my wallet and passport in the safe without realizing it. When I was at the train station, the receptionist called me as I was getting on the train to tell me. I got off the train quickly.. A few minutes later, she called me again--she had biked over to the train station to bring the stuff to me. Now, that is not just awesome service---that is just plain awesome people---way beyond the call of duty and pure goodness!!! Thank you so much--for making my stay in Krakow so rememberable!!
