We’ve previously been to Krakow numerous times, this was our first time staying at the Queen Boutique hotel. The hotel is beautiful, it’s only a few minutes walk from the Jewish Quarter and a 10-15 min walk from the main square.
We stayed in a Queen Suite. The room consisted of a living room area with a comfy sofa, huge TV, wine cooler, coffee and tea making facilities and a coffee machine. There was a separate toilet to the bathroom (which also had a toilet). There was also an Xbox and a few games. There was a small Juliet balcony which overlooked other balconies and the lovely orchard. The bedroom had a large comfy bed, huge sliding door wardrobe with a safe inside. There was plenty of space for hanging clothes. The bedroom had small Juliet balcony with the same views as the living room, there was a large TV, it also had a flame effect fire and a couple of comfy chairs. The bathroom had a vanity sink area, toilet and over the bath shower. Toiletries such as shower gel and shampoo etc were supplied, there was also a hairdryer and if you needed other toiletries the hotel had a list on the bathroom wall of complimentary items they could supply.
We didn’t try the breakfast, but the restaurant looked amazing. The Amarylis offered discount to hotel guests on its tasting menu. There’s no bar, as such, at the hotel, but a lobby area with a lovely seating area which felt very relaxed.
The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was perfect for us, we definitely recommend it.

The staff were very welcoming and the room beautifully decorated with a lovely view from the balcony. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. If there was any criticism it was the restaurant. Although it was a Michelin restaurant the only choice on the Friday was a taster menu. Also on the Sunday it was closed. The other 2 nights had a very limited choice although I suspect it would have been excellent. And the bar seemed to be more accessible if you were dining. It may sound as if this was an annoying thing but it was not as the location of the hotel was very good allowing choices of restaurants close by. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return and recommend it. We loved it.

Nice hotel - right between the Jewish and the old town - service minded receptionists - who gave us our rooms as soon as we arrived at the hotel ( 11 a.m.) - we stayed on the 1st floor and 4th floor - unfortunately there was something wrong with the heat in all our bathrooms so it was very cold to walk on the floor as it was quite cold the weekend we were there. The room fine not something extra vagant - I am not supportive of those that carpets, wall to wall but they are here and it went too. The breakfast was included in our price and there was everything you could wish - even hot omelettes you could order in the kitchen - we could see that the cleaning from the tables was not existing - so there they could do it better. When you eat breakfast, mat often takes new plates when you pick up the second and third time and when you don't get cleared, you have quite a lot of plates standing and it's hardly as cozy. But overall an okay hotel for the price and with their incredibly nice Michelin restaurant in the basement and it can not be praised enough.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a perfect location for exploring the Jewish Quarter and the Old Square.
I contacted the hotel to arrange a taxis from the airport upon our arrival - we were met and transferred in a luxury 7 seater (6 of in the party) and was very reasonable at 180PLN (£35)
Meeting points for popular trips were 5 mins away, it’s such a perfect location.
Our return was at 5am so the hotel prepared us a takeaway breakfast - sandwich’s, pastries, yoghurt and fruit. Was a lovely touch and gratefully received.
The hotel staff were amazing - nothing is too much trouble and they recommended us some amazing restaurants for us. The room was bright and classy, and the bathroom was really spacious.
Breakfast was fabulous, eggs cooked to your liking or omelettes, cereals, breads, fruit and meats ! There was plenty to choose from and very high quality.
Thank you for making our trip to Krakow so wonderful and we will be back. I will definitely return with my family,

We stayed at the Queen Boutique Hotel for 4 nights B&B in early October and can highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location and helpful, friendly, courteous staff. The room was spacious and well equipped with a lovely en-suite bathroom. Whilst our room was at the front overlooking the main road and tram lines, we didn't experience any significant disturbing noise at night (earplugs were provided should you need reassurance). The breakfast choice was certainly one the most extensive I've experienced and the food quality and service was excellent. We also thoroughly enjoyed our evening in the hotel's Amarylis Restaurant with a fabulous 6 course Tasting Menu culinary experience. Thank you to everyone at the Queen Boutique for a memorable stay in Krakow.

Queen boutique is an excellent location - 10 /15 minute walk to busy main square and just 5/10 mins across from Jewish quarter . The hotel is spotless, staff are very pleasant and stand every time you enter the hotel. Breakfast has good choice - teas/coffees, juices, cold meats, yoghurt, cereals, pastries, and cooked omelettes and eggs, bacon, sausage etc.
Our room had a balcony, but no real castle views maybe a higher floor would (we were on level 1) . Room steward kept room very clean and If we requested anything from reception (milk or hot water bottle) it was taken up very quickly.
The option to use the sauna free of charge is also available if you pre book at reception . This was bliss after a lot of walking and the relaxation room has beds, tea and water , relaxing Music and a diffuser light so very calming . The only thing I would say about this is we had booked it for one morning and it was the left over tea and water from the night before and no one seemed to have switched the light/diffuser or music on despite us having a booking for it . But when we did go out to request fresh water the reception staff came straight away.
The hotel also gave us a room for luggage storage on checkout as our flight wasn’t till later at night and they also told us we could use the lounge as a rest point until we left for the airport which came in handy. They also booked our airport transfer for us which came exactly on time.
Overall an immaculate hotel, very helpful staff and would definitely recommend to anyone . It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the main square but not too far and ideally placed between the main square and Jewish quarter .

An exceptional hotel ideally situated within a 5 minute walk of the Jewish quarter and the main Christmas Market square in the old town. The hotel is approximately 30 minutes from the airport and is located pretty much directly in the middle of the two main tourist locations. The location of the hotel makes it very easy to navigate between the main tourist locations using main walk ways with numerous bus and tram stops only a minute away. There are a number of convenience shops, restaurants, pharmacy and local business only doors away from the hotel.
The hotel is beautifully presented with the highest level of cleanliness throughout. We were warmly welcomed on check in and given helpful local information re best places to visit and routes to take. Our room was available at the stated time and we were very happy with the decor and facilities inside the room. The room had a well stocked mini bar as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Each room has a large tv with Google chrome cast enabled as well as social media apps (Netflix / YouTube). I only refer to the tv and Netflix as this was a life safer when we were confined to the room for 2 nights due to my wife being unwell! (Too much vodka)
There is high speed free WiFi throughout the hotel which was surprisingly fast with no performance issues or drop outs. A Hair dryer is provided inside the room which the Mrs tells me is a decent 2000w one!?! An iron/ironing board as well as other personal items are a available from reception free of charge on request. The hotel restaurant/ bar is beautifully decorated and the quality of food is fantastic. The breakfast service was excellent and caters to a wide range of tastes.
Throughout our stay at the hotel each member of staff we encounted was extremely polite, friendly and spoke English perfectly. The hotels location is outstanding and i would not hesitate to recommend it or return if I am to visit Poland again.

We have just returned from a four night stay from this beautiful hotel. We arrived by taxi at almost midnight and wa greeted with a friendly welcome who highlighted popular places in the city on a map and general information about the hotel.
We arrived at our room which wa a triple room as there were three of us and it is the biggest hotel room we have ever stayed in as a family. The room was spotless and the bedding was clean and fresh. There were complimentary toiletries in the bathroom attached to the walls.
There was a mini bar in the room which we didn't use but did use it to put our drinks in that we had got left over from our day. The mini bar prices were reasonable for a central city location of the hotel.
There is a spa with in the hotel but we didn't use the facilities so can't comment on prices
Our room included breakfast. The breakfast selection was wide and varied to suit all palletes. The egg dishes eg fried, scrambled or boiled werre made fresh to order. The staff in the breakfast area were very friendly but in our opinion it was understaffed to accomodate the amount of people at any one time. At busier times people were kept waiting for clean glasses and cups for drinks (not us) so this needs to addressed. There is only x1 coffee machine and I personally felt that they could benefit from a 2nd machine as unfortunately it stopped working on our last morning and the staff made individual drinks which was great but this put x1 member out of action.
The hotel is centrally located on a beautiful tree lined street with trams passing by. Ear plugs are provided in the rooms if required but our party did't feel the need to use them.
The Jewish quarter is across the road and approximately a 5 minute walk offering lots of restuarants and bars along with a centralised area offering street food.
The main square is reached in approximately 10 minutes from the hotel on foot.
At the end of our trip our cases were left at the hotel and we sat in the reception area to await our taxi to the airport. Check out is 12 midday which is great if you have a lunchtime flight as it gives you time to pack.
I would recommed this hotel to anyone due to its location, cleanliness and the lovely Polish welcome from the lovely staff members. If we ever come back to this beautiful city I would definately choose this hotel and recommend it to friends and family.
Thank you Queen Boutique for a lovely stay in this beautiful city of Krakov.

After a short visit to Krakow I noticed that hotel star ratings are extremely generous but this hotel was at least comparable to4 stars in other countries. It is worth bearing this in mind because it just isn’t worth booking 5 stars because the hotels cost appreciably more and fall short of expectations (mentioning no names) This hotel has great reception staff, courteous and helpful and my room was of a decent size, had nice lighting and was scrupulously clean. Breakfast was fine, not the best and not the worst, but included so no quarrels there. Basically it was a comfortable and quiet night’s sleep and that is what the punter wants. I have three minor criticisms thatthe hotel might consider amending though, I stress again, y view of the hotel is a positive one. The bed has lights on either side of the headboard which cannot be switched off unless you take your room key out of the slot by the door that turns all the electricity off. Since you can’t sleep with lights shining in your face, you are forced to turn all the lights off and then if you need to go to the bathroom in the night you have to grope your way to the door to use the card in the slot again. Unnecessary, uncomfortable. Second, the new system of putting soap, body lotion or shampoo in bottles attached to a shower or near a basin doesn’t work here because the darned things don’t easily give up their contents. It may seem a good idea to save a few pence by not providing miniatures that guests tend to snaffle up and take home with them, but this solution doesn’t work and is thoroughly downmarket for what you pay. Thirdly, breakfast has its own coffee machine which produces really rather poor coffee but you can order a coffee made for you but they charge yo7 for it!!!! I mean, come on boys, you can spare a few extra coffees or better still, provide decent coffee in the first place! In spite of these caveats, yes, I would recommend the hotel as a comfortable stay as far as Krakow goes

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. I am more than happy that you had a pleasant stay at Queen Boutique Hotel****. I am happy that you found our Staff professional and informative. Also, I would like to clarify some inaccuracies and express regret that you did not ask the front desk for help. Probably then, we will be able to show you how to turn off the light without taking the card out because, of course, it is possible. Regarding bath cosmetics, I would like to inform you that we do not see the small one-time-use containers due to the ecological approach and politics of our hotel. And in my opinion, this is the right approach. Thank you for your feedback about the coffee in our Breakfast Coffee Machines, I will forward your opinion to our Food and Beverage Manager, however as far as I know, a vast majority of our Guests liked our coffee as we use the beans from a local coffee roastery. As you mentioned, we do have the possibility to order a coffee from our restaurant and in my opinion this is normal practice. Once again, I would like to thank you for your detailed feedback and I do hope, I was able to explain those inaccuracies. Kind regards, Jan Stachura Front Office and Reservation Manager

The front of house team were courteous, knowledgable and could not do enough for us. A takeaway breakfast for our 6am pickup for a day trip was much appreciated Our room was comfortable and clean with a nice view The location was ideal with a walk of no more than 10mins to all the main places of interest Highly recommended

You would have to go out, to the square not all that far away, but all i can say is the breakfast is amazing, but i can appreciate if you arrive late you may want something to eat. But really the square is not far away
Enjoy your stay i certainly did. Excellent staff and krakow itself is fab
If you don't want to go to the square there are lots of restaurants on the dame street.
There are more places to choose from in the Krakow area.
