Great location in the heart of the vibrant Jewish quarter with lots of lively bars and restaurants Alchemy, Singer, Hevre to name a few. The hotel was clean, our room was spacious and tastefully decorated, excellent bathroom with a great shower. Breakfast was included and was sufficient plenty of options, the pineapple was overripe, but otherwise very decent. We loved the are and the hotel was a great base. Some reviewers complained about the reception we had little interaction really but what we did have was fine. We would return to Krakow which has lots to offer and would stay in the Estera again.

This small hotel is located in Jewish quarter, at a very busy square full of night life. The good news is that you don't hear anything of this inside your room. The rooms are really sound proof. Rooms are large and comfortable. The service feels a bit unprofessional. Front desk staff is sometimes friendly, sometimes a bit nervous. Proper training would help them. Outside that a great hotel where I for sure would book again.

The area is packed with restaurants and cafés, bars and grocery stores… literally packed. Front desk staff are not very friendly and sometimes you feel like you’re interrupting them with doing nothing. The front desk is literally a small desk next to a loudly coffee machine in the “boutique hotel “ restaurant. The room has an old fashioned style with dark corridors and jewish historical photos. I had some kettle in my kalk provided in the room. The bed was on the soft side with no toiletries in the bathroom. Be aware that parking is a big problem in this area and we had some difficulties with that so plan your steps before checking in.

Located on the corner of a busy night spot but still quiet rooms. Easy access to both the medieval city and the old jewish city Kazimierts just around the corner. The rooms are newly renovated, spacious with good beds and modern bathrooms. Breakfast is a real treat, all kinds of delicacies to choose from. Great scrambled eggs.

Fantastic hotel and exceptional value. Stayed for 2 nights and cost me just over £100 which was well worth the money and more. Lovely cosy room with a great bathroom. Spotlessly clean and the room was cleaned on my 2nd day despite only been there 2 nights. It was quite warm but the room had air con which soon cooled it down. I ate in the restaurant for breakfast both days and it was about £7 for a full English and a drink which isn’t bad. I got the train there and was about a 30 minute walk, but got an Uber to the airport which was just over £10 despite it been a 30 min drive so again, great value. Thanks for a superb visit, if you are going to Krakow then you must do the salt mines. I did Auschwitz and the salt mines in the same day, very long day but the Salt Mines brought the mood up slightly and kept my mind occupied after a harrowing and somber morning at Auschwitz.

Room: spacious, clean with new modern bathroom. Very good selection of channels on TV including HBO. Air condition worked really well. Breakfast: WOW. One of the best hotel breakfasts in a long time. Not the biggest but very good selection, just right. The quality of products was very good. In addition, it is worth mentioning that breakfast varies slightly from day to day, which is very good. Very nice design of the breakfast area. Location: Quite close to the old town, Wawel Castle, shopping center and train station. Located near Okraglak which is apparently quite famous in Krakow. Lots of places to eat around. Personnel: Very pleasant, smiling and helpful. We were stuck in the elevator for some time and the incident was handled very well. Overall experience: The building itself has been renovated and has a very nice design. The hotel has a restaurant that is certainly worth trying. Good location, fantastic breakfast and pleasant staff mean that I absolutely recommend to stay there for the night and come back on your next visit to Krakow. Price/what you get: Fair

This hotel was perfect for a city break. The rooms were clean and spacious and very modern. The location was great, we liked being in the Jewish quarter and walking to the main square. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was OK, think you can get better value when you eat a restaurant but was convenient when up early for a day trip.

I can’t really fault this hotel. Rooms? Nice, clean, spacious. Location? Excellent, good transport links and short (approx 20 minute walk) to the main square in krakow. Lots of restaurants, bars, mini super markets nearby. Facilities? Room had everything you could need: soap and shower gel, a safe, a kettle with tea and coffee (no milk though), a fridge, a hair dryer, you could rent an ironing board from reception. The hotel also had a good breakfast with fruit, cooked breakfast, cereals and pastries. The breakfast area was a restaurant in the evening which hotel patrons received a 10% off voucher for. Overall, a good stay, I would recommend.

Hotel Estera could easily got full score but not for this stay The hotel is very nice and clean. The rooms are very good as well were the breakfast and the cleaning. Location is perfect! Why not full score then? Sadly I have to say that the weak spot is the staff in the reception. Not because they were rude or something,it was more that you sometimes were treated like air. When you passed by the reception the person not even looked up and said good morning , good evening or something like that. When we were going back home we had a late flight and asked if we could store our luggage. It didnt feel like it was a given to have that service. The breakfast and cleaning staff did a good job.

The location of the hotel is very good, you walk out and there’s loads of bars and restaurants, not too far of a walk to the main square as well. Hotel very clean and nice big comfy bed, asked for another pillow and they brought it up to our room. The bathroom was very modern and liked the walk in shower. Overall had a brilliant stay would 100% recommend.
