Absolutely stunning hotel, amazing location. Love lock bridge is right outside. Easy to find and only 10-15 min walk from the main square. The room was big, stylish and very clean. The bathroom was also stunning. I ordered a bottle of Prosecco and this was chilled and on ice when we entered the room. The only down point was the sleeping, the bed was big but the covers was 2 singles rather than one double and the pillows was obviously for display only and the sleeping pillows was really flat that we had to fold them on half, not a major issue but when we go again I will be asking for extras. Will 100% be returning.

Room was very clean! Modern decor. Our first room was street side and the noise of traffic and tram was so loud I simply did not sleep. Spoke with management and they upgraded us to a room river side and one floor higher. Views were really nice. Noise still present but much less, so able to get that needed sleep. Overall the staff were very helpful and very very kind! Breakfast was okay. Great coffee and hot dishes prepared when ordered. The tiered plate (for two) had so much food and most of it I simply couldn't eat. The breakfast menu is fixed so you get the tiered cold breakfast items (all of which are tasty) and a hot option; however, it is the same each day. There is not an option for just a hot breakfast or coffee and pastry. Coffee machine and kettle in room. Had to ask for extra pods. Given only one per person. While I was pleased overall with the hotel and its river view and fairly short and straightforward walk into old town and the Jewish Quarter, I would likely change it up and stay somewhere a bit more quiet.

The apartment was lovely, with a great river view however the noise from the roads and the trams was just too much, especially when you're paying at least double the usual Krakow prices. We loved the breakfast, options were fab and the freshly made eggs were perfect. Great coffee too. Aside from the lovely lady that checked us in at 11pm on the first night, the staff were a bit prickly and seemed offended when I asked for milk for the nespresso machine! I had to ask multiple times for something as basic as hand soap too. A fairly decent location though, with lots around it and a short walk to the Jewish Quarter.

This hotel is very beautiful and well located. However, I won't be staying here for my next stay in Kraków. We paid extra for a river view, but we were on the first floor and had more of a road-view. Maybe the view is better in higher floors, we arrived too late to complain. The rooms are not soundproof. We heard all the cars in the street but also all our neighboors talking. Breakfast is ok, but it's not a buffet. They give you a whole plate with all the choices they have. It's hard to eat everything and a lot go to waste every morning, and not just for our family but the other tables too. I would suggest to ask the guest what they would like their plate to be composed of instead of this big plate. Major good point is the staff was very nice.

My partner and I stayed in this hotel twice as we love the location and the hotel design. However, if we should ever stay there again (which is unlikely) we will definitely not be paying extra for the breakfast. The one we had on our first stay about 2 years ago was nice and interesting. The last time was just appaling. Please take this as a warning. It is clear they have a policy of re-using the food from previous guests' plates and putting it on your plate as we could tell by the mere look of it (I saw a review on booking.com where someone actually saw it happen). Everything looks stale and is stiff on edges. The muffin was so hard you could kill with it. Most of the stuff is simply inedible. I regret not to take a photo of my poor fried egg with hard yolk (yuk) and two tiny mini sausages which was our one hot dish you can have from the menu. It is embarassingly low quality and easily the worst breakfast I had at a hotel ever! Even the most simple continental breakfast could top it with simply being fresh. On a side note, our TV set was lacking TV card so there was no channels at all and the receptionists was of no help at all.

Amazing room- had the room out true the river! The beds was super comfy! The people working there was super helpful! I loved the room perfect for a couple for “romantic feeling” or for two friends! Was right beside some food shops and also fit the train if you like to go to main square! The hotel can also book a taxi for you. Breakfast 5/5 thanks!

It looks appealing and design is good but no sound-proof windows so it's very loud. But most dissapointing is the breakfast. Quality is good but... you can order only one hot dish and a cup of coffee... waiter/waitress comes only once to your table and you will never see he or she again. Totally disaster. And that is why I wont come here again. Waste of money. Shame couse it could be much more better place if some people would have think first.. PS you can eat much better breakfast for lower cost near in Kazimierz district. Don't eat at the bridge cause soon you will have to eat and drink again:)

I booked this hotel last minute due to a funeral. I did not do much research and just filtered my options to a well rated hotel near the old town of Kraków with a balcony. The Bridge was one of the options and I am so glad I chose to book it. I wrote the hotel and explained that “due to the circumstances” I would prefer a quiet room. Dominika responded within minutes. What a great asset she is to the Hotel. She assigned me a lovely room overlooking the river with stunning views of old town. The view was very soothing. I’m a hotel General Manager with a 22 year carrier and a Masters in the field from University of California San Rafael and Dominika is a true treasure. I hope the hotel owners recognise this. She was kind and sympathetic to my circumstances, she was caring yet very professional. I would hire her in a heartbeat. The modern room was lovely and very clean. You for sure feel very safe there, balcony is more like a terrace, large with patio furniture provided. Beds comfy, all amenities provided including Nespresso. Absolutely lovely stay and since I return to Kraków at least once a year I will not be staying anywhere else.

We had a lovely time at this hotel, although we were booked into a double bed no sofa room even though we traveled with our 8 year old daughter. The beds are not big enough for 3 people to sleep comfortably. The lady at the reception changed our room, thank you. The location is great, close to the old town and over the bridge to Kazimierz. Try to book a room with breakfast as they are so beautifully presented and very tasty as well. Overall we will highly recommend the place to our friends.
