We had a nice couple of days here .good location . We had a lovely dinner and nice wine .very good value. We did have awful pillows and they didn’t have any other types which was a shame . They were very good at reception with anything we needed and taxis etc

My husband booked a surprise trip to Krakow for my 50th birthday. The city itself was one of the most beautiful cities I have ever visited. The hotel was stunning, a perfect location, friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was lovely overlooking a rear courtyard with a small balcony. The bar was lovely and the young lady who served us each evening was a credit to the hotel . We did have breakfast one morning and this was extremely good value with a good variety of food. I would return to this hotel and also highly recommend it to anyone wishing to visit the city. Three nights was not enough and we will certainly return hopefully in the not too distant future.

Hotel situated in the Jewish Quarter ideal location for many lovely bars and restaurants. On arrival to hotel we were given vouchers for a drink at the bar. Hotel very clean and tastefully decorated all staff were friendly and helpful. We had booked a double room but were given a deluxe room which was very spacious and faced the front of the hotel. Breakfast was good with a choice of cooked dishes from the menu and buffet choices. Drinks in the bar were good unfortunately didn’t have time to try the restaurant for dinner. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We loved this hotel, perfectly located for sightseeing and bars&restaurants. It was clean, modern, well equipped and the staff were helpful and friendly. There was a nice bar and a little garden area at the back which was lovely to escape to from the heat. Our room was a deluxe and was very spacious with lots of storage, a minibar and safe, a seating area with a settee and a huge bed (2 singles together) The bathroom had a walk-in shower and plenty of shelving (Although none inside the shower, annoyingly) Air conditioning was very efficient. Water and tea&coffee was replaced daily ( and we brought mugs up from the breakfast room). Breakfast was extensive;cereals, fruit, pastries, a range of cold meats and salads, a hot buffet and a menu of made-to-order dishes such as eggs benedict and pancakes etc We honestly couldn't find anything negative about the hotel and would definitely go back.

Great hotel in a great location. Kazimierz, the Jewish district, is the best place to stay in Krakow. Great vibe with lots of great bars and restaurants, yet it is quiet and safe. A 20 minute walk to the old town or across the Vistula to the old ghetto and Schindler’s Factory. Our room (superior) was very spacious and overlooked the street at front. It was very quiet. Air conditioning worked well and was much needed with 34 degree heatwave. Bed was pretty comfortable with a separate duvet each on the double bed which we appreciated. Fridge with mini bar and free water replaced daily. Kettle, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. TV did not have any English channels we could find. Separate seating area. Bathroom had a large walk in shower with overhead rain head as well as a head on a slider. Shower gel/shampoo combined provided. I would have liked separate shampoo a NED conditioner at this price as well as a shower tidy in which to out my toiletries rather than the floor. Sink with plenty of space for toiletries. Hand soap provided but I would have expected a box of tissues. Lighting and fan good. Breakfast was excellent. Very good range of hot and cold items plus an a la crate menu (included in the breakfast rate). A la carte included eggs Benedict, omelette, shakshiuka, crepes and pancakes. Cold buffet had bread, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, cake, salad, eggs, fish, meat and cheeses. Hot buffet included bacon, sausage, eggs, mushrooms and baked beans. Coffee from a machine was pretty good but no decaf. Juices also available. Small bar offering cocktails as well as food with indoor and outdoor seating in a small comfortable courtyard at the rear. I have the small recommended changes to what is offered as in room amenities but I really cannot fault the hotel and would stay again. Hotel can organise tours and I highly recommend Auschwitz Birkenau and also Wieliszka salt mines. I also recommend the walking tours offered by Walkative including the classic old town as well as the Jewish walking tours. I would certainly visit the nearby Schindlers Factory and Ethnographic museum as well as Wawel Castle. For excellent Polish and Jewish food nearby I recommend Kuchnia Polska Gaska, Kuchnia u Doroty, Zallewajka and Hamsa. The food walking tour with Delicious Poland is fantastic.

Dear Corporate01, Thank you for visiting Hotel M29! Our team appreciate your extensive review - it is very helpful for our future Guest. We are glad that you have enjoyed your room and its design and furnishings. We are working on our breakfast offer - we will be adding more items, due to the limited buffet space many items are available on request like decaf coffee/ plant milk etc. Please ask our staff, they will be more than happy to help you. There are so many things to do and so many activities available in Kraków and nearby areas - our Front Desk can help you with planing and organizing your Kraków visit. We could not be more happy with a review. Thank you for all your remarks - we will consider adding shelves under the shower. We hope to see you again in Hotel M29. Best regards, Justyna Organek | Front Desk Manager

This was a wonderful find, a well presented small boutique hotel in the heart of Krakow Jewish district, perfectly placed for the great nightlife but also convenient for the old town and river. The rooms were so much bigger than standard, the staff were helpful and friendly.

Brilliant location for exploring the amazing city of Krakow. The staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly. They arranged our transfers, our outings and provided lots of helpful advice. The hotel bar served lovely ice cold drinks. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Absolutely faultless from arrival to leaving. Stayed 4 nights in a Deluxe Room. Beautiful room, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. In Kazimierz, many bars and restaurants. Nearest tram stop is Miodowa at the end of the street - several trams including no 19 and 24. I would recommend this hotel. Visit the Salt mines - you can arrange this yourself at a fraction of the cost of organised trips. Tram and Bus or train (it’s the same train that you catch from the airport). We bought tickets for the tour from ticket office at the mine. Train from the airport is an easy option just head up the ramp from arrivals, you can buy tickets from the machine on the platform or on the train, approximately 14 Polish zll. Tip, you can buy a return ticket as it may be easier than at Krakow main station as the queues for tickets are very long and some of the ticket machines aren’t as easy to negotiate.

Were supposed to go elsewhere in Krakow for our 3-night stay but were lucky to change our reservation into M29 last minute. What a wonderful hotel: the staff, the room, the breakfast and the location were more than we ever expected for a short city tour in Krakow, you must experience it yourself. Beautiful city with lovely people.

What an amazing hotel, staff made us feel welcome and the hotel rooms large and spacious, for a standard room we was surprised at the size it was like having 2 rooms in one. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Great location within easy walking distance to the main attractions. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making our holiday so special
