A beautiful hotel which has been very tastefully renovated inside. Spotlessly clean and staff very friendly. Had a minor silly problem with opening the windows in our bedroom but reception staff resolved it instantly and couldn’t have been more helpful. Only had breakfast at the hotel which was more than adequate although the room lacked a lot of natural light. Our bedroom was superb, large bright and airy. A large very comfortable bed. It appears we had the only room with a small balcony which gave us a view down the street to the castle. We had a 10 minute walk on the flat into the old town centre. Small comfortable bar and a separate tv lounge.

Great Hotel and nothing to moan about at all. Great location. Its a few doors down from where Oscar Schindler lived in WW2. 10 min stroll to the old town and 1min to the castle. Helpful staff and very modern inside. Breakfast was very nice and the room was excellent.

Stayed at the beautiful Warwel Queen hotel for our three day city break to Krakow (July 2023). Located between the old town, history castle and the river. The Warwel Queen has everything you’d want from a city hotel, fantastic rooms, well thought out quality decor throughout. The staff are very friendly, helpful and polite.

Can not fault this hotel, staff were helpful and attentive throughout our stay , rooms excellent and breakfast had enough variety to suit most tastes. Very central and one minute away from the pickup point for the excursion we booked. Recommend if you are only here for a few days do the aushwitz and salt mines in one day tour as although a long day it does free you up for a full day in Krakow. If we returned to Krakow would definitely book this hotel again.

Great hotel in a great location, central to everything. Very boutique, Swedish type breakfast, enough for a 4 night stay. Organised Auschwitz trip with hotel prior to arriving. Sort with hotel to get you private taxi from airport as we arrived 10pm & got ripped off at £40 & hotel sorted taxi back for us at £25 .

Great hotel and located in an ideal location - Castle and square within easy walking distance situated opposite a large park. Couldn't fault any of the staff who were all helpful and friendly and the hotel itself is immaculate- tasteful decor, great shower pressure and bottled water replenished daily. Outstanding choice at breakfast including cheese, salmon, pastries etc plus a menu which offers a choice of freshly cooked items including eggs with bacon or mushrooms and pancakes. Rooms not the largest but offers everything you would need from a fridge to a safe. Excellent WiFi connection and a reliable and quick lift. Would highly recommend this hotel and our stay certainly contributed to making our visit to Krakow memorable.

Hotel Wawel Queen is a small boutique hotel close to Kraków's historic city centre. My cosy and spotless clean double room contained all necessary amenities, like an effective A/C, a comfortable queen-size bed, a small desk, coffee and tea making facilities, a minibar and a safe. The secure Wi-Fi connection always worked excellently and the room had a large number of power outlets. The modern bathroom contained a nice walk-in rain shower. Just a pity that the room size was somehow disappointing. Other assets of this hotel are the friendly and customer orientated staff and the delicious and very extensive breakfast buffet. In addition to the buffet, breakfast also includes a menu and the cook prepares omelettes, scrambled eggs or pancakes à la minute on request. Furthermore, I appreciated the good sound insulation of the room and the quiet location opposite the Planty city park. Hotel Wawel Queen is an excellent base for exploring Kraków, with Wawel Castle and Rynek Glowny, among others, just a few minutes' walk away. This hotel has a top rate on TripAdvisor and this score is fully justified. It will be difficult to beat this hotel in terms of value for money.

Just returned from a four night stay at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The location of the hotel offers a peaceful spot, our room overlooking the park was very well presented clean and spacious with a quiet calm about it. The decor throughout the hotel is to a very high standard and we had a lovely relaxing stay. The staff from the front of desk through to the bar staff were extremely helpful polite and professional and we would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to anyone looking to visit krakow.

It's is very rare you see a Hotel with 5 TripAdvisor stars so booked this hotel because of that. After a 4 day stay at this lovely hotel I can see why it has those stars. The Hotel is Smartly decorated throughout, and the room was as the photo depicted . Dining Area Reception Area in fact all the hotel areas are kept very clean & tidy. Loved the breakfasts with a lovely selection of food and drink and very helpful staff. I could list so many other reasons to explain Why it has 5 stars, location, helpful staff etc. Keep up your hard work to hold on to those 5 stars and Thank You all for making our stay in Krakow a lovely one.
