Lovely hotel, close to the castle and short walk to the old town! Very clean, helpful staff and on a quiet street next to a park. Didn't have breakfast here so can't comment on that, but had a few drinks in the bar that were nice and reasonably priced!

Beautiful hotel. Very good location right next to the castle. Short walk to the main square. All staff we came across were friendly and professional. Room clean and comfortable. The best hotel mattress I’ve slept on for a while! Minimal noise. Good choice for breakfast. Excellent choice of drinks in the hotel bar and not extortionate like some hotel bars. I would absolutely return and recommend to friends and family.

Great hotel and location, 2 mins to Wawel Castle and the river. A short walk through the park opposite and you are in the main square. Breakfast was varied and excellent quality. The rooms are really nice and very clean. Highly recommended and would book again. Get the Uber app and travel with this to the airport or anywhere as very cheap.

So many good things to say about the hotel. Starting with the Receptionist who was very helpful. Our room 106 was large beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed and good shower and was spotlessly clean. One of the quietest hotels we have stayed in and didn’t hear noise in the hotel or from outside. The location for staying in Krakow is ideal 8 minutes walk to old town and 5 minutes to Wawel Castle. The bar was well kept and you were made to feel welcome. Will definitely be staying there again when we next visit.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, room was a decent size and the bathroom had a great shower. We stayed on a B&B basis and it didn’t disappoint, with a good breakfast selection to choose from, and eggs cooked to order. The only downside (this is an observation rather than a complaint) they don’t have a restaurant which would be handy when arriving in the evening or getting back from a long day at Auschwitz & the Salt Mine, Saying that the Old Town Square is only a 10 minute walk where there are plenty of restaurants. The hotel does have a lovely bar area which serves a very nice Negroni!!

Lovely hotel. Quiet and peaceful with comfy beds and plenty at breakfast. Very close to main square 10min walk. So many shops and restaurants to choose from. We went to the Salt Mines and Auschwitz and did the castle and museum tour. All were well worth while

I spent 5 nights in this hotel. Location is perfectly situated, a short walk to everything-park is across the street, over the park is the main street that leads to main square. On the right to the hotel you have the castle-walk to there is basically 2 minutes. And behind the hotel there is the river with promenades. The room keeping is excellent- ladies do extremely fast and efficient work and they mostly all speak English. I was really happy wiht room keeping, a big bravo! Room itself was very practical, it had everything needed for a proper stay: electric kettle which came in handy doing the fast pre-prepared meals such as noodles and soups. Ironing board with iron in the closet, floor heating in bathroom that you can control by yourself. Heating was through airconditioning-that was bit tricky to turn on, but i managed. Overall it is quite new hotel, only the breakfast was a bit basic, you could have only one hot dish ordered, so if i already took scrambled eggs, i couldnt get another dish of pancakes. But i really appreciated that i could take a tea kettle to my room for later use. I would certainly recommend this hotel especially for tourists.
