Great location in the middle of Kazimierz Jewish Quarter. Walking distance to the Old Town and the Main Market Square. Friendly, polite and helpful staff. There are food trucks, cafes and supermarket in the area.

Good location in the middle between the city center and the Jewish quarter, you can get along great by walking or public transport. The hotel is very clean, a nice and simple room. Great staff, very kind and with goodwill to help in different situations. Breakfast totally satisfying

I don't understand where the positive comments come from. The room doesn't match the website pictures. Needs repainting, and a bit of maintenance (lace around the lamp shade is ripped off, the curtains are frayed). Asked for a room change and was ignored. On the second night a group was checked in late and made noise throughout the night with no personnel intervention.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds could do with some new linen, however, the room was OK and clean. The breakfast was good. Was impressed with the packed lunch they made for me when I went on a very early excursion. The location is great smack bang in the middle of the jewish quarter. Also the wifi was great.

Unbelievably good value in the Jewish Quarter with free breakfast. Walking distance to almost anywhere (25 minutes) and also on a street car route. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nice hard beds. I saw the bad reviews on this page and frankly don't understand them. Its not a Marriott its an old building.

When I saw photos of the hotel I knew I want to spend a night here, but the reality is far away from pictures... The hotel really requires some renovation, it's dirty, ugly, walls and blankets are full of stains, I also found leftovers of cosmetics that must have belonged to the previous lady guest and some hair on the sink, which proves that cleaning service is really poor... But let's move to breakfast - I decided to eat my breakfast at 9 and what a suprise when there were just a few pieces of bread left and some jam and the last slice of ham.. also tried an apple juice, which turned out to be rotten.. can't imagine that you give some to your children. The only plus is location. Also, the hotel description claims that there's a free parking space - there's not... hope this review will make the owners do something, as it's not acceptable.

Good bits-staff are nice and arranged a packed lunch for us as we had an early start. The hotel is ridiculously noisy! Thankfully only 2 nights but at 5am woken by what appeared to be furniture being scraped around. Second night loud music playing, started after 9pm which was random. Curtains didn’t fit the windows and after arriving very late opened them to see loads of old furniture dumped outside window. Bathroom has smallest sink I’ve ever seen, story’s big holes and think towels. Sheets on bed too small so rather disgusted to see the mattress stains after our second night 😱 breakfast in second day didn’t really happen, everything gone and not replenished. Still it’s cheap!

This was a new place for us, although they boast of being one of the oldest houses in the area. We had warm mead and some cake, and very pleasant it was. This cafe also has accommodation, and is located opposite the Engineering Museum which was in fact the old tram depot.
