This property is tough to love. Our room was ground floor, facing the street. Add to that, no air conditioning and inadequate ventilation of the bathroom and you need to open the window anyway. But wouldn't curtains be nice? Well, at least we had curtain rods. Ready to meet the neighbors? The bathroom was a mess. Mildew on the tile... More

Stayed here for 3 nights for a city break, coincidentally, at the same time as the Pope visited Kraków! On entering the room for the first time after a really busy day I must say that the overall first impression was disappointing! The room reminded me of British B&Bs from the 1970s, the whole place was in need of some... More

The rooms are good. Very friendly staff. Quite central and breakfast included in price, they ask you what time you want it and then it gets delivered to the room. Very intreresting and a bit fun! No AC. They have parking at the backside of the bed and breakfast, but it is very tight. Our XC60 was hardly coming inside... More

Distance from hotel to city center is not big. Walking distance. Very good breakfast to the room, you only have to say the time when you want it. Rooms witch have windows to the garden is really quite, but overall hotel needs refurbishment. No tv channels in English, Bathroom also needs some repairs. I had more expensive room then my... More

There are few things about hotels that bother me more than ignored issues. There were several issues in the room that show the staff does not care about the condition or cleanliness of the room. There was obvious cleaning of the room but things have been ignored for years. Light fixtures were falling off the wall. The shower head was... More

We stayed there for 3 nights and next visit we would definitely choose the hotel. Very good location, just walking cca 10 minutes directly along the street you arrive to Rynek Glowny. The outdoor noise is not disturbing due to the windows. The rooms are big enough, equipped with fridge, free wifi, breakfast brought to the rooms. In the reception... More

The service does not disappoint. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The room is quiet and nice. Rates include breakfast which was adequate for my appetite. If I were to go to Kraków I'd definitely stay here again.

Spent a girls weekend at the Astor from 2-6 April 2014. Magda and Kasha could not have been more friendly or helpful, they were great. Booked restaurants for us and sourced bus routes back to the airport for us. We had room 8 which is on the first floor facing the back of the building. View over a small parking... More

We were given a tiny room (#7) that didn't look in any way like what you get to see on the website. It was clearly the odd single room, in which they had quickly shoved an extra bed Since there are no common areas (a basic breakfast is served in the room), a very small room is no option. The...
