The 2nd floor apartment room 26 is spotless clean , Bed and pillows fab for a great sleep small kitchen does the trick , Hob. Cutlery,fridge. Kettle. Toilet very updated. Prices for food and drinks just the same as back home as I'm from Scotland certainly not cheap at All but nothing is nowadays. My room looks onto a courtyard which is not ideal but will certainly come back to these Apartments but will ask for Front view room of old square. On The square SIOUX Restaurant is lovely Ribs. Another wonderful stay at Venetian. This place caters for your every need, fridge, dishwasher, oven, cooking hob, even providing the dishwasher tablets. Spotlessly clean and nothing is too much trouble for them . We managed to get room 43 overlooking the main square and the views were spectacular. Only fault was the mattress which seems to be broken on the left hand side.

Myself and my wife have just returned from a fantastic 4 night break in Krakow.
We booked our trip at the last minute and took a chance on this place and what a great decision that was..!
The location is perfect.. Just inside then main square so you’re perfectly located to explore all parts of the city. So many cafes, bars and restaurants are less than one moment away. You need good walking shoes to see the whole of Krakow.. It’s a vast, but beautiful city.
We opted for the apartment with a view of the main square and it was perfect. Very spacious. High ceiling. Parquet flooring. Very clean. Lovely bathroom. It came with a lounge area and kitchenette which was fab, as we had a fridge to store drinks etc.
Staff were very friendly and professional.
If we visit Krakow for a 3rd time, we will definitely come back here.
Ample wardrobe space with plenty hangers.

We stayed here for a few nights late January. We chose this place due to it’s good reviews and location.
However, there’s one massive flaw. The noise is unbearable. I can only guess due to the design of the apartment building and the hard surfaces, tall ceilings and courtyard that it’s an acoustic nightmare.
First night we were there, from midnight to after 3am, we heard everyone coming up the stairs, laughing, talking etc. It was literally like they were stood in our room.
The second night, we experienced similar and then for over an hour, heard people moving furniture above us.
On the third night, it was more people coming up the stairs and banging doors. I just can’t describe how loud it was.
After the first night, I asked reception if we could move to a room away from the stair well but they were fully booked so we had to put up with it.
Location wise, you couldn’t wish to be more central and the rooms were well kitted out. We ate breakfast at the hotel each morning and that was great also.
But, if you can’t get a good nights sleep at a hotel, that’s a show stopper for me.
I’m afraid that I just couldn’t choose to stay here again, purely based on the noise.

Stayed here for 4 nights mid-June. A lovely building, right on the main square in the heart of the Old Town. Apartments are modern, clean and very well fitted out. A perfect location with endless bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. Everything that you could possibly want from a 4-day city break is within walking distance, so no need to rely on public transport. Krakow is beautiful and the Polish are very hospitable. We can't recommend this hotel and city highly enough and you will not be disappointed!

Venetian House Aparthotel was clean and fine for putting your head down but not somewhere you would want to spend any amount of time - we had a small kitchen and shower room where the drains absolutely smelt disgusting - my husband had to fold towels around the drains to stop the smell coming into where we slept. Location was excellent though. Reception wasn't very good at times, we were told it was a 2 p.m. entry but when we called in to leave our luggage, waiting 20+ minutes to be allowed through the doors to reception, we were informed entry would probably be around 5 p.m. which wasn't too good when we had been up since 2 a.m.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay here and would definitely recommend and stay again, very central in the old town square. Absolutely spotless and the most comfortable beds, well equipped with everything you need if you did want to cook for yourself in the apartments.
All the staff are very welcoming and friendly answering any questions we had about the city. We had an early start this morning as our flight was at 6.30am, Ola organised us a taxi and the driver walked to greet us outside the apartments to walk us to the taxi.
We will return with our son to explore the city more as didn't have enough time to do everything we wanted to do a d would 100% definitely book Venetian House again 😊

Firstly the standard of accommodation was very high and we were very comfortable in the apartment. Secondly the reception staff were exceptional - they arranged the airport transfer, gave restaurant recommendations, gave info on Auschwitz tour and told us how to get tram tickets. We had a wonderful stay in Krakow - thank you to everyone at Venetian House for making it so special.

In August, my husband and I were on a short vacation in Krakow and stayed at the Venetian House Aparthotel. Our apartment was amazing with a very comfortable bed, the staff was very nice and helpful.
However, on the last day we had an unpleasant situation because our driver did not come to pick us up to take us to the airport, just to add that we had already paid for it.
I would like to thank Mr. Macciek from the reception who ordered us a pick-up and said that he will do everything to get our money back. When we returned home the next day we received a refund to our bank account, I have never met such a nice and committed receptionist. We will definitely be back. Best regards Anna

We had a 1 bedroom suite for our four night stay. Very spacious and clean. Well equipped and everything works. Quite room. Restaurant on ground floor, good for breakfast without going outside. Excellent value. Right in the main square. Just a small point, because of its location vehicles are not permitted most of the time so you may have a short walk (flat) from any transport.
