This apart hotel was absolutely spot on. Could not be beaten on location, right on the main square of Krakow, close to shops, restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, central to everything in krakow!
The room and hall way is beautifully decorated, very simple yet modern and perfect for everyone decor. Beautiful open space, very spacious indeed.
The room with the view overlooking the main square is just wow 🤩 can not complain with that, especially at night time when the square is all lit up ! Absolutely perfect.
The security of the aparthotel is very good also. The main doors and reception doors are both security coded. (The code which you receive once you have checked in). The reception area is often unattened as the receptionist is sometimes busy doing other things. But please do not be alarmed by this as a number is provided if you need anything and every time we rang ,the phone was answered very promptly and our queries were answered and dealt with very quickly also. Very helpful receptionist staff indeed, very polite and welcoming. Provided all information needed. Can not complain.
If I was to say one thing which I would have liked to see, that would have been a ‘rain shower’ ! But that is down to personal choice because I absolutely love rain showers. ( the shower provided was very delightful though ) 😝
Worth a 5 star rating any day, no complaints from me! Could have stayed longer than the 3 nights that we did.

I honestly couldn’t rate this apartment highly enough. A friend and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was brilliant. The location is dead centre on the main square, so central for everything you could want to do. The apartment it’s self was lovely, very spacious and had everything needed. You can only get into the actual apartment block it’s self with a key which I thought was great security wise. The staff were very helpful and if you are wanting food close by the restaurant on site has the best breakfast. Overall it was perfect for everything we needed and would highly recommend.

What can I say, this hotel is fantastic. I came with my mother for a long weekend, to sightsee and to go on the auschwitz-birkenau tour. This hotel is in a prime location in the old market square. Directly outside is the cloth hall, St Mary’s basilica and an array of fantastic restaurants (the Italian restaurant next door does the nicest mojitos!!). From the moment we checked in the staff were fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble. They even provided us with a toaster on request for our room when we informed them that we had an early pick up time for our tour so wouldn’t have been able to go to a restaurant. We stayed in room 28 which was immaculately clean and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The shower was probably the best shower I’ve ever used, it felt like having a massage. We had a balcony which looked over the restaurant and courtyard which was lovely to stand out on in the morning with a cup of tea, and was gorgeously lit at night. We will definitely be rebooking this hotel, and can’t wait to come back.

Although the hotel was perfectly located and easy to find after a night out, the sound proofing was very poor and we could hear furniture being moved upstairs and voices. There was no housekeeping during our 3 night stay and we had to ask for more toilet rolls. Due to the location on the main square, Uber was unable to park outside and would only arrange a pick up point 10 mins away. Therefore, we had to pay over the odds( but still cheap in uk terms) to get a taxi to the airport. Comfortable beds but the tv volume was set to the bare minimum and we were unable to hear the tv comfortably, so was pretty pointless in having a tv in the room. The hotel obviously knew that soundproofing was an issue. I personally would not stay here again.

Our first visit to Krakow and with a fantastic stay at the Venetian apartments, it definitely won’t be our last. The apartments are located on the square, close to lots of beautiful restaurants and cafes, shops and a little supermarket is a few doors up. They are a hidden treasure disguised as a gorgeous Italian restaurant called Molto (worth a visit too)! The apartment itself was spotless, had plenty of room and the kitchenette was set up with utensils and pots so would be useful if you wanted to stay in and prepare food. We had a three night stay and there wasn’t a maid service which suited us fine. We were supplied with ample towels and could request clean ones at our convenience, according to a notice in the room. Rooms were complete with air conditioning, ironing board, shower gel, clothes airer and even a hairdryer. The staff were so friendly on arrival and departure and were able to guide us through some directions to get to Auschwitz via the bus service. We can not fault the Venetian apartments, they were gorgeous and we can’t wait to go back.

Myself and my partner visited Krakow for a couple of days. Unfortunately before arriving i damaged my foot and ended up on crutches and in a wheelchair. The hotel had a lift to get to the different floors to this was fine.
Reception staff were fantastic. Helped us with everything we needed, they were willing to swap us rooms to an easier accessible room (our room you had to go onto a balcony to get to it, room 38) but we had unpacked so said it was fine. They booked our trip to Auscwitch with private transfers and organised us a taxi to airport on our way home. The reception lady and manager lady even brought tools to help us fix my wheelchair when the leg support fell off! (It's very cobbled streets so expect a bumpy ride if you're in a wheelchair!) The rooms were clean and spacious, with a walk in shower and a small kitchen. The restaurant downstairs (seperate to the hotel) is ideal for breakfast. The hotel is in the centre of the old town, plenty of bars and restaurants and across the square from the horse drawn carriage rides. We will be back to krakow again at some point and will be staying here again.

Had a top floor apartment over looking the square it was amazing, the apartment is spotless, we was 3 adults and had 3 single beds in a huge room, kitchen was fab with everything you need even kitchen roll and washing up liquid provided, also water in fridge and tea and coffee sachets with milk provided to keep you going. Shower room was beautiful, toilet roll provided, walk in wardrobe with big mirrors. Apartments are lovely and warm and location is spot on, to come out onto the square was great. Always a young lady on reception who was always very helpful and she even looked after our cases on the last day of us leaving as our pick up wasn’t until 6:00 and we had to be out at 11:00 so we was able to enjoy our last day. Will definitely return !! Amazing stay.

Stayed here for 4 days and thought the room setup was great. Spacious room with fully equipped kitchen and lots of storage to unpack. This was our first time staying in an apartment instead of a hotel and I was a Wary, but the setup was great. There was tea, coffee, salt & pepper, millers and dishwasher washer tabs.
Friendly and helpful staff and every part was spotless.

Amazing stay at the Venetian over he bank holiday weekend. Hotel was very secure, needing your room card to access the main building. Rooms and hotel in general was very clean, we stayed in a superior twin room which was very spacious and had everything we needed. Bathroom had a lovely shower with non slip mats. There were ear plugs left in drawers for on a night with the hotel being located on the main square but they weren't needed as we didn't hear much noise. The hotel location was perfect, situated right on the main square, surrounded by lots of restaurants to chose from, and a few minutes walk to the shops. We were slightly concerned as when we first booked we realised most of the main restaurants were closed on Easter Sunday, but this was not a problem as there were loads of food markets on the square. We used the hotels airport transfer, which I was aware was more expensive than a normal taxi service, however I found it was worth it as they were very reliable and professional. The taxi driver who picked us up was very informative about things to do and places to eat, upon return the driver met us at the hotel to take us to the taxi, which had to be parked on one of the streets as taxis and cars are not allowed on the main square. We needed to check out of the hotel at 11am but as our flight was at night time, the hotel kept our luggage safe with them whilst we could go out and enjoy our last day. Overall the staff were very friendly and accommodating and will definitely be returning to the Venetian at some point in the future!
