Excellent Location, right by the square. We had a quiet room towards the back overlooking the court yard. The room was small but had everything we needed and was clean. Reception staff were helpful. Would stay again as the location was perfect

Gorgeous place to stay. Right on the square in old town with views of the square from the bedroom. Very clean, well equipped and quiet as we were on the top floor. Gorgeous shower. Comfy bed and sofa bed. Nothing bad to say at all, this was a brilliant base for our little family city break of krakow

The most perfect place to stay for a city break! We stayed here between 7th - 10th April for Easter Bank Holiday weekend and couldn’t recommend it more. The location is perfect, it’s situated right on the market square. However even though you can walk straight into the market square, there’s a little courtyard straight outside (I’ll attack a picture) so the hotel itself remains quite private- we were in room 48 for context. The rooms are spacious with a large double bed, large wardrobes, tv, free wifi, a microwave/fridge/cooker etc if you fancy cooking a little yourself. The bathroom it’s a normal size for a hotel, but the shower is very roomy and lovely! Plenty of plugs around the hotel room and the pillows are very comfy. You’ll be guarenteed a good night sleep! Staff are all very friendly and happy to help! You can either access the hotel itself by scanning your hotel room key card or using a code they give you on arrival- we found it much easier using the code rather than getting our card out each time, and really liked this concept. One thing to be aware of, that whilst of course there is a toilet in your hotel room, there isn’t one in the hotel reception. The hotel reception is very small with not much waiting area, so if you have a late departure home then you will need to use the toilet elsewhere (as checkout is 11am), it’s obviously only a small issue- and there isn’t a shortage of toilets around Krakow! Just something to be aware of. Staff were also happy to let people charge their phones behind the reception whilst waiting for transfers. All in all, a great hotel! Beautiful hotel, spotless, great location right in the market square, very well equipped, easy check in, there is a restaurant attached to the hotel which looked lovely but we didn't eat here as didn't open until 9am for breakfast which was to late for us as we were booked on a tour at 9am.

Great location, fresh and tidy room, everything we needed was there. We didn't have a view over the square. We had a back room with view of the courtyard, this was still nice to look at though. Only bad point was we were pestered by one of the waiters from the Italian restaurant below every day.

My husband and I have just returned from a 5 night stay at The Venetian. As this break was a gift from our son we had to go along with what he had booked. Our room (23) overlooked a quiet side street. The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable with everything you needed supplied. The bed was really comfortable and came with a mattress topper. The location of the hotel could not be better, right on the main squarewith a huge selection of excellent restraunts. We pre-booked our trip to Austwitcz (a must when visiting Krackow) with Get my Guide and would definitely recommend this company for any sightseeing trips. Next time we visit Krackow and The Venetian we would certainly think about booking a room with a Square view. Great hotel, would definitely recommend.

Had a top floor apartment over looking the square it was amazing, the apartment is spotless, we was 3 adults and had 3 single beds in a huge room, kitchen was fab with everything you need even kitchen roll and washing up liquid provided, also water in fridge and tea and coffee sachets with milk provided to keep you going. Shower room was beautiful, toilet roll provided, walk in wardrobe with big mirrors. Apartments are lovely and warm and location is spot on, to come out onto the square was great. Always a young lady on reception who was always very helpful and she even looked after our cases on the last day of us leaving as our pick up wasn’t until 6:00 and we had to be out at 11:00 so we was able to enjoy our last day. Will definitely return !! Amazing stay.
