Hey from first moment here, I was made to feel welcome and valued. I chose a queen room with hot tub which was a modest size, but has all mod cons for a solo traveller. I chose this place partly because of location too....just a few mins walk into the main square, but just outside enough to make it quiet from revellers or traffic or noisy lifts. I opted to not take advantage of mini bar or breakfast as these were incompatible with my plans, but ample water and tea/coffee made me happy! Big mention to Paulina.... what a help!....I mistakenly packed the wrong electric conversion plug, and she very kindly helped with a selection of spares! Bless her! She also gave me valuable advice on places if interest and how best to plan for them for geographic convenience. Well done, Paulina! ...also to take time to chat and be interested in traveller's takes too. Enjoy your river book! All in all a great time in Krakow, excellently provided and helped by Bart Komorowski's apartments and staff.. PROS. Location. Friendly staff. Air con/non smoking rooms. Hot tubs. 24 hour access to someone in reception, even if closed. English speaking staff. Big TV (if that's your thing). With Netflix etc access if you have account. Many electric power points including one by bed. Modern deco. Easy check in / out. Room doors that alert you if not closed correctly. Tourist information/free WiFi/mini bar. Breakfast options delivered to room at time of your choice, all booked in advance. At additional cost, airport shuttle easily arranged. CONS. Non smoking rooms, if you're a smoker. No lifts, so if you are disabled or not good on foot, some rooms may be difficult for you. Not the most cost efficient rooms, but you definitely get what you pay for. No hot food 24hour, but then if that's your thing a hotel more appropriate than apartment.

Great stay ,added to by glorious weather. What a beautiful city.Struggled with the workings of the TV,however got in too late to watch anything. Don't hesitate to book here, simply fabulous. The location is perfect as a base for walking around the town. When it all gets a little thirsty then take your pick of the many great bars and restaurants.

We stayed for 3 nights at these luxury apartments. They are a short walk from the main square in Krakow and are ideally placed to explore this beautiful city. We had a luxury double room which had a huge jacuzzi bath in the bathroom. Though I preferred to use the rainforest shower. The bathroom had underfloor heating but the polished tiled floor was very slippery when it was wet. We got around this by putting several towels down after slipping a couple of times. Sleep quality was very good and noise from the main road wasn't a problem for us. Breakfast which was pre ordered the day before was excellent. The hotel arranged taxi transfers both from and to the airport and also arranged two trips for us with a company called Great Escapes, who were also very good. The staff who we met were smart in appearance polite and efficient, though were not always available during the hotels own information book stated times of 0800 to 2200hrs. Mind you, the reception desk area was very close to the main entrance and it was a very chilly area, so I couldn't really blame them for keeping out of the cold! All in all a very good trip, Krakow has lots to see and I wouldn't hesitate to return here sometime in the future.

We stayed here for 4 nights at the start of March and had fantastic weather. After a short taxi ride we arrived mid afternoon and were delighted with our room. We stayed in the luxury room with double jacuzzi, on the second floor at the front. It was noisy at night but ear plugs fixed that. The bed was super comfy, the jacuzzi amazing and cleaning spot on. We had breakfast delivered each morning with a mixture of toast, bagels, croissants, fruit, yoghurt and amazing coffees. It was really tasty and very convenient. The receptionist arranged our trips with collection at the door. Our trip to Auswitch was so early, they made us sandwiches to take and popped them in the fridge for us, very thoughtful. All of the staff were so friendly. The Salt Mines were great too. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the beautiful bustling old square and we ate and drank round this area. Food and cocktails superb but we weren’t so keen on Polish food but had wonderful steaks I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel and would not hesitate to go back.

Check in was quick and simple. Room was spotlessly clean and housekeeping cleaned and changed towels daily. Jacuzzi bath was great for relaxing in after long days with lots of walking. Nice touches like candles in bathroom, TV in bathroom and music. Only downside which some others have also mentioned was a strange smell in room. We kept the window open at all times which helped.
