    Great Stay thanks
Great stay. Second time here. This is the second time that we have stayed here and boy is it a great hotel to be in at the end of a 27 hour drive from the UK. Staff are great as is the accommodation. Really nice breakfast as well. I would certainly stay again and recommend it.

    Excellent Hotel - COVID Friendly
I was highly impressed with this hotel during my recent 3 night stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout and there were several COVID measures within the hotel which didn’t feel too invasive but kept staff and customers safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful during all interactions I had with them. The hotel is around a 15 minute walk into the main parts of town, however it’s a lovely walk by the river. My room had great views of the town also. It was really nice to be close enough to enjoy Krakow, but far enough from the centre to relax. There were regular buses if you’d prefer not to walk and a taxi was less than £5. The breakfast buffet was lovely and fresh and cleverly set up to avoid any contamination. I ate in the bar one evening and the food was great and reasonably priced. I loved the little shop within reception it was well stocked with essentials. I got a taxi from the airport which cost around £15 and took 20 minutes. I took the local bus 252 back to the airport, it took 50 minutes and cost less than £1. The bus stop was 2 minutes from the hotel front door. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to be back very soon.
Thank you Hilton Garden Inn Krakow

    Thoroughly Recommended
I was slightly worried when looking at the location which appeared to be some distance from the Old Town, but don't let this put anyone else off - we actually found it great to have a walk back after a large meal in the evening!! As others have mentioned, about 20 minutes walk to the Old Town which wasn't a problem at all, or there are trams a shorter walk away. However, handy for the restaurants in the Kazimierz district, which is a shorter walk. The staff were fantastic - plenty around at breakfast (included in the rate), and the front desk staff were extremely helpful. Also convenient for the airport bus, which terminates just a block away from the hotel. We used Uber from and back to the Airport, which cost us around 35pzl (£7 sterling) each way, which was a bargain. Thoroughly recommended hotel.
Thank you Hilton Garden inn Krakow

My husband and I stayed here during our visit to Krakow. Room was clean and specious, fully equipped. Breakfast was amazing, each 5 days of our stay there they added something different and extra to choose from. Dinner was also nice. Although we booked river view we didn't get it but aside from that definitely worth the money. Service was kind and professional. Hotel is near Jewish Kazimierz so you can explore it by foot. We would definitely come back.

I come again to this hotel after some years of absence. Last time I found it good, and now I find it still good, perhaps even a little better. The infrastructure corresponds to the reputable standards of the Garden Inn hotel chain; rooms are comfortable, bedding too, bath amenities are provided, as well as drinking water, coffee and tea in the room; maintenance is excellent, cleanliness also. The staff is welcoming and obliging, air conditioning is operated day and night (which is not what many other hotels do), breakfast buffet is of good quality and abundant, the business centre is efficient and is located in a room of its own; the advantages granted to the members of the HHonors fidelity program are easily recognized, rates are reasonable and, occasionally, even moderate. The only weakness I have come across is that the TV practically has only Polish language channels. All in all, it is a hotel to be recommended. The hotel is located somewhat off the city centre, on the opposite side of the Vistula River. There are no urban facilities nearby, such as shops, cafes or restaurants, but it is easy to go downtown by public transport, since several tram and bus lines stop at Rondo Grunwaldski, about 400 meters away from the hotel. In particular, trams 22 and 52 (very frequent) lead directly to the train station. The hotel is also well connected to the airport by city bus 300, which starts and finish its run at Os. Podwawelskie, just 200 meters from the hotel; it runs two times per hour, the travel time is about 30’ and the cost is only 6 zloti (less than 1.5 €). The hotel seems popular with large tourist groups making short stays, but this is not bothersome to the other customers.

Went to Krakow with 5 friends for a few nights. Booked 3 twin bed rooms to share between us. Staff were very friendly on arrival. They did not have availability for our rooms to be next to each other however but that's not the end of the world. Large spacious rooms with big windows, soft beds, a TV, fridge and safe. Large bathroom, with a big mirror and good quality bath shower. Free still and sparkling water on arrival and each day. Breakfast served from 7:30-10:30 each morning was a real highlight. Everything for a full English breakfast, along with a waffle maker, omelette chef, coffee/juice machine, and fresh fruits. Even included some polish soup! Only downside to this was the toaster was a small 4 slice at a time type that took a while but other than that I couldn't fault it. Friendly staff that were attentive with removing/cleaning plates. Hotel is situated across the road from a small fairground with a couple of rides and a big wheel. Is also directly opposite the Vistula River that has plenty of nice cocktail bars and outdoor seating. The walk into the main square is a 45 minute - 1 hour but there's plenty to see on the way. You can also hire electric scooters/bikes that make the journey quick and easy. Hotel also includes a gym but I did not use this so can't comment. If I were to return to Krakow I would stay here again. 10/10 would recommend to anyone travelling to Krakow due to it's low price, great breakfast, spacious/clean rooms, and location.

I stayed here for 2 nights in August with my husband. I arrived early at about 2pm and was treated by a nice receptionist. She offered a view room or a quiet room facing neighbourhood. Check in was Swift. Explained where breakfast is, times of it and also restaurant/bar. We was let into our room even though check in wasn’t for another hour! The hotel is extremely clean, the room is brilliant size and very clean also! Bed was very comfortable, could barely hear any road traffic even though we had a view room. Breakfast was lovely! We did go round 7.30am both days and was plenty of food, so many different options and chefs always checking to see what needs topping up. Could make your own waffles and was also a chef making fresh omelettes. Hotel is situated about a 5/10 minute was from Wawel Castle, it’s across the road from Krakow Eye, and only about a 20 minute walking from Old Town. We thought it was in a very reasonable area and not too far away. We walked to old town the 3 days we were there. Uber is very cheap if you don’t want to walk though. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return. Only negative I have is that our room was opposite what a believe was the cleaning cupboard so early in the morning about 6am there was constant banging from the door/getting cleaning trolleys out.

Check-in was admirably quick at this hotel, the way it should be everywhere. This was partly because they don't have anything special to say to Hhonors diamond guests, though I did discover along with my key card a voucher for a welcome drink, which is of absolutely no use to me, as I only drink water and there was already water in the room. But that was the extent of any example this place set. Of the three hotels I stayed in while in Kraków, my room here was, though of normal size, by far the smallest and least well-appointed. It was however breakfast that was the biggest disappointment. They come up with multiple meat dishes but virtually nothing healthy; as for the few vegetable dishes on offer, they manage to spoil these by putting cheese on them. Even the eggs, which I would otherwise have gladly ordered, are fried in butter here. I was disgusted and glad to leave both the restaurant and the hotel, and won't be back. An Uber on a Saturday morning between 10:00 and 11:00 took 23 minutes and cost 78.56 PLN to go to the airport.

As someone who stayed at the Hilton hotel branch in different places, this one seams to be a bit lackluster. The room service is average and the breakfast is lacking variety. Additionally, the check in time felt a bit late. But overall , a good hotel.

This is a very good quality hotel and well above the standard of the "Hilton Garden Inn" brand in most countries...bit more closer to a "Hilton" but not quite there. On the upside - really good staff, good bed, spacious room and a good breakfast. If you are leaving earlier due to tours etc. and cannot make breakfast, they even make a packed breakfast for you at whatever time you ask for. The only downside is that it is away from the main town...either a 20-30 minutes walk or a 10 minute Uber ride.

Nice hotel. We had a King Suite which had food down sofa bed for our daughter which worked great. Nice vibe in hotel and we had breakfast on last day which was good value. The restaurant was extremely busy and some of the pastries etc ran out after 9am. Room well equipped. About 25-30 min walk to main city square .
