Very clean rooms, outstanding breakfast, excellent restaurant food and drink options and above all fantastic service. Mr. Ural in the restaurants was fantastic. Even though the location is about 20 minutes from the center, it can easily be reached either by taxi or bus or tram. Great view of Wawel castle from the hotel. As a regular traveler, I recommend this hotel.
From the moment we arrived, until the minute we left, everything was excellent! At the reception they are able to answer any question you may have in regard to transport, sightseeing, and so on. The breakfast is great: well sorted, and diverse. The rooms are cleaned on request.
We stayed here for 2 nights and would very much recommend this hotel. Checking in and out was very quick and easy unlike other places that I have been to. The room was very clean and fresh with comfortable beds.
We had a really nice stay at the hotel. We came across with a problem with our booking in the beginning because we booked at the hotel near the airport and then told us it was for the Hilton Garden Inn at the city center but it was fine. Everyone was smiley and helpful especially reception. The breakfast was good and the room cleaned, but the most important was the position of the hotel. I highly recommend it. Thank you all for your patience and the professionalism keep up the good job.
The hotel is comfortable, I stayed on second floor in room 220 and found it peaceful and I slept very well in a clean room, The staff were lovely and very helpful with all the questions I had as a traveler on my own I had lots of questions and they answered all of them The area is lovely and felt comfortable with the city and the people. The food in the hotel was good but not great sadly , the dinner was lovely but service was not very good, not asked about more drinks or dessert do lost sales, breakfast was okay apart from cooked food was very cold, I would use hotel again as the staff were exceptional and for me that makes a hotel Thank you for a great weekend
My husband and I stayed here for a few nights in early December. The hotel was clean, nicely kept, and had a friendly staff. There were nice views of the old city, and was about a 15-20 min walk to the city centre. It is right across the street from the Ferris wheel. While it would have been nice to have been closer to the city centre, we felt safe and had no issues walking at night along the River.
I rated this only 3 because of location. At least a 25 minute walk to the nearest bars and restaurants. That said the hotel was fine, spotlessly clean if a little bland. I would describe this hotel as a business not a holiday establishment. If we go back would definitely stay in the Old Town.
Weekend trip to see the sights of Krakow. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Hotel is located about 10 minute walk from the tram station that will take you about anywhere in town. Only problem is parking at the hotel is cramped but if you are flying in or taking the train, no worries.
Spent long November Bank Holiday weekend with my family in Hilton Garden Inn Krakow. Hotel is still pretty modern although some refreshments here and there could help to keep it modern. Breakfast can be a problem as quite often all tables are taken and you need to wait in a queue. On our last day there was a "workaround" by extra tables in kids play area. Not sure what to think of it, luckily didn't have to use it as I got table in the main restaurant area. Whilst staff is doing their best to replace missing food items it sometimes takes a while. Overall breakfast "experience" needs improvement, otherwise for me I'd rather stay elsewhere. Kids area is quite large but it was pretty chilly, could be heated a bit better. Maybe being picky a bit but this is only for the hotel management to know what to improve for becoming even better hotel for competitive market as Krakow lodging is. Still wishing all the best to the hotel, staff and visitors. Would still recommend it for all who are looking for pretty conveniently located, clean hotel with helpful and friendly staff.…
The three dot review is not because the hotel is bad, it is just that it is an average hotel. After all, it is not like it is meant to be a grand palace. As to a hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows, however, are only comfortable to those who want a very--VERY--hard bed and so-so foam pillows. If your pillow is the difference between a good and a bad night's sleep, bring your own pillow. The hotel is within walking distance to the transportation center where there is American fast-food and a grocery store. Taxis are also easy to come by. The public transportation is well organized and clean--it is much better than anything in the USA. As Hemingway wrote, it is a "clean, well-lighted place" with good customer service. We would stay again, if we returned to Krakow.…
