I have never experienced such bad service! This is NOT the service you expect for a 5 star hotel. We have paid for 3 nights (Friday to Monday). When we had to fly from Denmark, our child becomes very ill and we have to go to the hospital. Although we contacted the hotel immediately and informed them that we cannot come, we still pay for all three nights, even though the hotel has the option of renting out because we have just informed that we will not be coming. That's fine enough - we can understand that. BUT I contacted the hotel several times to make an arrangement and we have offered to pay extra to reebook our stay. First we contact them on Saturday, when they promise to call again, but they never do. Then I'll call again on Sunday. I explain that we do not expect a refund and We are open to all kinds of solutions, we offer to pay extra to move our stay, but they are not cooperative in any way. We are simply told that it is the hotel's rules. So they have been paid for three nights where they have been able to rent out to other guests, and even though we offer to pay more to move our stay, they will do nothing. This is NOT what you expect from a 5 star hotel. I will never stay at this hotel, and I strongly advise everyone else not to book a stay here. BTW, nowhere in our booking did it state that the stay was non-refundable! NEVER have I experienced such bad service!!!!!!!!!…

Very well situated beautiful boutique hotel. Rooms spacious, clean and opulent, comfortable beds and pillow menu ..... at last a hotel with a decent hairdryer too! Amazingly stocked fridge, a wine drawer and coffee machine. Slippers and robes also supplied , nothing has been forgotten, Welcome arrival with a glass of Prosecco with english speaking friendly staff. We dined only one night and the food was good. We ate out every opportunity we had as our days were long and busy so didn't use the wellness spa either.

Our stay here this time got off to a better start than the last one, with no issues with the room that we were allocated. This is a comfortable hotel, and the small spa area is a nice amenity. This time we tried the basement bar and the quality of the cocktails was very good. The only negative was the second servicing of the room (turndown) which was not done at all on a couple of nights (we notified the staff on each occasion). What I think ended up happening was that we were still in the room at around 1700 when housekeeping scheduled this service (which seems bizarrely early if you're leaving the hotel to go to dinner at say around 1900) and they did not bother putting a note under the door to say that they'd been. The simple solution is to adapt to guests and/or just start this service later like pretty much every other hotel that offers it. Not a big negative, but definitely an area for improvement. That said, overall we were very happy with our stay and will be back when we're next in Krakow.…

This is the absolute BEST choice for a hotel stay in Krakow. My wife said it best: In the future, we will return to Krakow just to stay at Bachleda. Perfect location for the most visited sites, a market around the corner, and easily accessed by vehicles. The room was very nice and elegant with all the updated amenities, and was exceptionally clean. The restaurant food quality was excellent but very affordable. Best of all are the Bachleda people. Very friendly and attentive, but most of all very, very kind. Bachleda Hotel in Krakow has our highest recommendation.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel. Staff were very efficient and friendly. Room was beautifully furnished and bedding/towels were what you would expect from a luxury hotel. Breakfast - great choice and delicious. Opus bar was very nice. Spa area luxurious. Highly recommended!

The Bachleda Hotel was fantastic. When you arrive the staff greet you with a glass of bubbly and you are taken to your room I have to say it was outstanding. Large comfortable bed well stocked mini bar (which we didn't use) Nespresso coffee and lavish furnishings. However, I would have preferred more than two English channels on TV. I like to sit with a coffee in the morning and watch tv but it was only two news channels. The spa area was small but amazing. We opted to have breakfast every morning it was very good lots of choices scrambled eggs were a hit but the fried eggs on the hot buffet not so good. However, there are lots of choices and plenty of choices and we were able to order freshly prepared fried eggs with bacon on the menu. We only had a drink in the bar once and again it was super just to sit and relax. If you are looking for a bit of luxury and don't mind walking ten minutes to the main square this is the hotel for you. What really makes this hotel is the staff they are just wonderful very attentive always with a smile and nothing seems to be any trouble. I would also like to say a special thank you to the lady who made up our room every day. The room was always immaculate and much appreciated. …

Quality hotel well located with generally a good service culture. The hotel has character and generally a good service culture. The only exception was when the reception staff refused to help with boarding cards blaming the Accor system which is a shame as otherwise it was a faultless stay. Also as a tip let the hotel organise cars/taxis for you as the cars from the taxi rankk outside the hotel are awful

My partner and I have just returned from a mini break to Krakow and we were absolutely delighted to have stayed at Bachleda Hotel. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with upmost professionalism. Welcomed with a complimentary drink but more importantly with smiles and corteousy. Our room was very tastefully decorated with all mod cons and all the little touches that make a big difference. It was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed a cocktail in the bar every evening and relaxed as the bartender worked his magic as he prepared drinks. The quality furnishings and attention to detail made the bar a very special space. We ate on both evenings in the hotel restaurant Gavi. The staff were attentive but not intrusive and their knowledge of the cuisine and wine was superb. Very nice hotel located bit away from main square. Rooms are luxury but bit small. However there is everything what you need. Spa is nice but again petite. Staff is really added value and you feel looked after.
