Great stay 15 minutes walk from the city centre, great location near tram stops clean and comfortable rooms good breakfast continental items with sausage and eggs pancakes etc. Reception helpfull we were able to leave bags till check in key code for building entry and room entry. Good shower although we couldn't master how to get the shower head to hold on the rail, towels, body wash and toilet paper provided. The room wasn't cleaned but again we kept our tidy and made own beds you can request a clean instructions are provided in welcome sheet Good WiFi quiet rooms. We asked Reception to arrange a taxi early morning to the airport you can arrange tours through reception also. Overall a great stay would definitely recommend and stay again. Room was warm and beds were comfortable I would just like 1 more pillow.

Me and my husband recently stayed here for 3 nights the beginning of February. We were staying as part of a large group of 10.
We arrived early at the hotel and the reception was closed. There was a sign saying 'be right back' and a whats app number to call. So we finally got hold of someone who told us check in wasn't untill 4pm, however they let us store our luggage in a locked room so we could head for food before coming back for check in.
When we did check in were were given a special code to access the room. We were staying in room 205 on the second floor. Some of our party were staying on the floor below and one was in another part of the building accessed using another lift.
First impressions of the room were it was large, modern and clean. Modern bathroom with hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities, digital safe, and adequate wardrobe and clothes storage. WiFi was free in the room too. We had 2 singles beds pushed together to make a double. However there was only 1 pillow provided each, and they were very uncomfortable so I did have to fold some of my jumpers to make this more comfortable. The bed however was comfy. The carpet was a bit old fashioned and stained in some areas, there was a rip in the headboard, the toilet door must have been punched at some point as it was patched up with a flooring tile, and there was some staining on the mattress on close inspection, also the lid on the toilet bin was broken. Despite all this we knew we would be out sight seeing most of the time so none of this was a major issue.
Breakfast was also included in the morning served up untill 11am. There were hot and cold options, the best croissants and cakes and hot drinks and fruit juice available.
Hotel is located a short 15minute walk to the main square of Krakow and is a short distance from the tram/train station.
All together we had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms could do with a little TLC in places but were adequate for our 3night stay. And all the staff were encountered were lovely. There was an issue with one of the party staying in the other side of the building on the 5th floor. Twice they discovered 2 different homeless men sleeping either outside their room or near the stairs. It was dealt with by the hotel. Not what you would expect?!

We stayed here for 3 nights, lovely hotel, our only issue was there was no one on reception when we arrived and were stood there for around half hour until we finally received a code to enter our room. There was a telephone number at reception we had to call and was told a code and pin for front door and hotel room would be sent by text, this didn’t arrive so phoned again and received it around 5 mins later on WhatsApp.. aside from this we had no issues at all, the room was spotlessly clean and modern with tea, coffee, bottled water, fridge, kettle and tv with freebies. Very comfortable beds, a small wardrobe and a safe. Lovely bathroom with hairdryer and a powerful shower. We went down to breakfast the first morning and think paid around 35 zloty for a buffet breakfast, there were eggs, polish sausage, breads, cake, coffee and juices. There is a shop on the corner literally a minute away which stocks everything really, like a mini supermarket. The hotel was about 20 minute walk to the main square, a nice walk with plenty on the way. The reception helped us and booked taxis for us for trips we had planned. Half hour taxi ride to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely disgusted with this hotel. Do not believe the photos that are provided they are NOT at all representative of what your stay will look like. On our arrival we were told the cleaner was finishing up our room and was to be 15 minutes 40 minutes later we were told it was ready. Our room that had just been “cleaned” was absolutely appalling. There was what looked like mice droppings all over the carpet as well as food, there were hairs covering the toilet/ bathroom area aswell as water/ toothpaste stains left in the sink and over the tap. Hair and spots of faeces on the toilet seat. There were also hairs on the bedding- we decided to check the mattress to discover more hair and also what looks like bed bugs. The desk area had not been wiped and there was even a blood stain. After photographing this evidence we were laughed at by who was on reception. We were then told it was going to be recleaned so had to wait another hour for our room to be ready. Again we were told it was ready to be completely and utterly disappointed there was still stuff all over the floor, blood stains and finger prints on the walls and hair still in the bed. After a whole day of travelling and not eating we were ready to relax especially for my birthday however this was not achievable we ended up moving to a different hotel who seem to actually know what a hoover is. My partner and I don’t have high expectations to accommodations and really only use the room to sleep in but due to the absolutely vile state of the room we were twice presented with it was obvious they think basic cleanliness and hygiene is a complete joke or the staff at this hotel are incompetent. And to top it all off to compensate for this we were offered a ticket for a free breakfast to the hotel restaurant when they asked us to wait while they cleaned our room a second time and the cutlery laid out was also dirty. Additionally, almost empty dispensers of toiletries were left and no hairdryer.

Arrived at the hotel to be told there was no room for us as the previous guest had flooded the room before us. Absolute valid excuse if i had not read the review on here the week before with the exact same excuse. If the room is legitly been flooded then i should of been informed before arriving at the hotel at 7.30pm to be moved the sister hotel which was of a lower standard and did not offer the breakfast service i paod for. I can not fault the young lady on reception who had to break this news to us she was very helpful and rang our transfer company and the company we had our trip the next morning at 6am and arranged for us to be collected from the new hotel which i must admit was a weight lifted as this was a worry. It is very clear they are overbooking at this hotel and then using the excuse of a flooded room to move people to a lower standard hotel while still paying for the better one. I was very disappointed but with only 2 full days in krakow i did not want to waste my time disputing this and stressing over it as i wanted to enjoy my time. I have since raised my concerns with my travel provider.

Room never got cleaned whilst we stayed , asked every single day for them to clean the room and they never did , bin was overflowing , bedding never got changed, no fresh towels until we had to ask for them. Eventually room was cleaned on Monday, the day before leaving! Breakfast was awful, food was disgusting and stale , if there was any food! We went down at 8am everyday and there was no food! Got onto love holidays about our terrible stay, and the hotel lied about everything, they said they cleaned our room everyday, and that breakfast was always ‘busy’ however we were the only ones in breakfast always early! Beds so small, but on a good note, they were comfy.

Apart from the great location I don’t have much of a positive review of this hotel. The lady who checked us in was friendly and efficient. The room was large and the bedding was clean but old. The carpet was stained and hadn’t been hoovered properly - there were bits everywhere. The fridge was full of ice and hadn’t been cleaned. There was a coffee machine and supplies. There was plenty of hot water and the bathroom looked clean however the shower drain smelt so offensive you could smell it throughout the room. There were “mattress toppers” on each bed that weren’t secured so they move in the night - I almost fell out of bed on the first night and had broken sleep every night after as a result. We were also given only one pillow each that was flat as a pancake, when I asked if we could have another we were told no, the attitude of this receptionist was disgusting. She said they had no spare pillows, what type of hotel doesn’t have spare pillows? They did allow us to book a late breakfast and said we could pay cash. However, they didn’t tell us it had to be the correct amount as they couldn’t give change. There followed a misunderstanding with the young lady overseeing this basic meal and her attitude was again disgusting. Everything from beds, mattresses, bedding, towels, carpets, furniture was old, tired, stained and in some instances dirty.

Our first visit to Poland. Booked a city break through Love Holidays and chose this Aparthotel. Our room was a pleasant surprise as it had a large lounge, bathroom, bedroom and a small balcony. The bed was very comfortable. Stayed for four nights. We didn’t use the breakfast facilities as we ate later in the day. The staff were so friendly and helpful. As we had a late flight back, they let us wait in the breakfast room, came and gave us free coffees and then saved us 100PZ (about £20) by arranging a BOLT taxi rather than a standard one to take us to the airport. We paid 150 PZ ( £30) for the taxi from the airport. Ten out of ten to all the staff.

The hotel is in a fab location, 7-10 min walk from the main square. Despite the closeness, it’s very quiet and we got a decent nights sleep every night! Rooms were clean and equipped, we checked in after midnight and the reception was not open but they had emailed me prior with check in instructions. Check in was super quick and easy, we did struggle to find our room though as the building is shared with a medical office and we took the wrong lift! Staff were really helpful and friendly and when we checked out they kindly took our cases so we didn’t have to drag them round with us. We didn’t eat here as we were out most of the day so ate out. I’d definitely come again. My only small gripe, need more pillows!
