We travelled to Krakow just before the Country closed due to covid19 but still had a great time. We stayed at this Hotel which is amazing, partly as the rooms are great, clean and have excellent facilities but also due to the great staff. Adam & Magdalena are so helpful and boy we needed them. Ryanair (worst airline in the world) dumped us off our return flight with less than 12 hrs notice and that's when we really needed help. Adam extended our stay effortlessly and housekeeping kept us stocked with water, coffee and supplies. A hotel building is always important, but the staff make it extra special. If you are going to Krakow this place is central, well priced and at the heart of it has great staff

Dear Richard, thank you very much indeed for your stay with us during this turbulent time caused by the COVID-19 and for your great review :) It is the best prize for me and my team when our work and passion to receiving guests is properly appreciated. Thank you! In fact we are perfect located venue to explore the beautiful Cracow and our rooms are well equipped with many amenities to make guests' stay comfortable. But first of all we put a lot of emphasis on our customer friendly approach as we know how important is for travelers especially when things go wrong. We all hope the epidemic issues will shortly pass and are back to receive guests. P.S. Meantime we carry out a thorough spring cleaning to refresh all the rooms and the apart-hotel to welcome new guests after that. Please feel invited :)

We stayed in the Aparthotel Rakowicka Residence, during a recent visit to Krakow. The apartment we had was on the sixth floor, accessed by a lift, and was very clean, comfortable, modern, and extremely quiet. The staff were very helpful during our four night stay and made us feel very welcome. Communication was excellent during the whole booking process, and they also arranged a tour to Auschwitz for us, which was very well organised. We had an excellent breakfast every morning at the Novum Bistro, for which we paid extra, and were given vouchers for this by the apartment staff. The bistro is a short two to three minute walk from the apartment building. The centre of Krakow is an easy fifteen minute walk from the Rakowicka Residence, giving a vast choice of places of interest to visit, along with restaurants and bars, although there are some excellent eateries, and a large shopping mall, very close to the apartment building itself. If we visit Krakow again, we would certainly stay at the Rakowicka Residence.

After a nightmare journey to Krakow the last thing we wanted was a further let down with the place we were staying. Thank goodness it wasn't! Rakowicka Residence is an absolute diamond of a property in a quiet area just 15mins stroll to the Market Square, where most things in Krakow happen. On the walk to the square you also pass a huge shopping mall so it's very convenient for some retail therapy as well. The room was spotless as was the bathroom and shower. Our room on the 5th floor had 2 skylights for natural light. There was a table and 2 chairs, lots of storage space, a kettle, coffee machine, a safe, clean towels and shower gel/shampoo and bottled soap in the bathroom. There is a lift to the top floor. Access is by keypad at the front door and for your room. We felt very secure in the area, which appeared to be a business quarter with 2 large banks HQ's close by. We are hoping to return again to Krakow this year and would have no hesitation of booking Rakowicka Residence. Before signing off I should mention the staff at the apartment. We were meant to arrive in Krakow at 12:00 but that ended up being 20:15 so by the time we got to the apartment is was close to 10pm. I kept in touch with Magdalena via emails during the journey explaining our delay, so she kindly gave me the access details as we would be there past her finishing time of 21:00. We got there she was still there to make sure that we were OK. Service above and beyond. We met with 3 of the staff and all were excellent and helpful

Dear Mark, I thank you very much for your great review with the top rank and nice words. I am more than happy that we had the opportunity to accommodate you at our apart-hotel and be a helpful hand during your stay in the beautiful Cracow :) We did our best to decorate and equip our apartments with different amenities to make guests feel like at home. In fact we are located in the calm area and at the same time very close to the Old Town which is within walking distance. Moreover all our apartments are situated in the back part of the residence - so you can rest after exploring the city. Please feel invited. We look forward to seeing you soon :)

Booked this apartment due to the reviews on this site and wasn't disappointed. As soon as we booked we got a communication from the apartments and this continued including booking airport transfers on our behalf. The apartment itself was big and had a fridge with tea making facilities and a tv not many english channels though. Shower room was very nice and spacious and hard too fault. The bed was a little soft but I've only brought this up as I'm struggling too find any negatives. I like the entry into both the apartment building and the room itself via a number pad so no need for keys and no lost keys charge. Only approx 15 min walk to the Main Sq so very close but far enough away at the same time. Main shopping centre is only about 5 mins away and is quite large if that's what you like. When I go back to Krakow I'll be staying back here and a big thanks to Magdalena.
