Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
This is a lovely studio apartment, well-furnished and comfortable for two. It was spotlessly clean and they very kindly provided tea and coffee to use during our stay. The location is about 5 mins walk from the old town, but there is a tram stop very near and the excellent network gets you around Krakow really well. There are a couple of grocery shops, bakers, cafes and restaurants nearby. There is a very nice park about 50 metres away.
Beds were comfortable with good quality bed linen.
Particular thank you to Anna who was really kind and helpful. She met us on arrival and showed us round and came to say goodbye when we left. She speaks excellent English and was happy to help when we had a slight problem.
Liked it here very much and would be pleased to oo back if I returned to Krakow.

What a wonderful place to stay! The apartments we stayed in with another couple we're spacious and spotlessly clean. Our friend required a wheelchair, which Anna who worked there got for us. Anna organise all our transfers and booked all our excursions, nothing was too much for her, she was so kind, helpful and professional. The apartments had every comfort you could ever want for a perfect stay. The coffee was great, the beds and fluffy pillows extremely comfortable, bed linen and towels white as the snow. Breakfast was huge, with many delicious choises, I really couldn't fault it. We will be going again to visit beautiful historical KrakĂłw and we will only ever go to Crystal Suites Apartments! I had a short stay of 3 days at Crystal Suites, and it was a really pleasant one. The apartment is very spacious and has all the amenities you need for a peaceful stay. While I did not use many of the kitchen amenities, there is everything you need to prepare food if you choose to. The bathrooms were clean and spacious, with hot water available all the time.
I added breakfast to my booking, and it was arranged at a nearby cafe named Fable Cafe. The food there was delicious; you get to choose one meal and a drink from their breakfast options, and I found it worth it.
There are many restaurants nearby, and the Old Town is just a few minutes walk away.
I suggest travellers who book rooms here get in touch with the hotel manager, Anna, via the hotel contact number, to inform her of your check-in time and any other requirements so she can arrange everything as needed.

This is our fifth time staying at The Crystal Suites Old Town. Our first time in the loft apartment (number 16). The suites are in a fantastic location with an easy stroll into the main square or to other locations around the city. Supermarket 100 yards away which now also is a parking spot for motorised scooters! The loft apartment had a separate bedroom ( no photo) along with kitchen, lounge, study and massive bathroom. Fridge, freezer, microwave, cooker, hob, dishwasher, washing machine all within the apartment. Apartment is really quirky with views front and back. TV in lounge (sky news channel 713 on satellite box). DVD player and big TV although we didn’t use much as we were out and about mostly. Another great stay with the staff who will do everything they can to ensure you have a great stay.

Excellent location in nice part of Krakow. Place is neat and clean, good sized apartment. Everything in proper working order. The Fable Cafe, where you get breakfast if you have included it, is also just a couple of minutes walk around the corner and does great coffee and breakfast. Very big minus for not having lift!

I'd like to clarify that there's lift in our building - it reaches all the way up to 3rd floor, so only in case of staying in our Loft apartment (on 4th floor, highest one), there's one flight of stairs to climb. We do inform about this on our website though. Our other apartments are accessible via lift (Superior is located on 1st floor, Deluxe is on ground floor, so no lift is necessary). What a wonderful place this is. We were at the end of a 5 week Europe holiday and this was our final stay. We were all tired from living out of a suitcase and starting to lose our holiday sparkle. It is centrally located , clean and tidy with all the amenities and space you could want. The manager Anna was an absolute Gem. From first contact before we even got there she reached out and organised transfers to/from the airport and essential arrival information. She treated my family and I just like we were part of her family. From the greeting when we first got there where she explained everything we needed to know, to writing out instructions on how to get to places to visit ( including tram numbers) and places to eat. Anna was there to organise any detail of our holiday that we required. We loved Krackow, but Anna and Crystal Suites added that extra wow factor. We all want to go back. we really enjoyed this apartment. It was clean, spacious, easy to find and a great location. The beds were very comfortable and linens were fresh and crisp. It was great to have laundry facility in the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped. The staff were very helpful and breakfast around the corner at a local cafe was generous and delicious. This was our second visit to Krakow and our second stay at Crystal Suites Old Town. We chose this accommodation because it is very comfortable and stylish, well appointed, extremely central and convenient for shops, bars and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful; nothing is too much trouble.
The apartment is within walking distance of the train and bus stations and the old town. The management will arrange transportation to and from the airport if required.

We have stayed at various apartments at Crystal Suites many times over the years. The hospitality of the managers Anna and Krzysztof is exceptional and very professional. They will go above and beyond to make your stay the most enjoyable and memorable. Every time we arrive we are greeted very warmly and kindly by them. They make us fee like we are coming home. The entire staff is very friendly, helpful, accommodating and available whenever you need them. The place is very safe, secure and comfortable. The units are spacious, exceptionally clean with a very well equipped kitchens and all other supplies you may need. The Crystal Suites are located on a quiet street yet within easy walking distance to the Main Square , Wawel Castle and other attractions. There is an easy access to the near by grocery stores and restaurants. Our favorite Krupnicza Street, 3 minutes away with great health food stores, and Sissi Organic Bistro. We also would like to recommend a restaurant Zielona Kuchnia (Green Kitchen) just around the corner . A very homely and cozy ambiance makes our every stay at Crystal Suites an enjoyable experience. We highly recommend the place to anyone who looks for excellent accommodation at the prime location.

Taxi is the easiest. We booked it from Crystal Suites before arrival. Cost about 22€ for three persons. Paid with local currency, if I remember correctly. ATM at airport arrival hall, poor exchange ratio but easy.

If you are reffering to Crystal Suites Old Town, we don't have air condition here unfortunately, but we do provide fans for our guest. As for breakfasts, it is served in Cupcakre Corner Bakery and consist of combo: cupcake/muffun/bagel with cream cheese and drink of your choice (tea/coffee/juice etc.). This breakfasts cost 25 PLN per person. There are also some bakeries and bistros nearby which we can recommend for breakfasts if this option doesn't suit you.
